  1. What is bigu ?

I have been looking for a Bigu instructor for a long time or any advice on what gigong practices to use. I'm still looking so any advice would be good.
  2. Thanks Bruce. I wonder if they will release level three in the future ?
  3. The new DVD is Bak Fu Sunn Yee Gung - Seated 13 & 14. I'm not sure how it relates to levels one and two that have already been released. If anyone could elaborate that would be helpful.
  4. Holy Guardian Angel

By removing the negativity that anchors you to the profane, a true path first leads you to find what is sacred within. As you move closer to what lies beyond, you will find that the beyond moves closer to you, as you open up to your true potential. Once you have found your true self nothing is ever the same again as you look at the world through a different lens, as you see the Truth that was right in front of you all along. When you have touched what is sacred, concepts like religion and dogma melt away as the Truth can never be spoken, never be drawn or expressed. It is has a purity that can never be bought and has to be earned.
  5. Thanks for the kind offer I shall send them to you.

  7. To Sifu Garry, I have been practicing level one since it came out. It has provided positive healing experiences and resulted in an increase in my health and overall wellbeing. I am known as the calm person at work ! During the practice I have felt very warm and at times very hot in particular places, which I wont go into. I was wondering when level two was coming out ? If it isn't coming out soon shall I continue with level one and add any other exercises i.e. the other Bak Fu Sunn Yee Gong exercises ? Thanks, Dave
  8. don't know where to start

'Where do I start' is an excellent question. First you need to ask what you will be doing gi gong for ? Do you want to boost your immune system or are looking for something else. As a place to start there is spring forest qigong if you want an introductory course. There is also great texts like 'the root of Chinese qigong' by Yang Jwing-Ming to get started. Finally there are systems like Bak Fu Sunn Yee Gong that you may also like. I hope that is some help as there is a lot of approaches out there and I'm sure others can recommend other systems too.
  9. What defines a master of meditation?

A focused mind, that generates a strong soul, that is light enough to pierce the dark void into the beyond....and to return with a little more wisdom.
