    Hi all, New to the forum, thought I would be polite and say hello. Studied philosophical tao for years without remembering any of it, an old martial artist with dodgy knees and back, recent Tao Lu of Xiao Yao Pai, now chlling at 51, and follow chen family tai chi, some tai shu (tendon) qi gong, some yi chuan etc. Will try to keep up. ;-) Paul (baoluo)
