People have various trouble spots where the circulation will move more slowly or be stopped. The natural slow spots are where there is mainly hard tissue - like back of neck/head. Ren & Du vessels connect through the entire ailimentary tract. Any hardening in the body is an impediment. This include over-contraction in tissues from refined salt, meat, eggs, hard cheese, etc. Also intestinal blockage in people eating meat. Which some try to dissolve by tui na (massage). But eating same, this is never really dissolved. But for cultivation we should be very flexible and free in movements. Most difficulties with small circulation are due to such hardness. It is better to reduce or eliminate the source of hardening rather than continually compensate for it with external manipulations and postures. -VonKrankenhaus

"Natural Order" = "the way things naturally happen". We could say "Natural Way" or "Way of Nature" in terms of Earth. Or, the "Order of the Universe". The way movement and change happen. Tao. -VonKrankenhaus

I'm sorry for this - but I have only recently become aware of recent books and teachers and workshops. I am looking at these books by this guy and others. We just laughed and laughed seeing them. 5 phases is not describing "element". It is describing change, movement. Not even "energy". The video of the guy in white is not showing energy emanation. If anyone has develop a visible halo around body or head - please just post a photo or video rather than a claim. Easy to make a photo of something visible. Notice in illustration of golden halo that in some there are two - one around body, one around head. Many show only around head - usually "enlightened" portraits, etc. MANY people say these are showing light coming physically from the head. Anyone ever see a person with clearly visible (to everyone) glowing golden halo around head? Ever think this could mean something else? -VonKrankenhaus

Some of the skulls are over 2000 cc in volume. Today normal brain is about 1500 cc. Head shaping does not increase volume of skull. But environment and food does. Doliocephalic heads are still around. One would think they correspond to neanderthal, which has enlarged cerebellum compared to modern human. But these heads are often seen in africa. And also in scandinavia. My own family has traces of this head type, with elongation/projection of the back of the head. It is a very interesting thing, but most of the published material about this is just plain bullshit. The environment, especially in the form of "food", is what is making human shape. Here are same ideas, but I try to explain in more western and simpler terms: "Pure yang" has no vibration, so cannot move or change. In this context, "pure" means Infinite, and Yang means Expansion. "Transmuted into Void" means the same thing. It means the wave (vibration) has become so fast that its amplitude and period are Zero. Which means becoming "non-physical" and "non-polarized". The "Spirit Embryo" is the consolidation of human Consciousness. It is what will survive death of the physical body. The physical body is developing this "Consciousness" same way as the placenta is making the physical body in the womb. Death is the birth of this Consciousness as an entity in the Spirit Realm. It is the transition from this half-light/half-dark Air Realm to the all-light Spirit Realm. It is the other half of our transition from the all-dark Water Realm of the womb to the Half-light/half-dark Air Realm. -VonKrankenhaus

I was once enrolled in a "speed reading" class. At the start, they test everyone. I was doing 1100 wpm. I took the full course, some months. At the end, they test me again. 900 wpm. I do agree that reading whole pages at once is the way to go. -VonKrankenhaus

People often have a vision of what their ideal teacher would be. Every teacher will fall short of this. If you are serious about your vision. As this happens, it is making your vision real. I am sure there are modern young people who also studied this when body piercing fad & freak show stuff resurfaced in "hipster" scene. He must live with a rod implanted long enough to heal. Piercings. Old trick. Some do smaller ones and put through arm steel skewers. Funny, but with iron shirt qigong we would be more looking to repel the swords so that they would not be able to pierce body. So we would bend the sword against an eye, or show that it could not puncture the neck no matter how many people pushing it, etc. And then showing show how soft our skin really is. Does "gravity" really "pull"? Consider the gravity of Earth. People say this gravity is pulling things down to Earth. And this gravity is how the earth accumulated. Is this how a snowball is made? No. And just like with a snowball, the Earth is made of things that all came from space outside the Earth. Consider the "escape velocity" required to escape Earth by spaceship. The force coming down to Earth is about 7 times the force coming out. This implies that things are pushed onto the Earth, not pulled. Is condensation a phenomenon of gravity?
