Rock / mountain, climbing is very meditative if one is not into the military. It will force one to be very attentive, focused and test ones limits. Of course the downside if one cant manage it, the fall from a mountain is much longer then the fall from one in seated meditation if they happen to fall asleep. One may not get the chance to try again,,,nor need to...

Have trained in military in some of the same types of courses they go through although maybe not as demanding.... Also have worked with and supported SF groups as well as other similar types of soldiers by other Armies. Working with weapons that can kill others and your self if not handled correctly tends to get ones attention real quick. Pushing ones body passed its limits to survive also is a real attention getter. The attrition rate for such courses is quite high "Just wondering how well would Special Forces soldiers do well in meditation training? " It might be said that their training is "meditation" in action. meditation is sometimes referred to as the gate less , gate.

Obviously they do not, But nothing has been provided that would lead one to conclude that some here actually know what they'er talking about, while at the same time all that are acknowledged as experts or knowledgable about it are discredited for apparently not echoing their view point. get it comrade its not about the facts and questioning them, its about those who present a different idea. Are they high level spirits or low level. Really depends on one's level of practice. For most practices the level is so basic that for the most part there is no worry. The worry is for those having some small achievement feeling they're on the right path. Without proper guidance it can be dangerous to one's health.

Then it would be fair to say you dont know... Have you met anyone who says that they completed the training?

common ralis, you know its a russian plot made to divide the US no one here that I've read so far is a naysayer or denier... Climate changes, has changed, is changing and will change. Thats a fact no one here that I've is protecting any industry. I'm not, are you and some others? Whats the main point, what is the desired outcome of this conversation?
