"Update, 1:14 p.m. Nov. 29: After we published this column, Minnesota Public Radio announced it was terminating its contracts with Garrison Keillor due to “allegations of his inappropriate behavior with an individual who worked with him.” The Post takes allegations of this kind seriously and is seeking more information about them." https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/al-franken-should-resign-thats-absurd/2017/11/28/d33e2d8a-d482-11e7-a986-d0a9770d9a3e_story.html?utm_term=.6fe83f95de7f Used to listen to Mr Keillor, founder of ‘A Prairie Home Companion Some how this does not surprise me. "“I put my hand on a woman’s bare back,” he wrote. “I meant to pat her back after she told me about her unhappiness and her shirt was open and my hand went up it about six inches. She recoiled. I apologized. I sent her an email of apology later and she replied that she had forgiven me and not to think about it. We were friends. We continued to be friendly right up until her lawyer called.”

"One incident involved Lauer dropping his pants and revealing his penis to a female employee. When she refused to comply, he reprimanded her. Another woman says Lauer gave her a sex toy as a gift with a note attached that explicitly detailed how he wanted to use it on her." http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2017/11/29/everyone-knew-matt-lauers-sexual-harassment-lair-nbc-eager-keep-happy/ A couple of things should happen. His bosses those who kept him in his position should all be fired. The next should be the courts should decide how much time in jail he should spend. The fact that Congress is trying to pass a law that requires those who make the laws to go to a class to understand the laws that they make is laughable and very sad. One has to really wonder what happened. The US has its many problems now because of the leadership.

They seem to miss an important point... Women will have an even tougher time getting hired due to the mistrust, it will not be something that is obvious but will be considered a factor.. Watch the female news anchors skirts get longer as this goes on...

"David Sweeney, National Public Radio’s (NPR) chief news editor, left the taxpayer-funded outlet Tuesday after a third female journalist accused him of inappropriate behavior. According to NPR’s own reporting, an anonymous former NPR employee accused Sweeney of “unexpectedly kissing” her after he asked her to pull over a car they were driving on assignment 15 years ago. A second anonymous NPR journalist alleges that five years later, in 2007, Sweeney leaned in for a kiss while the two had drinks at a Washington bar." http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/11/29/npr-top-news-editor-sweeney-out-sexual-harassment-accusations/ Kinda fits with those who don't report facts but feelings, also seem unable to control their own and act out on them Maybe next time they turn the dogs loose, they'll make sure they'er trained well and do not come back to bite them. NBC News Fires Matt Lauer Over Allegation of Sexual Misconduct http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2017/11/29/nbc-news-fires-matt-lauer-allegation-sexual-misconduct/ another one bits the dust,,,, "On Monday night, we received a detailed complaint from a colleague about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace by Matt Lauer. It represented, after a serious review, a clear violation of our company’s standards. As a result, we’ve decided to terminate his employment. While it is the first complaint about his behavior in the over 20 years he has been at NBC news, we were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident. Our highest priority is to create a workplace environment where everyone feels safe and protected. And any action that runs counter to our core values are met with consequences. We are saddened by these events. We will face it together as a news organization and do it as transparent a manner as we can." " NBC’s Matt Lauer and NPR’s David Sweeney have now been added to a growing pile of disgraced left-wing journalists either fired or under investigation for sexual misconduct. There is also Glenn Thrush of the New York Times, Mark Halperin of NBC News, NPR’s Micheal Oreskes, Charlie Rose at CBS, and around a dozen others." IT would seem that there ability to make fake news and creat news extends into what they feel about controlling the real world with out being questioned.

"Court Documents: Roy Moore Accuser Has ‘Violent Nature,’ History of Criminal Fraud Against Own Family" http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/11/26/court-documents-roy-moore-accuser-violent-nature-history-criminal-fraud-family/ Kinda makes one wonder what happened to all the post about he did it because? We never did seem to get to the because part. from a post " A person whose accusers waited almost 40 years to go public with their allegations. That a reporter from a paper over 800 miles away and a known political bias discovered and uncovered this 'story' by being able to find four people who were complete strangers to each other and had only their allegations against judge Moore in common. It's amazing the Alabama newspapers were unable to discover this. Perhaps it is because the stories of many of Moore's accusers have been exposed as false. According to her mother, there was no phone in the bedroom of one of Moore's accusers as she claimed there was. The place where she said Moore arranged to pick her up was not 'across the street' it was a mile from her house and on the other side of a freeway. She claimed that she was living with her mother at the time, but court records have revealed her father had custody of her at the time. The story about Moore being banned from the mall has also been proven to be false. The signature on the yearbook has been proven to be a forgery. The Old Hickory House was never the Olde Hickory House. The dumpsters were located at a different place than what Moore's accuser claims they were." facts vs feelings... after 40yrs why now.

Happy T-day to all a perspective on the day. Growing up in the US the story never made much sense to me maybe at the time to young to understand or it was never clear to begin with. Happy holidays to all

"The Post further did not tell readers that as a result of the joint petition to change custody, the court ordered the 14-year-old Corfman to move to her father’s house starting on March 4, 1979. Court documents show the father’s address in Ohatchee, and not in Gadsden, where her mother lived and where Corfman says the meetings with Moore took place." http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/11/21/court-documents-raise-significant-questions-leigh-corfmans-accusations-roy-moore/ As so it starts to fall apart, notice the mainstream news is not covering it as much. Be interested in hearing what those here who just new it was true because, have to say about it now. Why are not the fake news sources held to the accountability they claim to have. oops never mind answered my own question,,,"they'er fake" " The Post cited Corfman as saying that Moore, according to the newspaper’s characterization, “picked her up around the corner from her house in Gadsden.” The Post mentions the specific intersection where Corfman says that Moore picked her up around the corner from her mother’s house. The Post reports, “She says she talked to Moore on her phone in her bedroom, and they made plans for him to pick her up at Alcott Road and Riley Street, around the corner from her house.” DuPre said that intersection was almost a mile away from her mother’s house at the time and would have been across a major thoroughfare." Toaltally possible, right?

“Rep. Conyers strongly postulated that the performing of personal service or favors would be looked upon favorably and lead to salary increases or promotions,” the former employee said in the documents. Three other staff members provided affidavits submitted to the Office Of Compliance that outlined a pattern of behavior from Conyers that included touching the woman in a sexual manner and growing angry when she brought her husband around." https://www.buzzfeed.com/paulmcleod/she-complained-that-a-powerful-congressman-harassed-her?utm_term=.ohwMrVV0Y&bftwnews#.bpRr16607 Interesting isn't it. Judge Roy Moore is guilty because?

"Michigan Rep. John Conyers, a Democrat and the longest-serving member of the House of Representatives, settled a wrongful dismissal complaint in 2015 with a former employee who alleged she was fired because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.” the ranking Democrat on the powerful House Judiciary Committee, repeatedly made sexual advances to female staff that included requests for sexual favors, contacting and transporting other women with whom they believed Conyers was having affairs, caressing their hands sexually, and rubbing their legs and backs in public. Four people involved with the case verified the documents are authentic. http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/11/20/buzzfeed-she-said-that-a-powerful-congressman-harassed-her-heres-why-you-didnt-hear-her-story/ Some are calling for judge moore, not be seated if he is elected on both sides for unproven allegations that he denies . For allegations that are proven shouldn't they have to step down... what say you....

Just an't working the way they thought it would. "NYT White House Correspondent Glenn Thrush Suspended Over Sexual Misconduct Claims" "One allegation involves Thrush abandoning a young woman after she resisted his unwanted sexual advances. After sharing some drinks, the woman’s night “ended on a Washington street corner, where Thrush left her in tears after she resisted his advances.” http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2017/11/20/nyt-white-house-correspondent-glenn-thrush-suspended-over-sexual-misconduct-claims/ something about "glass houses" and "let he who cast the first stone" comes to mind... "Vox adds, “Details of their stories suggest a pattern. All of the women were in their 20s at the time. They were relatively early in their careers compared to Thrush, who was the kind of seasoned journalist who would be good to know.” Looks like they played the game until they decided not to play, they'are not guys...maybe they don't quite understand their own game.

"Birmingham, ALABAMA — A minister who says that he dated Beverly Young Nelson at around the same time that Young claims to have been assaulted by senatorial candidate Roy Moore says that he does not believe his ex-girlfriend about the allegations" http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/11/20/exclusive-ex-boyfriend-of-roy-moore-accuser-i-dont-believe-her/ Along with her step son, little by little cracks are starting to appear. The most telling is the what seems to be a lack of coverage by the mainstream media. Almost like,,,mmmm looks like its not working, they'er not buying it...We better try something else. Just maybe, maybe its not quite working out how they expected it too ya think "Report: Charlie Rose Accused of Lewd Calls, Nudity, Groping by Former Employees" http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2017/11/20/charlie-rose-accused-of-lewd-calls-nudity-groping-by-former-employees/ " In my 45 years in journalism, I have prided myself on being an advocate for the careers of the women with whom I have worked. Nevertheless, in the past few days, claims have been made about my behavior toward some former female colleagues. It is essential that these women know I hear them and that I deeply apologize for my inappropriate behavior. I am greatly embarrassed. I have behaved insensitively at times, and I accept responsibility for that, though I do not believe that all of these allegations are accurate. I always felt that I was pursuing shared feelings, even though I now realize I was mistaken." "Another anonymous woman describes Rose as repeatedly putting his hands down her pants. “By the time he touched me the first time, he was already very angry,” she told the Post. “I was scared, and I was also kind of frozen.” She says she began crying after another attempt. “Baby, oh baby,” Rose reportedly responded, “why are you crying?”" what a sleazy bag......of course its a pattern that all know about. "Rose’s bathroom behavior, which allegedly involved summoning underlings to him as he bathed, became so well-known by the women that they gave it a nickname: “the shower trick.” Notice something, they admit to it and then apologize. I wondering if having proof it happened has anything to do with it. On the other hand, where there is no proof, at the end of a election to gain a national position the judge denies it, ...It must be true because....

I do appreciate the effort. Of course you won't see this post. Happy trails

Interesting point comrade and you want people to only use approved sources which you've yet to provide. do you understand what the 1st amendment covers and protects .

The real back drop is the allegations against candidate Trump, now president. They'er tiring to bait him into this, wisely he is staying out of it. The whole thing is weird the judge, is being asked to prove something he denies by accusers who have no proof that can not even be brought to trial. The yr book they are not letting anyone examine it...another why ? "Moore suggested that McConnell and establishment Republicans may have been involved in the original Washington Post story citing women alleging that he sought relationships with teenagers. The Post story cited one woman claiming that he attempted to have sexual contact with her when she was 14 years old. Moore has denied all the accusations." http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/11/19/exclusive-roy-moore-mitch-mcconnell-controlled/ totally plausible lets look at the actors 1. fake news press 2. Dem who want control of the congress 3. GOP who want to remain in power status quo... as to the accusers Why now,,,why not before when he was running for other offices...after 40 yrs why does it matter now and not before The question one should ask, if he had not run for this office would this have even been an issue....or would it just be something that might have or not, have happened long ago a post "Roy Moore has faithfully served our state for 40 years. He's been in politics nearly all that time. He's been investigated for decades. Even these conveniently timed allegations have not one shred of viable evidence. Rational thinking people know what's really going on here. These accusations and the political charade coming from Washington over it have only made one thing clear: this is war and the American people must fight until we win. I will be voting on December 12 for Judge Moore." good points why now?

Good to know Comrade can you please provide the list of approved sources I seem to have lost mine.

In a statement to TheWrap, Miller’s attorney, Matthew Walerstein, said his client “categorically and vehemently denies Ms. Perrineau’s outrageous claims” and said his legal team had “gathered overwhelming evidence directly contradicting these false and offensive claims.”http://www.breitbart.com/big-hollywood/2017/11/19/lena-dunham-sorry-defending-girls-producer-accused-raping-17-year-old-girl/ Is she a minor, does she know what she's doing, is she responsible for her actions. Or is she a victim someone who didn't understand what was going on and needs protection because? In California they have non-gender bathrooms with multiple stalls and urinals. I as a men was uncomfortable with females using the bathrooms at the same time as I was with no one else in there. Think about it. Thank you mr. Obama.

I don't pay much attention to the allegations I do pay attention to the timing. If the allegations are true now they were true back then the only difference is that now it's for a national position, the allegations themselves are being brought forth by an outside agency. The people of Alabama understand what's going on.
-
you may not be sure, but those he represents are. why should your voice count. he was removed for "Moore was elected to the position of Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court in 2001, but was removed from his position in November 2003 by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary for refusing to remove a monument of the Ten Commandments commissioned by him from the Alabama Judicial Building, despite orders to do so by a federal court. Moore twice sought the Republican nomination for the governorship of Alabama (in 2006 and 2010), but lost in the primaries. Moore was again elected Chief Justice in 2013, but was suspended in May 2016, for directing probate judges to continue to enforce the state's ban on same-sex marriage despite the fact that this had been deemed unconstitutional." I wonder if he had enforced sanctuary cites or state would he have been removed. As some have noted its a smear job. They mention " charges" knowing that the allegations can never be brought forward as charges by law. This means those making the charges do not have to prove them, he can not defend against them but he can sue for slander which hes mentioned that he will pursue. They keep mentioning allegations of what he did did what? he denies, she accuses why now?
