  1. Florida ,club 27(is it a gun?)

yes it is, the one in your mind
  2. not something I've practiced but many others have noted good results some have mentioned taiji, this might fit in with their practices
  3. Stretching for mobility, flexibility, wellbeing

This might also be considered a type of stretching strengthening practice. Not something I've practiced nor would recommend unguided....if one messed up it could be bad.
  4. Stretching for mobility, flexibility, wellbeing

Use this to train, and test people wanting to train in taiji. although in my practice we do not use the wall. A good way to test those feeling they can do things in normal way with out any type of training. hope some find this useful
  5. The limits of free speech

out lines how what is called free is not so free "5 news sources control 90% of all news in the US."
  6. six healing sounds

  7. Fighting multiple opponents

"America, the land of the free, still has restrictions on who can own a broadcast TV or radio station. But the rules could soon be relaxed, and the implications could be far reaching. The country’s communications regulator, the FCC, will next month review rules in place in since the 1950s that restrict foreigners from owning more than 25% of a free television broadcaster or radio station. To get around this, Australian-born billionaire Rupert Murdoch in 1985 became a naturalized US citizen when he wanted to expand his media empire stateside. Murdoch bought Metromedia, the largest owner of independent television stations in the US at the time. (Even still, because his company, News Corporation, was headquartered in Australia back then, the purchase wasn’t fully cleared for another 10 years.)" https://qz.com/139743/america-is-looking-to-relax-the-rule-that-spurred-rupert-murdoch-to-become-a-us-citizen/

net speech is the new free speech but does not fall under the first amendment. Its not protected. The real danger of losing "free" speech its not covered nor protected by 1st amendment is here now.
  10. The limits of free speech

What ever one thinks of him. he does have some interesting things to say Covers free speech, and the media's effects on it.

agree It would seem that some here may be getting what they advocate "Support for free speech is starting to dwindle in Silicon Valley, according to Wired, who claim that major tech companies are starting to doubt the concept." http://www.breitbart.com/tech/2017/08/16/wired-notes-silicon-valley-companies-are-starting-to-doubt-concept-of-free-speech/ which tends to work until it hits what ever group one happens to belong to. What would happen if some one or something decided this site was not accordance with their beliefs and wanted to shut it down....would some here agree or not agree... In China they have the great fire wall... " It is the main instrument used by the government to achieve Internet censorship in China. These CPC regulations include criminalizing certain online speech and activities, blocking selected websites from view, filtering key words out of searches initiated from computers located in Mainland China, requiring international online service providers to store their Chinese customer information within China, and slowing down cross-border internet traffic.[1] Today, a number of politically sensitive Wikipedia entries continue to be censored by the Chinese government from users who do not use a secure connection." Actually the US has this in play directed at different things,.

I think if you spend some time in the military like I have like 20yrs or so, and some others here have. It might help address some of the issues you've mentioned while you get a chance to defend others rights as I did and others have to voice things that you might not agree with.
  13. The limits of free speech

And there ya go, "keep your idealistic nonsense to your self" on a thread about free speech. Kinda ironic I do have a question, whats up with this "we" are there others your representing, they cant speak up. "An we've been thru enough" enough of what,,,,again with the we.... .
  14. The limits of free speech

maybe you need some help....some of the people here do distance healing. "An they've tried. I survived, they didn't." wow what happened why didn't they survive.
  15. The limits of free speech

Dude, maybe you should stick to talking about what you know and understand what you do not. Like my own ancestry and ethnicity, which I feel no need to bring up....its not by the color of your skin but by the content of their character. remember. lets start since you brought it up. When were "you" freed Who is treating "you" like an animal Maybe the good folks here can suggest what to do....and how to cope with it.
  16. The limits of free speech

I guess considering you forgot what group you brought up that I addressed that you again asked about it needed to be said. yep truly weird....agree
  17. The limits of free speech

The only one in their world are those that feel they are. If one is authentic and frees themselves, they will understand the world they live in is one that they make.
  18. The limits of free speech

the group...the one your talking about, my earlier post referred to. So you have a problem with "Unite the Right" but not with Black lives matter,,,I am honest don't care for either one, seems like they both say the same and want the same things...
  19. The limits of free speech

I believe the system used is called voting. So your not white,,,sounds like the ol race card is being used, hope its not the case. the real question is one of being an American and understand what it means to be one. What do the black supremacist want? There are black supremacist aren't there or is it just a white thing....
  20. The limits of free speech

yes, lets be... In my view this group feels its being erased and is seeking to prevent the common history of the US good or bad from being changed that relates to it. Where will it stop.
  21. The limits of free speech

ok I bite, not knowing anything more about it then what was reported. What was it about,,,really about? Isn't the point of freedom of speech one of to allow others to listen, to make up their minds what it was about, not have someone tell them what it was about, or accuse them of being fooled. freedom of speech by those who would tell others what its about. Interesting how it plays out when put into action.
  22. The limits of free speech

You might want to check on what the rally was about, rule of law,,,,whether one agrees with it or not.
  23. The limits of free speech

You started from a point of bias, I see that as a problem...if not acknowledged However, there is a bias going on quite dangerous if not acknowledged. The President used the word "all" when talking about hate groups, racist and bigots. He was forced into labeling some groups over others, a bad move but understandable for a simple public. What is going on now is quite dangerous, more so if not acknowledged
  24. The limits of free speech

What does their ethnicity have to do with first amendment rights in the US. Are they US citizens?
