Bashar - The Alchemist
noonespecial replied to idiot_stimpy's topic in Esoteric and Occult Discussion
I would be careful using the word spiritual (I make the mistake as well), because when you feel your feet burning, your blood boiling, likeiwse the cooling of water across your body, and an acidic tingling in the neck and on the crown, dripping from the brow - this is no longer spiritual, this is physcial, it is REAL, albeit internal and difficult to quantify (although my journals are revealing an astrological influnece) this is why it is possibly dangerous, your experimenting with the occult forces and their effects on the body, and once the process starts, you will quickly discover you cannot turn it off, you must carry out the operation like it or not. On elitism, no one can judge who is genuine and who will pursue the work and who will not - but imo humanity is at such a perilous crossroads, that anyone who shows the slightest interest in things like qabalah and alchemy over football and beer gets a nod from me! God can judge his or her intent later, that is not my job; nor is it my job to deliberatley be an ass or mislead people, but neither can anyone hold your hand. That being said, at higher levels when things begin to coagulate, unify, and the work takes on a life of it's own, the lines of demarcation blur, and the whole process becomes difficult to quantify and symbolize, one of the philosophers said, when you understand the work you will burn all my books, I could almost say, 'once the work understands you, it will make you burn all your books.' -
hahah, ive been tuned into to the multiples of 11 for about 5 years now, my internal clock is somehow set to action on the 11s, 22, 33, 44, 55.

Excuse me if my terms arent precise (I'd figure most woul understand), I'm still learning the terminology, but I was refering to the double Mercury. "This Mercury invades and penetrates, as spirit, the other two principles, Salt and Sulfur (body & soul) which it unites and controls constantly by naturual heat." - Bernard of Treviso "All our purifications are done in fire, by fire, and with fire" - Fulcanelli "I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!" - Jesus -

Hey Stimpy, just a thought - if you have no interest in doing lab alchemy, but just following the process, it's better just to stick to the original documents of the Corpus Hermeticum, for a field seemingly so bloated, full of confusion, strange characters and egos, the Corpus Hermeticum is delightfully straight forward - and seems to have much more in common both christianity and chinese internal alchemy than the medieval european fellows. For instance, the following is From the Divine Poemander (note the underlined seems to refute the very notion of labratory work): -

You're trying to extract the primodrdial spirit (basically...God itself) trapped in matter through the agency of soul, but first the soul needs to be purified through it's own agency, the process is found in nature, give or take a couple of steps depending on who you choose to believe and of course it could all be a lie from the depths of hell. -
LOL, thats no big deal man, I went through an anti-Hebrew phase too, once I realized there is nothing inherently magikal in the language itself (it's a tool), but the sacredness attributed to it by the practioners which kindles the desire which in turn opens up the internal gateways for the fire to flow (a case can be made for the sonic quality of the phonetics, but I'm not to sure that matters based on experience). I've also used Greek, English works well too (lol who would have guessed), I even devised a Middle Pillar/LBRP type rituals in Farsi, using the Zoroastrian pantheon, even collobrating gemtria values, etc., wored like gangbusters (for me), now I really don't use any words at all. Ultimately, the question is, what are your goals? I mean are you just trying to heal, get money or get laid, or are you looking towards transcendant truth, eternal life, etc?

Smiling eyes is something I have fully incorporated into my work and day to day life, the magic of the crescent.

The seperation of the waters from the body could be seen as a type of emptying, from fixed to unifxed, the liberation of mercury from saturn. Still, I would defintly pass on Bashars alchemical teachings; seems to have more to do with 'disintigration' than 'reintegration' the very thing that separates the western path from Eastern paths. -

Lol. No inside bumps. Just reminded me of that, emptying the cup is the whole of the Work. So unrelated, is Bashar an alien from Astar or something? -

Reminds me of this Kerux: It is finished! (Kerux replaces the Cup and returns to his place. All rise.) Hiero: (Knocks) TETELESTAI! Hiereus: (Knocks) Heg: (Knocks) http://hermetic.com/gdlibrary/bb/neophyte.html -
Sexual Attraction and Stretching by Meditation
noonespecial replied to effilang's topic in General Discussion
In a world full of men with nothing to offer beyond watching the basketball game over a 12 pack of Coors Light (not that there is anything wrong with that), an individual who works (not pontificates) on the cultivation of spiritual force, whether love, wisdom or power stands out in any room or gathering, over the weekend I found myself in a couple of airports and I felt the eyes of nearly everyone on me - it almost led to a sense of brooding paranoia TBH. Interestingly, out of everyone, a kind looking Muslim fellow with his family seemed to really pick up on what was going on with me, gently smiled and waved...anyhow I would figure the intuition of females would inherently pick up this energy, thus the attraction. For the record, I do not practice any particular love meditation or things of that nature. -
It's hard to speak to westerners looking for answers, looking for quantifiacation and justification; when there are no answers beyond the silence of nothingness. Adyashanti seems ok at doing the above.

Why don't 'high level' beings post on internet forums?

Theres only so much you can tell someone, especailly over a forum where the tone and quality of what you say is completely lost... and heaven forbid the Lama finds his bloodboiling in a flame war with a nameless troll who doesnt really believe it is the Dalai Lama and keeps asking for pics. -

I stand corrected, the origin of the 36 decans seems to originate in Egypt - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decans 36+36=72 (each hour has 3 deacons, there are 24 hours in a day) Here is a great link on the Shem - http://www.hermeticgoldendawn.org/leitch-shemhamephoresh.html -

Ah, the tears from nowhere, this sort of deep nostalgic sadness that opens up sometimes, the pangs of the the great mother who must eat her cubs to ensure her own survival. Joy and pain, like sunshine and rain - rob base & dj ez rock -

Absolutely. -
Thanks for the reply! That sounds about right to me, personally I dont see how there could be 'multiple energies' either - from what I gather Kundalini is forcing the 'light' inherent in matter itself 'upwards' causing the shock to the operator, but it still the same 'substance'
-
Are Kundalini and Qi the same phenomena? I've interchangebaly used both terms to describe my personal somatic sensations, in addition to the term in the west, lux, and have managed to piss off all sorts of purists, or self-proclaimed purists. My apologies if I sidetracked the thread.

what does it mean to say form is empty though, if i'm empty and the bus is empty, that emptiness is still going to kill my emptiness. likewise what does it mean to say nothing ever stays the same, maybe that was deep 2500 years ago in central asia, but i think we've come to grips with the vastness and flux of the universe.
