    Yes,very tired of all the modern samsara,emotions,birth death,al of it . Then sleep,wake refreshed,do it all again. Lacking self confidence,just a bite of a small fish in the shark tank. Socially isolated v social anxiety. Then there is the physical decline,aches and pain,don't even bother anymore to look in the mirror these days. Well that was how things used to be,things change entertainment occurs spontaneously,self confidence becomes set in concrete. Now all that occurs is no longer samsara,we enjoy all of it,life now very short,so wonderment has rebirth,curiosity shows itself. We are special,we are experiencing alive with body,life itself has been fun,the biggest cryptic puzzle we ever attempt. Soon enough we get our next ticket to ride and off we go. Rebirth?Nirvana?or maybe off to the animal world,who knows. Can l get a window seat next time?

    How good is it when we feel well? My old Grandfather,would always say to me,"best thing in life is your good health" Took the ibuprofen,kept doing the exercises,so now feel much better thankyou. No ibuprofen past 24 hrs,walking freely.
  3. Thankyou Kiwi Ninja,what a excellent topic. Enlightenment? No never experienced any lightning. No never experienced any kundalini. Yet I feel enlightened? How can that be? Sometimes can see the near future,and able to take actions to avoid mishap. For this I am humbled No not even a halo,yet feel no discouragement,still happy and content. No formal meditation,yet there is a sense of meditation all the time. Not possible,enlightenment is not for all,well maybe not all at the same time.

    Hi DreamBliss,thankyou for sharing. It is difficult to comment on your situation,not knowing the full details. However you express much uncertainty,doubts and anxiety. When situations are import,when outcomes make a difference in real term. Then there is much investment of self in achieving set goals. There are many'what ifs',this keeps the mind busy,increasing fatigue,maybe insomnia or just more time to think.The Then we attempt to develope defence mechanism,which we can use if plans are flawed or you are somehow unsuccessful. Defence mechanism both conscious and some unconscious. Understanding these mechanism,is helpful in developing self understanding. Self awareness,know you have done all you can,also know sometimes our goals are dependant on others,not always aligned with your vision. Then get some good food,shared with friends,try fun,then sleep,focus your breath to keep your thoughts at bay,helpful in getting sleep,also helpful all day long.

    Hi Bindi,thankyou for your emotional awareness. Emotions are our choice to use. Sometimes overwhelming us no longer a choice. There is need to develope also detachment. We develope detachment to protect ourselves. Much confusion,irrational thoughts,delusions manifest from emotions. Rational,logical processes often of limited effect when trying to unravel emotions. There is benefit from insight or in understanding ourselves. When these pennies start dropping,there is need for caution. Please be kind to yourself,your own best friend.

    Hi vtrader125,thankyou for you query. "Emotional Storm,Mental chaos,letting go,how do you move on?" If this is a relationship bust up,then only the passing of time will heal. Chatting to a friend,he had a new girlfriend,so enquires how things were going. "We broke up,it doesn't bother me though." "Got a new system with girls so it doesn't bother me to much."     Seeking kundalini is striving for power. Bit like drug use in sports,you may gain an unfair advantage. The athlete using drugs to enhance performance pays a price,not always discussed. In striving to reach kundalini there may also be at some cost.

    Elbows resting on knees. This posture came to me a few months ago. Standing feet apart toe in slightly knees bent a bit. Start with hands on hips. Slowly ease hands down to thighs whilst leaning forward. The natural motion is for your hands to slide to your knees. Poke your bum out,and rest with hands on knees,if this position feels good,after a time try resting elbows on knees. Sometimes you can hear spine stretching into place,generally gives short term LBP relief.

  13. Hi ChiForce,thankyou for your dream story. Talking to drones? Just ignore them. Dreams are residual thoughts from being awake. Let them go. There is a loop forming if you dwell on them. Spending your time analysing a dream which is related to the day before. There is suggestion of meaning in dreams,if you can work that one out,please tell. Life is now,live it now,night dreams,day dreams,all escape the now. Please enjoy your life now ChiForce.

    Hi Arya,thankyou for the above description of your practice. A home made chi gong. This my favourite practise,drawing energy from above and below at the same time. Entering from soles of feet,energy from planet core,combines with a mushroom of energy from above through top of head. The two energies combine in the skull/brain in circular motion on inhale. Exhale all energy to ground through soles of feet,returning to centre of planet,after a while doing this practice,energy field expands. This now purified energy recycles into the atmosphere for reuse. As your practice continues there is energy coming from everywhere,animals,ocean and all the creatures,trees. I hold onto none of it,pushing it all to ground,but there is a natural accumulation of energy to the body. There is lightness of step,energy for working and play.

    Hi Rocco,thankyou for sharing your story. You were audience to real life at play,front row,cool. How you got your ticket,matters not,you describe two powerful performances. Acting our part,and watching others perform is what we do all day. It feels good to perform well,regardless of your activity. At work we have to read the appropriate behaviours,like minimum acceptable behaviours. It would be nice if everyone adhered to acceptable behaviours. Some people are just @%#and often are a captured audience,not always directly involved,so we witness. Compassion towards all involved is possible.
  19. Fear is the root of All suffering

    Self created suffering is based on fear or anxiety. Anxiety is the modern manifestation,and we all manage our own levels,for some it is uncontrolled. We smoke that good joint,then all manner of suspiciousness may arise or paranoia,this is an anxious state. Keeping in mind anxiety has two aspects,physical and psychological. Insight is really the only key to alleviate these anxious states,otherwise we continue this self torment. When you see that shark fin heading your way,and you are still 3or4 hundred metres from shore,this realisation may induce fear,or after surviving such an event,next surf trip similar senario occurs,this is fear and anxiety,ie stay safe Mick Fanning. There is a lot to learn of ourselves. From personal experience,just stop reading news papers,or seeking news broadcasts. Refrain from illegal activity as best you can. Develope an honest and genuine approach. Reduce or eliminate your 'control'of others within personal contacts. If using mind altering substance,just sit tight the effects will wear off. Paranoia is usually associated with grandiosity,humility can be an antidote. When you perceive a situation as anxiety provoking situation,establish a mode of inquiry of yourself. The list goes on,fear more related to shark fin senario. Anxiety is what we all subjectively experience more frequently.

    High five DreamBliss, We are born of stardust,compressed together forming earth. Given life by our mother and father planet earth. So yes,we are individual manifestations of that originating energy. The consciousness of our planet. Yes we create our life experiences through our beliefs. All good so far. Mum and Dad,ie planet earth aren't doing so well. This is our space ship,it is part of us all,we should be concerned. It is our home. Apologies DreamBliss,gone off topic.
  22. My City of Sydney.

    Been to Sydney a few times. Most recent about four years ago. Still remember listening to indigenous guy playing the Dij. Haunting sound echoing across the bay. At that moment,there was a realisation,prior to european invasion,that was how it was. Dijerrdo sounds,canoes paddling,fish traps,huts,all around Sydney habor. This was someone's home,trees growing all round the shores. Nice place Sydney,totally sad for the people who once called it their home.

    People can only be accepting of their death if they are sure that they won't be reborn on the lower realm of existence. In my case I can see exactly what is waiting me after my death which is why I am scared. However at the same time on part of me also feels happy at the prospect of my own suffering. It's that same part that will laugh if I end up there... Hi Josama, Reborn in the lower realms of existence. This somehow is still reassuring,given that we have not achieved a higher realm,this is how we are have come to be today. Yes there is suffering,but there is also comfort,we learn to perceive our own personal stuff and a possibility of a solution. This is fun.Not so obvious prior to a valid solution.Satisfaction comes later. Apart from few individuals,this is our plight,reborn to lower realms. This not unlike our current state. Not knowing any better,rebirth as anything has already occurred. Whatever form rebirth takes,there is no memory of anything attached to a previous life. No it's not very enlightening,nirvana lost,reborn again and again. Why not,if this is how it is?Born as a frog,cow,or insect,no matter,accepting. Cheers juls

    Hi Josama, This death anxiety or something like that is familiar. Relief and peace of mind came after looking,focussing on this death anxiety. Death is for sure anxious or not. Is it so scary. Is this short life awareness,motivation to take in so much more,just for fun. Many aged persons on the brink of death are relaxed and accepting of their mortality. At the end of primary school,devastated like a death,perceived by 11yo level of understanding.So to it can be likened to our mortal death the transition to our universal high school.
