  1. I am on my 34th day now not having orgasm(ed) or ejaculated. Since a few days I feel extreme emotional like almost starting to cry at only minor negative events and getting in rage easily. A second problem is that semen is sometimes dripping out, when I press the bladder while sitting down etc. Is there a kind of quick fix for these problems or any other help? I do the MCO, Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds (almost) daily and started with Testicle Breathing. Thank you.
  2. I'd like to share a short and true story I experienced recently. One morning, when I was on the highway, I suddenly felt the strong urge to be kind and friendly to everyone (much, much more kind, friendly and cautious than usual), to be soft and Yin as possible (I have seen a video of Bruno Gröning the night before). I stoped at a motorway restaurant and ordered some coffee-to-go. The young waitress was really bitchy and unkind to me (never experienced that before), but I remained deliberately friendly. All of the sudden a man came in, ordered something that wasn't even there and he was unfair to her, shouted at the waitress for no reason, humilated her and went out. Also never seen that before. I know this was an important teaching for me! Did my not-reacting create some kind of vacuum, that made the Tao react?
  3. Inner smile and yin tang

I do the Inner Smile almost daily and what is helping me is imaging four beautiful women standing at a beach & smiling at me. Them I smile back with a soft and real smile. I feel the energy of their smiles radiating on my third eye chakra (it feels warm) and then I relax the chakra point and let the energy flow into my head deliberately. It works. That's how Ido it.
  4. Form and Chi Movement

If you can feel it, then it is enough. I think this is precise enough for the beginning. And, yes, as ChiForce said, it's necessary to to open the Microcosmic Orbit first. That helps avoiding the energy stucking in the head, which can give nasty headaches. I am a 48yr old 'Fart' and did it in three months , so feel encouraged to do it, too.Work yourself through the mentioned book. That will give you a solid foundation to develop further.
  5. Sorry to say, but there is no "best way". For beginners invocation is probably easier than evocation. If you are doing e.g. Planetary Magick and you summon the appropiate entity and you feel that this force is working in your psyche / your body, then you have IN-voked that entity. You cannot see it, but you can get tangible results. In some cases I got exactly what I asked for and in other cases I got some kind of magickal ricochets ...not funny, sometimes. Planetary Magick can be performed via ceremonial magick (KK, LBRP and Hexagram-Ritual). Evocation is more difficult. It means that you summon an entity not into yourself, but outside yourself - in front of you or so. Full materialization and full visibility is the most difficult task - at least to my knowledge. I never did it. A "black mirror" may help and is recommended for beginners. I got some weird results. Caution: I'd like to place three warnings - thoughts, at least to think about: a) Since you are a beginner and given you are successful in summoniong - can you handle the spirits you've called? b ) If you ask them to do you a favour, don't forget that they probably also want something from you! Make clear that you won't pay anything or make a clear offer. Otherwise you may have debt you have to pay back in eternity.... be careful. That's no game! c) I think that this Goetian-style commanding insults and annoys the spirits you've called. Be friendly. Don't 'command'. I am not a Satanist ( any longer ), but I think that the Satanists show more respect for these entities than the Judaeo-Christians who shaped the medeveal and qabbalistic magick, so popular today. In my opinion the Satanists have the finer rituals. You may want to look here for non-'Golden Dawn'/non-quabbalistic alternatives: https://zalbarath666.wordpress.com/ The "just believing" thing may work, but it takes probably weeks and months to show results. Have a look at Donalds Tyson's "Sexual Alchemy" that gives you clear instructions how to summon e.g. Succubi. Basically his method is some kind of vivification of pictures and/or statues through which you contact the spirit on "the other side". But in instead of getting immediate results like in ceremonial magick, it takes some time. Nevertheless it is the better approch for beginners, in my eyes. The fewer "props" you need (like wands, robes, cups, tarot cards, sigils, pentacles...) to perform magick, the higher is your ability as a magickian. Performing magick by "just believing" is the highest level you can evolve in as a magickian. Your posting sounds a little bit like you're desperate to see if magick works or not, right? No problem with that! I recommend to drop your evocation project and perform ceremonial magick / planetary magick. Most beginners get easy results that way and get the proof that magick is real! Hope this helps a bit. Edit: I told you an easy way to get experiences in magick, but, in spite of that, I don't want to encourage you to do so! The best would be to relinquish this kind of magick at all and the reason for I explanied here: http://thedaobums.com/topic/38664-new-guy-on-the-way/ (please read the "edit" below)
  6. I am training according to the UHT System of Mantak Chia for seven months now and I'm doing the Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds and the Microcosmic Orbit once to twice every day. One of the most remakable results for me is that I've become a much happier person and the depressive feelings I often had in the past have almost vanished. But what I miss ia a noticeable improvement of my abilities to visualize and to concentrate. Am I too impatient? Imho these meditations come across like being a litte bit too hectic - instead of concentrating on one point for a longer time, one chages the focus continuously. So, that's why I am thinking about integrating additional meditations into my dayli routine to improve concentration and visualization (I'm very poor at both) and I am drawing IIH from F. Bardon and "Concentration" from Mouni Sadhu into my consideration. But since these systems are not taoistic, they feel a litte bit "alien" to me. To me it doesn't feel like these systems fit well to my taoist training. Has anybody similare experiences and do you know some taoist alternatives to enhance concentration and visualization effectively? (Sorry for the typo in the headline - can't edit it)
  7. Form and Chi Movement

Close your eyes, relax. Look (mentally/internally) down to the target organ and smile to it. The smiling can be a real smile on your face. I call then the organs name (e.g. "Hey, liver, listen..." -in a friendly way). Tell the organ "I love you". "Everything is all right". Feel the organ relaxing and fell it becoming happy. Sometimes this is enough to feel it becoming warm. Feel Chi energy flowing down from your head (provided that you collected it there before) to the target organ. Feel the organ getting warm. If you can feel it getting warmer then you know Chi has flown into it. Yes. You are in some kind of trance. Noise will "hurt" you far more intense than normal - that's a sign of being in a trance/meditative state. This is basically the "Inner Smile" from Mantak Chia and it works for me. Breathing into Organ: Relax. Smile to the organ. Breathe in and feel that this vacuum, causig the air flowing in, is caused by the target organ. Feel and visualize the organ expanding while breathing in. To amplify this impression put your hands on the region of the organ and feel the movement.
  8. Good point. My question: Who has achieved anything vauable (I'd like to specify: Visible, verifiable) from ANY teacher? Who has learned to successfully heal with Chi? From whom? Who has achieved the ability to knock out opponents (sparring or real) using Chi power? Which method? Who is able to send "Chi Balls" that really have an effect? How? Who is able to move or destroy objects using Chi? Or who is at least able making his body sweat in a chilly surrounding through meditation? Benchmarks shouldn't be applied to MC alone. Let's check all of the teachings out there!
  9. Interview with Bruce Frantzis

Question about the guided meditation at the end: What does it exactly mean to put the mind down? Is it to visualize slippig down the internal organs so that I get the impression that the "I" am slipping into the desired place and "I" am IN that place and see and feel my body from that place? MC also talks often about putting the mind (down) somewhere, but it's not clear to me how to do it exactly. Can anyone experienced help?
  10. Thank you :-) Both. I feel the need for an enhanced concentration during my work at the office and during my meditations. I often loose the golden thread. My monkey mind is still too active. For every meditation session I need about one hour and I'm still a beginner. So, principally the question arises to me how to handle the plenty of material additionally arriving, when developing further on (Iron Shirt, Fusion Five, Tendon Nei Kung, Cosmic Orbit, Kan & Li ...)? I'll try that.
  11. I have met men (politicians and leaders) personally, who were very charismatic and I always puzzled about why some men have this kind of magnetic attraction, presence and authority and the rest of us not. Their physique was quite normal, sometimes below average, so I concluded that is has (almost) nothing to do with apperance and they probably radiate some kind of energy. After reading about Sexual Energy, Taoism and so forth I'm sure it must have something to do with sparing / cultivating sexual energy. I'd like to know how to rise ones "personal magnetism". One article on this board suggests that simply not having an orgasm over a longer period of time does it. But is this really enough? Being on day 9 of non orgasming now, I observe more signs of attraction from other women and I feel a better connection to other men, too. Does anybody like to share his experience and/or his observations? Who did it successfully? I'm really curious to know. Thank you.
  12. Sacred Sex for Charisma?

Thank you! What do you mean by "internal work" exactly?
  13. New Guy on the Way

Dear all, I am 48 yrs young and after experimenting with a lot of different esoteric/magickal systems I came to the clear conclusion that the Tao is the way for me, too. I am working myself through the "Universal Healing Tao" system and I am doing the "Six Healing Sounds", "Inner Smile"and the "Microcosmic Oribt" once to twice every day. These meditations are very uplifting to me like no other I ever tried. Now I am working on semen retention (day 7 now), which I am really interested in and the cultivation/transmutation of sexual energy. I am fascinated about how others start to percieve me in a more positive way, when I abstain from ejaculation fror e.g.one week. I want to learn more about why it is so and about how use this energy to change my personality into "higher frequencies". I came here to this forum because of a fascinating answer the member Seth Ananda gave here: http://thedaobums.com/topic/23837-the-power-of-sexual-retention-and-its-effects-on-vitality/ This is exactly what I want to work myself in to! Does anybody have a book recommendation for me? I would appreciate that very much! My further interests are shamanism & tantra and everything that has to do with the subconscious, the "matrix of matter", chi/orgone/od/vril/animal magnetism, reiki and healing but since I don't want to dissipate, I focus solely on the Tao,since the Tao is quite demanding :-) Thank you. Edit: Why I left Satanism. I felt very attracted to Satanism and it seemed to be ok, since I held the belief, that there is no "good" and no "bad". The world seemed to be "symmetrical" and it seemed to be irrelevant which "path" one takes. Today I think different. I am convinced, that there is a life after this life here on earth and that your inner core (soul) will reside somwhere in the astral plane. I am also convinced that here are beatiful places in the astral and really bad places with nasty entities, where nobody (even the most dedicated Satanist) wants to go. Every soul loves the good side. In hardcore Satanists their "flesh" may dominate, but as soon as the flesh is dead, the soul is naked and strives and cries for peace and beauty (see near death experiences). This is what I believe today and this breaks the symmetry! There IS a good side and a evil side and the two paths (left hand and right hand) don't lead to the same goal! Satanism lowers your frequency (whatever this is...) and leads you to lower astral realms - bad, bad, bad. Increasing your frequency reconnects you with God. Things in your life start to fall into place and time seems not to work against you any longer (my experience). I am convinced, that here are only two external powers influencing us: The "dark side", which is Satanism, which is STURNism (Important: Google "Black Cube Conspiracy"). Since Planetary Magick is part of this Kabbala/hexagram system, I consider this as belonging to the dark side, too. The "white side", all influences coming through the Matrix, like belief, Christ (I am Christian), inspiration, trust, love, high vibration (...) and last, but not least, Chi! Luke Skywalker: "Is the dark side stronger?" Yoda: "No, faster!" Saturn/Satan, the dark side, is easier to access and provides everything you want to still your lust. Especially when you are young, Saturns offers can be very seductive! I take some quotes of "Star Wars" very seriously, 'cause Gerorge Lucas seemed to know exactly what he is talking about. Did you know that his invention, the "Death Star", looks exactly like the Saturn (!) moon Mimas? Coincidence? I think not. I hope this helps to understand my postings. I can't go deeper into all this now.
