Just making the mandatory introduction
I have been involved with martial arts (mainly Southern Chinese arts) since late 70's. And the interest in Daoism that he involvement inspired over the years.
Getting more into yoga as the years go by - easier on the joints and body, after a period of rough usage (80's to 2000 or so).
Found my way here through the intranets, following one of the forum/training posts (something about warrior wellness/5 tibetans/scott sonnon).
Hope this fits the introduction category.
