Yeah totally agree with you. An intresting thing happened at the airport.We were waiting for our plane (Wellington New Zealnd)when in walks John of God and his posse.Within ten minutes the guy is just surrounded by people.I get up to go to the toilet and on the way back he calls me over to him,he takes my hand and gives me some business cards with his picture says something to me in Portuguese,I smile like idiot and say thanks.Funny thing was there was no energy about him infact if anything him seemed drained and that he really relied on his friends for support.It was quite obvious the man at the meeting and the man at the airport were two very different individuals.

Hi Vortex Yeah he's legit.While standing in line with my partener he looked up me and I felt all my doubts and defenses fall away.He told us to sit with him in the current room and the energy was overwhelming,very clean,very strong.For some reason I just started sobbing and I haven't cried for along time let alone in public. Today I was considering what the ulitmate goal,purpose,or achievement is?As humans what is the best we can be?Some thoughts please.

Yeah the anger issue is huge.Recently realized the my body likes to feed off the dense nature of anger,like strong coffee and cigs.Can be energising for short time but ultimately taxes the qi big time.cultivation is the antitheis of anger.I found if I keep my liver happy chappy its easier to bump into those numbers above one.Still somethings just realy piss me off.And no amount of gong is gonna change it. I gues its is easy to feel something. The talent is in living it.
