  1. Qigong Exercises During Lucid Dreams

Friend you must be very careful doing qigong exercises while lucid dreaming. Are you involved with a lineage? If so they may grant you protection if not I would strongly suggest you create a talisman that can protect you.It need not be elborate but full of intention.Like on earth in your corperal form there are many powers some beneficial and some not so.Unless you have strong lineage protection your like a bunny in the headlights.
  2. Yoga or Chi Kung

If you know how to swim i highly recommend it.especially in the ocean.guarenteed to help you lose weight, great for the immune system especially if the water is cold.Good all around work out, easy on your joints, good for your spirit. The amount of energy i.e. fat your body needs to consume particularly in cold water to maintain stasis is much higher then flogging yourself in some smelly gym.Stay away from indoor swimming pools those things are poison.
  3. Death for Dummies

Theres no such thing as death, its an illussion.Nothing can die, there is no less energy now then there was yeterday or tommorrow. Its the changing of forms that makes us shed tears and wonder why.The atoms, the basic elements, the cells, the bacteria, the multitude of life forms that make up our bodies which we call I or me were at another time a plant,a fish,a bird,a star. The very fact we exprience life makes us immortal.
  4. healers

If you had a chronic illness and money wasn't an issue who would you see to help you get back on track?
  5. healers

Thank you all for your valueable insights and links.Just a few thoughts. Lyme disease I believe is from a tick bite which is confined to North America, we are in Australia. In regards to the energy of the house we live I have often wonder about this myself,we built the house ourselves but we do live next door to a cemetery Mercury is definite high priority and chelation therapy is in the pipeline. Thankyou Yoda for your kind offer. Thank you Karen for your insights. Peace. John.

Hey B Grasshopper welcome. Great post. Stardust yeah!
  8. dilating and constricting pupils

What a wonderful back seat of the car exprience for you.Life in all is elemental forms expresses its self as expansion and contraction or in your case dilation and constriction
  9. Cultivation question

All energy is a gift to us regardless of how we recieve or cultivate it.The sun shines and ask nothing from us,the rain falls and flows for all the earth to use.If you friend finds he has excess of energy sexual or otherwise he is in the unique position to replicate the sun and rain.If he is feeling pent up simple acts of charity can go a long way in helping the energy move more smoothly. The wonderful realisation is by giving we are no poorer but quite the opposite.
  10. Merging with the Void

    Right on brother!
  11. Eating Flesh Pros and Cons

Me eyes are on the front of my face, like a lions, like cat, like a wolf, like a dog, like a bear.My eyes are not on the side of my face like a sheep, like a cow, like a kangaroo, like a fish.If our ancestors were not culinary opportunists none of would be here in this human form.In the past our species had more reverence, dignity and honour for the creatures they hunted, skinned and consumed.Cellaphane wrapped slaughter house super market gathering meat will no doubt have karmic implications greater then the smell of questionable b.o.
  12. The Gate of life

Hagar do you know the tai chi movement step back and repulse monkey? In my humble opinion I have found this the best means to gage the state of ming men.
  13. the spiritual art of Paul Heussenstam

Great link thanks Matt. The man is truly gifted.
  14. Law of Attraction and Enlightenment

when we see all life forms as an extension of ourself.when the realisation of oness is wonderously apparrent, there is no need for laws especially laws of attraction.Until we accept this, be careful what you wish for, you might just get it.
  15. Jing and the Golden Flower

I have learned a great deal from my dog.Basically he's a meat lover first and foremost and why not he's a dog. Every so often though he venture out into the vegie patch sniff around a bit and select a weed or a herb (whats the difference?)and casually chew away.In the thirteen years we've shared together he's never been sick. The following are attributes which I believe keep him in tip top shape. He only eats when he's hungry. He gets plenty of exercise He has a lot of naps He accepts things for what they are He doesn't hold grudges He is a good listener that includes to what his body requires. He likes to sing He enjoys lots of physical contact He still has his balls which he licks frequently And last but not least he truly loves evryone.
  16. Judgement

I remember reading in the bible once "Judge not lest you be judge for the judgement were with you judge so shall you be judged."It doesn't say who will be judging you but me think it maybe ones self.
  17. What a splendid ray of light.
  18. The feminization of the Western male?

All this back and forth is making me horny.
  19. good read

Theres nothing like a good book, one that pokes and prods you, makes you smile, makes you uncomfortable, but mostly a book that alters your outlook and opens up new possibilities. If you have read such a book or books please chime in.For the heck of it heres a few. The Future Eaters by Time Flannery. Wonderful discourse on how humans interact with the envoiroment and the consequences of short sightedness. The Snow Lepord by Peter Mattheissen. Its a hike into wilderness and Buddhism. Great Prose that transport you to the high himalayan peaks. Seven Taoist Masters by Eva Wong. I love the crazy stories in this book, gives me a taste of what it means to be a taoist in China a long time ago. Australia Thru Time by Cant remember. When I read this great book I was mentaly paralyzed by the sheer age of the land I walk on.Which was once the ocean bottom, which was once covered by a mile thick ice sheet, which once a desert, which was once a blah, blah, blah.
  20. The Enneagram

Can someone please tell me what the purpose of this test is?I had a look at the questions and couldn't understand how one could possibly answer them. And even if you did answer them one way today would you answer the sameway tommorrow?Perhaps this is just a typical 7 questions.
  21. Friends. So many words. My love lies in wooden bark,my eyes are orions belt. I'm the ravens call and the dogs pant. I'm the hoofed the horned and the hairy one I'm the single drop of dew on a plum blossom I'm the slow pain of a slow death The hope of something better. I'm nothing and everything. If you try to hold me I slip away If you try to describe me I'll make a foul of you. This is what I heard after getting hit point blank between the eyes with hockey puck when I was thirteen.I still remember staring down at myself and wondering why that guy is lieing on the ice.And who the hell it is that was speaking to me.
  22. What is it that you pursue?

Many intresting answers here.I have what I believe. To truly know what it is that you believe you bacially have to scare the shit out of yourself. When you find yourself in a position were you could die then your true self appears. All the layers are stripped away and truest sense of who you are is revealed. Never underestimate the value of primal fear in helping you to find the way.
  23. The real meaning of Jing

Recently I viewed T.V. programme about cloning. What I found most fascinating was after those wacky scientists had finished their alchemy. They had to charge their little frankenstiens in tube with an electric shock to kick start the whole process. Once I tried to start my chainsaw without a spark plug and even though it was full of petrol it just wouldn't start.
  24. The real meaning of Jing
