Hello Bums,
My name is Adrian, I'm a beginner and I'm interested in Qi Gong and Zhan Zhuang mostly for health reasons.
I started practicing ZZ and reading about QiGong (Lam Kam Chuen, Yang Jwing-Ming, B.K. Frantzis, Mark Cohen) since a good couple of months.
As during all this time I enjoyed a lot and found very usefull all the excellent information you guys put online on this forum, I thought that the next logical would be to register and try to participate... even if for the moment, as an absolute beginner, I will just probably nag you with questions :-))
