  1. Beginning QiGong

I have completed the first day of Zhan zhuang. I love the simplicity, i will see how it goes out. Thank you for the responses.
  2. Beginning QiGong

Hello, I was looking to encorporate a QiGong routine in my daily life primarily in order to increase my energy throughout the day and relax at night (after MMA|weight training). I have found two systems: Zhan Zhuang https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH_ecCMHqqpBazYiUv3Sg8Q and Flying Phoenix routines by Terry Dunn. What do you think about the two systems that i have converged. Are there some other systems that i need to check out? I am relatively new to the QiGong if you except my Wing Chun training which lasted for about a year. Also i do heavy weight lifting throughout the week so i wouldn't want my QiGong to interfere with my training (that's why i was a bit skeptical about Zhan Zhuang) Thanks
  3. Hello

Hello, I have been involved with martial arts for over 10 years. My training has been mainly consisted of martial arts that were more physically demanding like box, judo, bjj and all were pretty interesting but what excited me the most was the brief period when i got into wing chun. Through the form that we did i was able to feel the chi which was something new to me. It was a very nice experience and i kept doing it for about a year but i couldn't resist to the adrenaline rush that the other sports gave me. Now, after i have been developed in a physical manner, i think it's time to develop and in a spiritual way and that's why i am very glad that i have found this community. Regards, The Scientist
