Lately, letting go of expectation has been at the forefront of my daily existence. It has been profound in that I am not limiting my experiences by some picture I have painted of how practices, daily interactions and people are supposed to be, at least in my own mind. It has allowed for insight beyond the parameters I had previously boxed myself into. In short, I guess I am learning to not take myself and thoughts so seriously and to not allow preconceived notions to rule my existence.

Yes, they are alleged, and there is plenty of proof on HRC, but, for whatever reason our justice system seems to have a vested interest in keeping her out of the courtroom. I can not see it any other way given how others have been prosecuted and resigned or demoted for mishandling classified documents and communications. Remember David Patraeus or the young sailor who took a photo on a submarine? Why were they not allowed to feign ignorance? Double standard or something else? We can debate this until the cows come home and it will have no bearing on the current situation(s). Our DOJ needs to get off their asses and uphold the law in all cases of impropriety and stop protecting political criminals from thorough investigation and prosecution. Jeff Sessions needs to turn in his badge to make room for someone who is not afraid of backlash and skeletons in the closet!!

Are you talking about campaign communications or matters of national security and classified information on unsecured personal servers? Big difference. Rule of law applies across the board, not just to the opposing party, so no, there is no double standard from where I am standing. You might want to evaluate your position on HRC and her crimes if you want to continue discussing double standards, dear ralis.

It is not misogyny to call out a woman who has broken the law so many times they should be under the jail! Pull your head out of the sand! If it were Trump or anyone else you would be calling for investigations, indictments and prosecution. The email scandal and server were enough to have her booted from office and jailed. We won't even talk about the body count, money laundering through the DNC, and the Clinton Foundation.

Self control is important too. For those that have struggled, I have banned them for a specified period of time at their request.

Who the hell can tell fact from fiction in today's political climate? I have said it many times in this thread, and I will say it again. They are all liars, saying and doing whatever they (both parties) can to cover their own asses no matter the cost- lives, money, careers... You seem to be very unwilling to even address the blatant crimes committed by your party, but are quick to sling anything resembling impropriety at the current administration. Pfft! Whatever... There is not a politician in the history of mankind that is not and was not a liar. The sooner you accept that Obama and Hillary, et al are liars too, the sooner you will gain some clarity on the political schemes that are playing out under the guise of "evidence" fabricated by the Obama Administration, Hillary, the DNC and god knows who else. Turning a willful blind eye to the misgivings and crimes committed by your party and its leaders does not, in any way, make them immune to scrutiny, investigations and hopefully, eventually prosecution.
