She started the thread, therefore, she is not trolling here. She has every right to remove any post in her personal practice discussion area that she sees fit. If you have not already, you can request one for yourself. It is quite apparent that the likelihood of the two of you coming to any agreement on practices is not forthcoming. This back and forth needs to stop. It is getting very old, and I am sure I am not the only mod and member that would like to see a cease fire. Your belittling insults are noted, please avoid getting personal with other members. I know it can be difficult when we believe in something so passionately, but there are much more effective ways to communicate than calling a person childish to suit or own agendas and support our systems of practice. All of you in the thread, add something of value that is on topic or move on. There is plenty of room on TDB for everyone. Be kind to one another...

A snake oil seller or salesman is a derogatory term and deemed as in insult that was unprovoked and uncalled for. You may have an opinion about what someone else says, and that is fine, but you also need to realize that just because it does not resonate with you does not mean it will not strike a chord with the OP or another reader and make perfect sense. Odd how being a snake oil salesman can go from being a shame for a mediation teacher to a positive thing in a matter of one hour and seven minutes. There could very well be some language barriers and semantics in play with some of the disagreements. Don't get me wrong there is some good info in the threads that is not to be discounted in any manner, it is wading through all of the nonsense of arguing, insults and name calling that is the "shit show".

Do some reading, particularly the moderation logs. You will find links there to get you started in the most recently posted in threads. It is not about nationalities or race, it has been about differences in alchemic systems of practice that ultimately evolved in to a shit show of epic proportions that topics like this do not help to alleviate. I could say a lot about that video and most of it would be far beyond the scope of what is appropriate for this forum, however, I will say this... That video is pure oppressive, misogynistic, dehumanizing, vile, retrogressive propaganda!! To place the down fall of western civilization on the backs of women when men have predominately been in power, worldwide, for centuries is just asinine! If there is no inherent sense of protecting the 'tribe' in women, answer this... who was/is taking care of the home front and keeping the economy alive while still nurturing their families when men have been called out to fight senseless wars? The days of steamrolling women because they have opinions, careers and personal goals are over in most of modern civilization. It is time that certain men get used to it and get onboard. Working together is far more productive to society as a whole than creating division by labeling certain groups or women in general as demolitionists who should be subservient to the chest pounding males who think a woman's place is barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen. To call this food for thought is the only thing that is confusing...
