I do not think it works well for anyone. If a person is open and truly practicing or cultivating their perspective shifts and I would venture to say many, many times. To me there is no end to understanding and knowing. Just when I think I've got it all figured out, bam! a new path to deeper clarity and understanding emerges from the mist.

What we saw of it was pretty impressive. The clouds covered it more often than not. Seems like every time there is something to see in the night sky it's cloudy.

Thank you, @steve. I wanted to comment on this yesterday and have been thinking about a way to broach the topic since. You've said it beautifully.

Son and husband do escrima. They have used dowl rods of varying diameter, bamboo sticks and axe handles to practice with. Needless to say there are an abundance of "sticks" and other practice weapons around the house.

If you are looking for relaxation I suggest a kripalu yoga routine. There are some good ones on YouTube. Pick one give it a go.
