And, you may have wanted to use the word "spelled" instead of spelt. Spelt is a form of wheat, kind sir, not the past tense of spell.

Congratulation on your weight loss! If you are on this program under the advisement of a physician, I suggest you contact them. Something is definitely amiss. Carbohydrates in the form of fruits and vegetables are essential; they provide vitamins and minerals for proper body function. Try adding in green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and swiss chard which are high in B vitamins and it should help quite a bit with everything you have mentioned. Even salads with green or red leaf lettuce and fresh spinach with some fresh squeezed lemon or orange juice is a nice addition. You should be able to eat almost 6 cups a day of any of these with out worry (not that anyone would). Also, and, at the very least, incorporate a good multi-vitamin to help add what is lacking from your current diet. Oh, and lots of water. A little light exercise can do great for mood elevation and releasing stress and anger too. I wish you all of the best, and again, great job! Much love.

I guess it is all about from which perspective you choose to look at things. Are we looking closer at the gains or the loses? In my life the gains have far outweighed the loses. What was lost, I never need to hold on to in the first place. Much love.

This is genius! More involvement of women with TDB staff would be great. Everyone knows men and women see things differently from time to time. Having both male and female perspectives can be rather refreshing and eye opening when dealing with issues and/or advocacy. I also see this as a great way for anyone who has not had any moderation experience to "dip their toes in the water" rather than to "dive in head first". Really interested to see what some of the other women here think about this model and if they would be willing to help out. I am pretty busy with work these days, maybe in a few weeks, if there is still a need for volunteers, I would be willing. Much Love.

I would suggest concentrating on something/someone you like and what you like about it/them, and then imagining life without it/them. What does it cultivate? Loss or sadness? Why is there a sense of loss or sadness? Or is there any reaction at all? Volunteer work or community service in an area that interests you can be another way. Being of service to others and taking in their positive reactions can be a good motivator as well. It may sound silly, but maybe stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself you are worthy of love and the fulfillment of metta. Before we can exude something to others we first need to be able to feel it for ourselves. Hope this is in some way helpful. Much love to you.

How about separate moderator accounts?

The identity of a mod should be irrelevant. If they are doing their job correctly, any action taken would be due to a breach of forum rules and not based on personal views. -
There was no butter, nor were there eggs at the local big box store yesterday. The things that make you go, hmmm...

The condescending nature of this and many of your posts throughout this thread are far from the true nature of bodhicitta or the natural state. I wish you well in your endeavors and hope that some day you find the clarity to see that the way you treat others directly reflects how you are perceived in relation to what you claim you have gained spiritually. Much love and well wishes.

Bodhicitta by definition is the wish for enlightenment for the sake of all sentient beings by way of compassion in Buddhism. bodhi -enlightened or awakened citta- mind or heart In Dzogchen, it is directly referred to as the awakened mind in the natural state. If more discussion on bodhicitta is warranted, then I suggest an alternate thread.
