  1. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

You still aren't answering the question and redirecting it. This is a cross-examination!
  2. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

He's using misdirection--a common tactic while playing stupid to avoid answering a direct question. It also doesn't explain how his flock loves the Donald while all pretending to be fans of non-duality--which they actually mean non-polarity because they can't even get their definitions right.
  3. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

Yeah. NEVER just a freaking scan. Or a hug. This is what we call grooming so he can test your boundaries before breaking them and violating them, then he and his cult gaslight you and make you feel stupid. Then they act like you're not open-minded and don't want to heal yourself. What a crock of shit Jeff and his acolytes are, and I pity them more than anything else because of this spiritual ponzi scam they are involved with, especially because the entity working through him doesn't need Jeff as much as Jeff enjoys the power trip he is on.
  4. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

    Jeff and his followers:
  5. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

Beavis and Butt-Head translate the nonsense coming out of Jeff's mouth, while Mr. Candy perfectly resembles the false sincerity of Jeff.
  6. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

Translation: "La-la-la I'm not listening" filtered through the passive-aggressive false pretense of maturity. Hypocrite. Liar. Predator. Pervert.
  7. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

Beware the Jeff cult, the platitudes that sound like spiritual wisdom, and the façade of being kind and wise. What was once a matter of staying in our own lane is now a matter of serving as warning to others who are at risk and vulnerable to Jeff and his group's manipulative behavior and playing with energy that will harm you. It is NEVER just a scan with him.
  8. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

You can look up the controversies of Jeff all around the forum, as he has his critics and his supporters here. It is hardly ever "just" a scan with him. You've been cautioned, and our hands have been washed of it.
  9. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

It is begging if you’re unwilling to recognize and appreciate the value of someone who is a professional versus many who are at best amateurs here. It is also a talent that some will offer for free, but they have more ego issues. Be wary of Jeff though because his scans are known to cause side effects, right @ilumairen?
  10. Can anybody scan my chakras please?

www.ayurvedicintuitive.com Get a professional, dude. Don't go begging. Eric Isen in the link above is highly recommended universally by members of this forum.
  11. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Nope and nope. It is "helpful" as far as Sifu Terry says it has been for him, but not necessary per se. NO. DO NOT DO THIS. DO NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE MEDITATIONS. DO NOT DO THIS EVER!!!! It has been repeated multiple times in this thread by Sifu Terry and asked many times too. There is only one exception: Monk Holding Pearl, which can be done supine.

  13. Love spells and magick

An analogy: OP: Can someone tell me their experience riding a motorcycle and doing any cool tricks like standing on it or not using your hands? ilumairen: I didn’t think it would be a problem just going around the corner without a helmet. I almost died. I decided I wouldn’t ride a motorcycle anymore. OP: I rode without a motorcycle helmet before and drove my car without a seatbelt on. Nothing happened to me.
  14. Besides: most incels complain that women won't give them the time of day.
  15. A lot of you are deluded

Yes, hang out--sounds great! I don't know where you live, but most of my English relatives came from Surrey and go back every now and then to see their grandparents. To stay on topic for music and for gaming--here are the PPJ links:
  16. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Yes! Any of the FP meditations are great and each offers immense healing!
  17. A lot of you are deluded

How about we Skype sometime and I can make some recommendations? I personally mostly do Xin Yi martially and then qigong styles are part of a longer syllabus besides Flying Phoenix that are based on progressive opening of channels.
  18. A lot of you are deluded

Hey, I cultivate, but I'm a hardcore Nintendo nerd. Been playing even since the Atari 2600, had everything since the NES all the way to the Switch (okay, I skipped the Wii U, but I did have a Virtual Boy!). Actually, you can find inspiration even in nerd culture, whether it's the comics or games I'm exposed to--playing Dark Souls or Bloodborne made me laugh because the parrying technique is a lot like what I naturally do when sparring or brawling--shift to the side and strike while simultaneously parrying and then a visceral attack in the back or dragging the opponent backwards and holding his head in control. There was a wonderful article I read about the kinds of friends we have, and obviously, we need to compartmentalize. For the friend who is great to have drinks and shoot darts at the pub with, he may be fun for that, but he may also not be the person you go to if you need to borrow money (chances are he may want to borrow from you more), nor is he one for giving relationship advice or understand spiritual matters. Likewise, your spiritual friends may not inspire you to be human, and luckily, my cultivation Bros play video games, read tarot cards, listen to hard rock classics from Tool and Rage Against the Machine to Stone Temple Pilots and Guns N' Roses, get together and do Zhan Zhuang, occasionally have beers, and if in the same country, go on road trips. Be human first, then let the friends come your way. Be a friend too I say to the OP. I see you're angsty now OP, and I hear you. I was that way too and am that way at times when I feel like the world could use better people. Go watch the movies Stand By Me and American Pie. See what it's like to have the right friends and how even those friendships can drift apart. Hell, go watch The Shawshank Redemption, Jerry Maguire, and see what quality friendships are like in tough situations, such as Morgan Freeman and the main character in the former, and how Tom Cruise and Cuba Gooding Jr. formed something by quality over quantity. Connect with people, be vulnerable, and don't be afraid if some people dismiss you because you're angsty--someone may come over to the corner and buy you a beer, hear you out, and let you know that one bad moment isn't going to color you forever. As for you, Rara (I quoted you after all), good you found a way to compartmentalize. Don't change your avatar--you'll always be remembered as Twilight Link to me.
  19. A lot of you are deluded

I'm not sure about what your particular practice is and how long you've done it, but for the ten years I've done it with primarily Taoist foundation followed by some Vedic mantras and doing things like attending a Shinto shrine monthly, I am by all means a happy hermit because I don't care if women see me as odd, people have a hard time labeling me, and people from other paths and traditions either hold me in high regard or think that I know nothing (the latter is usually the self-initiates). A lot of what people will say seems highly spiritual at the time, other times it's platitudes like a parrot repeating "Om" and not knowing what it means...or hell: people who slap "Om" stickers on their water bottles and get tattoos of it along with Chinese characters on their body and Bible verses, then think they're masters. I get the sense that your personal life offline is as difficult as it is here and whatever other forums you have. Perhaps you may be told by people now and then that "You think too much", as though thinking were a crime in an age where people act without thinking as though that were natural... Again: I don't know what your background or practice is, but the right community, right teacher, right system, [being the] right student, and having the right lineage are all integral to being free from a lot of the angst we get as solo practitioners. So as I don't know about the other four pillars, I would presume the right community is one you are struggling with, and likely may have to build it yourself. Who knows? Maybe starting a group on WhatsApp or Telegram curated by you and a few small individuals whom you trust can begin to alleviate some of the tension you've got now. Until then, go enjoy a cold one and see if you can find some inspiration.
  20. Dragon Sickness

Or meditate using heavy mental focus or visualization techniques--completely incompatible with Fragrant Qigong as part of the do's and don't's of the practice. I've met people who said they felt just fine doing that, but it was the short term self-assuredness. The long-term showed health issues and mental health problems...long-term being a couple months later...which were not apparent to them but to outsiders who didn't even have any interest in work with qi...
  21. Zork, Pilgrim, ilumairen, and virtue have already said what has needed to be said to the OP. The OP, like many self-initiates or people who acknowledge the power that they seek but do not acknowledge the value and exchange for it, reinforces a recurring issue on the forum. This is again worth reposting for their own benefit, but it is expected that they will disregard it because their friends who made up their own system are "doing just fine. Sadly, the criteria for most self-initiates and seemingly being "just fine" is beyond their capacity to understand or see because they aren't willing to learn from the wisdom of the mistakes made over centuries by lineages--they would rather reinvent the wheel and rediscover fire themselves.
  22. Are we already dead? Is this actually hell?

    "Hell is other people."
