I think its great--this is what a place like this is for --spreading teachings you feel will help others!! -
ok sorry my post was kind of harsh---I could post dozens of articles and pages saying the opposite of what price preaches but it is a fruitless endeavor. People must eat what they want and let fate and karma take its course. Peace

why do you feel the need to keep promoting eating of flesh? we get thats what you are into but give it a rest ok

http://wongkk.com/answers/ans08a/apr08-3.html Question 3 I have read your wonderful books such as "The Art of Chi Kung", "The Complete Book of Tai Chi Chuan", "The Art of Shaolin Kung Fu", "The Complete Book of Zen" and "Sukhavati". Since you know a lot about Taoism and Buddhism, have you ever considered writing a book about Taoism in as much depth as "The Complete Book of Zen" or "Sukhavati"? Ahmed, UK Answer 3 Yes, I would love to write a book on Taoism in some depth. I find this interesting. My teacher, Sifu Ho Fatt Nam, was a great Zen master as well as great Taoist master. In the Chinese society where I learned the Shaolin arts from him, he was better known as a Taoist master. But in the Western society, probably because of his Shaolin mastery, he was better known as a Zen master. Many people regularly consulted my Sifu for spiritual advice. His Taoist magic, which he always used for good, was very, very powerful -- more powerful than what many people would believe. One day there was a Taoist celebration. My siheng, Ah Seng, who was learning Taoism from my Sifu, gave a demonstration of Taoist magic. He chopped his own leg with a sharp, heavy sword. Normally the sword would bounce away as my Siheng would be protected by Taoist gods. But that day the gods did not come to protect him, and he did not know. This was because the previous night Ah Seng went out with his girlfriend who happened to be in the midst of her menstruation. Menstruated blood is considered "dirty" by Taoist gods, and Ah Seng was contaminated. So the heavy sword cut right to his bone. Blood splashed out all over the place. Even if he were taken to hospital, he would bleed to death before arrival. My Sifu quickly but calmly got a piece of paper nearby. With his sword finger (formed by holding the thumb, fourth and small fingers together, leaving the index and middle fingers straight) he drew some magical formula on the paper while he canted some Taoist mantra. He placed the paper on Ah Seng's huge wound. The bleeding stopped immediately. The next day there was not even a scar on Ah Seng's leg! In the range of my Sifu's Taoist powers, this was only middle-level. It was in his later life that my Sifu devoted time to Zen instead of Tao. I did not have the chance to ask my Sifu for his reason, but Ah Seng suggested why. I still remember Ah Seng telling me that Taoism leads to immortality (which is still in the phenomenal realm) whereas Zen leads to the great Void (which is transcendental

Hey Santiago what you said is interesting. The inner breath By MCKS is way beyond just for health. I think if you ask your Arhatic yogi friends who do the meditation they will tell you. I have had many Illuminating exp with it. It is a high forum of kundalini yoga meditation.

Hey Drew that was a good show. I hope lv 3 comes out soon!!

Thanks Craig Could you please describe some things that you have exp from Kunlun in detail? I like Kunlun myself and one physical thing is my stomach muscles are tighter LOL all the movements area a good workout. I can also feel it working on my solar plexus chakra and my gallbladder seems stronger. Plus I feel lots of energy during and after.

I need to add that the way we do the MCO is start at crown down the front channel then we release at the basic then up the back to the crown and we release then we reverse down from the crown to the basic we release then up the front to the crown then release. this is one cycle of the inner breath or kundalini med we do in arhatic yoga. The reason we do one forward then reverse is because the reverse is a powerful cleansing cycle when you do reverse MCO you are cleansing blockages out of the centers and the channels and the whole aura. But we always do forward with it and we always end on the forward which is energizing. What I was saying if you only do reverse for a whole meditation or for a extended period of time it is not good for the body you will loose energy and the body will weaken and age faster. I can go into detail about why we release or how we do it you must take Arhatic yoga to be instucted and to be safe. This is a powerful meditation you are working with the creative energy of kundalini when you are doing MCO --so be carefull ---the energy generated is like fertalizer and it feed our good tendencies as well as our bad the are called karmic seeds that are in our chakras--these are higher teachings from Arhatic yoga by GrandMaster Choa. I hope this helps clairify what I was trying to say. Peace Jedi777

running it in reverse from what I know is not good---it makes the body age faster and you lose energy but try it if you want-----

start with the crown
