Im in St louis Mo--anybody else study Hunyuan Taiji Qigong? http://www.stltaiji.com/teachers.htm Chen-style Hunyuan Tai Chi & Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang Grandmaster Feng, born in 1928, is the 18th generation successor to Chen Style Taijiquan and one of the preeminent martial artists in China. His numerous posts and tittles of honor include Board Member of the China Wushu Association, Advisor to the Beijing Wushu Association, Chairman of the Beijing Chen Style Taijiquan Research Association and President of Zhiqiang Wushu Academy. Grandmaster Feng is the beneficiary of two great teachers. Legendary Grandmaster Chen Fake, the 17th generation standard-bearer of Chen Style Taijiquan, passed on to him all he knew. Grandmaster Hu Yaozhen, a renowned practitioner of Xinyi Liuhe Quan and Qigong, also transmitted to him the true essence of his knowledge. Because of his unique martial arts education and more than half a century of dedicated training and research, Grandmaster Feng is acknowledged as the foremost authority on Chen Style Taijiquan today. Grandmaster Feng attaches great importance to both inheritance and innovation. He created Chen Style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan to express the true principle underlying the movements of all things. His system integrates Xinyi with Taiji and Qigong to provide both health benefits and self-defensive skills. The fundamental principle of Chen Style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan is that, while designed for health and self-defense, it focuses on health; while alternating movements with stillness, it emphasizes stillness; and while simultaneously training the internal and the external, it gives priority to the internal. Grandmaster Fang’s guiding principle is that the internal and external should act in unison; the upper and lower body should follow each other; the whole body should move in coordination and the Hunyuan integrity state should be cultivated. Grandmaster Feng has taught Taiji widely and tirelessly. He has published several books that generously share knowledge that has never been publicly revealed. Taiji is a treasure of traditional Chinese culture, but he has traveled to many countries to present it as a gift to the would. A fruitful tree appeals wordlessly. Grandmaster Feng is revered and respected at home and abroad for his moral force and peerless martial arts techniques. Just in the new-year’s days, Beijing Zhiqiang Wushu Institute had new guests from Korea, Japan and Russia, who took their special tour to Beijing for learning Hunyuan Taichi from the grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang. Despite the cold in Beijing’s winter, the exercisers of different nations are spending their every day with sweating in Taichi form sets. http://www.chenzhonghua.com/ http://www.stltaiji.com/resources.htm http://www.01248.cn/hunyuan/index_en.asp

Sure its not a position so to speak its a principle--dirty or stale energy is removed --or the wrong kind of energy may be in a part of the body--we simple remove it and dispose of it in a bowl of salt water a bio energy trash can if you will---if you are able to see energy to a higher degree you can see this "sick qi" the salt in the water has green chi or prana which breaks down sick qi or prana--its energetic hygiene to keep the area you work in clean. http://books.google.com/books?id=s4q_50zmJ...39;&f=false
