That's perfect for bi-phasic sleep! The quote says to sleep early not on the sunset. I did that once in my teenage years for a bit while I was on holiday, but my family didn't let me continue. What a shame is lack of education, I think letting me continue to sleep bi-phasic starting with first sleep between 5 and 8pm could have been the most beneficial thing for me back then or any teenager and child in general. I felt a freshness unlike anything else!! Bone marrow and yuan jing must been supported greatly. Western science about sleep or at least the stuff that pops up in my news feed, only seem to talk about sleep debt. Buut, go to sleep at 4 in the morning and get all your hours of sleep. Tell me sleep is quantitative only again Perhaps bi-phasic sleep in winter and 8 hour sleep in summer? (for places with 4 seasons). - also to emphasize the first idea one may have about sleep....8 hours sounds awful for the blood!

While the east could be said to be among the lines of Yogis, buddhas and immortals, the west has something along the lines of - Annunaki and more other development extraterrestrial souls. Just imagine, there are probably races of souls from who knows where they originate that are capable of traveling across times not just space. But then, this stuff is hidden....in my opinion it is just hidden just as great yogis who can perform the 8 major siddhis from yoga are totally hidden to the public, for example. A.R. Bordon (Brazillian dude) started a school to teach how to materialise out of thin air, in his lifetime. He kind of said there are lots of not very public scientists who among research and possessing some abilities such as this, they are also very intelligent and have ways of cultivating it, including selecting smart bloodlines (dna). Anyway, I'm just saying look more than the church. In the west you have alchemy as well. It's a field that naturally evolves spiritual abilities (internal alchemy). You think the great siddarths in India or Daoist geniuses didn't know how to transmute matter like the alchemists? Or couldn't materialise food out of thin air like Yeshua? Their lineages are dense with food and plant elixirs. My own personal opinion, the previous 100 years didn't change nothing! We on the internet on all these fancy forums can easily access as much information as any peasant could in 1,000AD! the real info and the real scale of the supernatural, hidden and 'occult' is far unknown to the average mind.

Understood. I see their representatives here haven't logged in a while

as expected they do develop energy in their system. have you started accumulating yuan chi and jing yet in their system? I was curious to ask someone from WuLiu about their system....not any techniques or to reveal anything, just something about the various substances. I work with and replenish prenatal stuff myself on a daily basis in my work. But theres something about yuan shen I cannot scan from the distance, see yet at my level so i was really curious to ask. Can I ask you bro? in private or public, whatever works for you guys.

Really? What are you doing in this thread if not random people. You aren't teaching anyone anything. Explain your action

true. some males seem to get an ego boost if they talk to such a 'teenager' But there are still a lot of 'teenagers who solo ejaculate' in universities that discover new knowledge. Then further go on to become famous scientists/engineers/etc. Personally I do not like this thread author, no personal offense intended. But if you met in real life on the street a teenager who ejaculates solo everyone would be disgusted and refuse to shake hands with such a "male"(/female). So why laugh at them on the forum? Human bodies and minds experience strong emotions of all kinds. It is our nature. Are we going to condemn prostitutes too?
-
the same could be said about a lot of males, whatever the age that ejaculate a ton in their life. married or not. they tend to be negative and not understand good moods in other beings, children, animals, etc. however a good meal is said to calm the beast down. is this true or only a stereotype? if it is true, why? it makes their livers busy?

How's that working for you?

What is meditation? sitting there like a log of wood in the forest? watching breath without falling asleep? these thing which is taught in popular culture I strongly adhere it does not work. Meditation has a purpose you know?! If you go on the meditation reddit they have a picture of a dog in a cross legged position like a human modern 'meditator' (possibly photoshopped) that picture implies everyone can do it. It further implies there is no final purpose to meditation, it's all the same forever. It further implies without any other practice simply watching the air of the breath without falling asleep is the one and only practice to be done. That is modern created 'belief'. When you practice something you must make it count for you. Every session or time spent in practice should be loggable in a journal where you can say what you have achieved. Otherwise does it really matter? Buddhism has identified a lot of mental factors, and is generally very precise in the mechanics of mind, awareness. Yet all this is entirely ignored in this modern view of one technique only. The one technique berets, - a powerful sect. Further in many Dzogchen/Vajrayana/etc lineages genuine empowerment is deemed essential Am I wrong?

exactly you have no life. its been 3 months. you think I care about you? we barely even talked on this forum. you taught your yinshen brain how to stand in any pose for hours and it's having a negative effect on your personality! you are stiffer than a stone! for one thing which pisses you off you point 1,000 fingers!

Cultivators are smart and organized. They are likely to succeed in high paying, difficult positions. They are also the ones to strive hard and not cut corners and fall to bribery. I see nothing wrong with the money if they are gathered by a virtuous daoist. S/he will put them to use and likely use a large share for charity. Even seen a billionaire cultivator? No. You don't need thousands of millions (aka thousands of lottery once in a lifetime jackpots).

Genius discovery Dwai but I think it depends on the daoist source youre looking at. Trika (Kashmir Shaivism) gives many many forms of Shakti. Like over 10, different types of "QI". Including a lot of stuff we do not currently handle as part of our waking volition on a daily basis. Peoples minds is tattwa 14 or something right? ..... 15* in some placements > the ahamkara. The buddhi is at best "intuition" for normal people and that is not the buddhi directly, but the result of it. https://www.saivism.net/articles/tattvas.asp scroll down just a bit to the table https://www.sanskrit-trikashaivism.com/en/trika-tattvic-chart-1-non-dual-shaivism-of-kashmir/503 Whereas lineages like the Wu Liu (the guys that were here on this forum a few years back) say Ming is Yuan Chi and Xing is the Yuan shen. So our mind. And once again this is a form of energy in the body, fueling longevity of this body, not something we are one with fundamentally like Siva. Further confusing, I've seen lineages that describe Yuan shen or Yuan stuff in general as equivalent to the PURE TATTVAS .... roughly equivalent to the highest level stuff like Dharmakaya in buddhism. -
I haven't heard this before but this must be true. There surely a lot more forms of energy than 6 (postnatal & prenatal sanbao). So categorizing all into 6 seems to be a modern off-track. ÂŁ$$$,$$$,$$$

Well mentioned facts. I think it's a personal practice. Some practice sexual tantra 5 times a day at least. Others are celibate for a lifetime. It does on your personal way of integrating with life around you. For example Prince Gotama taught to master the 5 aggregates means to not be influenced by them or feel them when they act, minimising their effects on you. Other can very well master do the opposite. So again, should you kill? Well should you help this one person because you feel like it? Similarly should you judge this ones persons life? Who are you to know. Practice is absolute. You judgement, opinions, emotions and circumstances are not. This is why an ounce of real practice is worth infinitely more than a lifetime of charity and benevolence; in the past some sects would stand up on a rock for years, even sleeping standing up. They become dry, and their spirit could be said to be secondarily developed in their practice, not primarily.

gooood down the rabbit hole it goes. train the water element. it's a powerful element.

obviously. the sumerian tablets of kings rulership, the bible, very clearly mentioned lifespans....annunaki too I assume it's a matter of inherited and dna programming. For example buddhism says the likes of nagas can remember naturally past lives, up to 14. Humans need meditation for it. At the end of the day it's just a body. I imagine its way less effort and time consuming to obtain a cultivation that lets you house multiple physical bodies, switching about, then to perfectionize one physical vessel. Still, the same can be said about the desire to house another vessel in this TIMELINE in this point in time to stay with or finish business with whoever. It's a desire to which normal humans easily fall under it's spell. Another or a longterm vessel is not a laughing matter, for it's a vessel of life itself. Such desires (constrictions) would preferably be eliminated before starting to cultivate for such skills. Could be my uneducated observation (meaning positively wrong) but there are more stories of body transfers than huge lifespans.

Northern daoism vs Southern daoism

I spoke a little with him in pm. I'm done with him and he has some pulled hairs. I don't like his energy. Anyway, is anyone willing and not against the rules, to see what he said to me in pm? He explained his stuff a little better there Not that I found value in it personally. -
Does anyone know how do I convert my discipline and willpower into QiGong mastery for free?
EmeraldHead replied to Scholar's topic in Daoist Discussion
pick a sense like visual or tactile consciousness: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ä€yatana#Understanding_sense_organs and train it like your life depends on it with both body and and mind fully. You will develop 'willpower', control over yourself, stability of mind, wisdom and insight into yourself and the world around you. It is the perfect path. -
What does this mean [celestial degree]? Have you formed that divine faetus thing spoken of in taoism?
-
Haha that kind of thinking doesn't add up logically at the end of the day. I think you realise this already, not to insult you...it's like the question " is an enlightened being still angry/horny/in pain/etc?" well of course, as long as they a body! (nirmanakaya). However the pure luminance is free of these things. So for them, it could be said that it is like acknowledging I (this body, the aggregates) feel pain, hunger, horny, love, envy, ... all of these are "effortful action" however by mundane peoples definition nowadays, what they call effortless is also very effortful from the divine prajna point of view of an arahant. So, desire - Does the Dharmakaya manifest desire? ... to me that is like asking does my mind manifest blood flow in the body?
-
For me personally a painful or reliving day does not matter, only momentarily because to some degree I seek to escape the pain or increase the pleasure, naturally. But if I count days and look forward to such and such a day I feel that I'm getting old and non flexible mentally or spiritually. Many mental thoughts and pursues last less than a day and more last more than a day. Fulfilling my pursuits will inevitably make any suffering worth - a great suffering
