Is it safe to practice static exercises like Zhan zhuang without a teacher?
EmeraldHead replied to -_sometimes's topic in General Discussion
@Iskote so what's the goal, to just feel without exacerbating ACTIONs of any kind, including impulses which can feed into bad postures or chi deviation, mental habits which are artificial, etc etc? didn't tao te ching say something like that? they see but they do not look, they sense but they do not feel, they hear but they do not listen, etc. -
what exactely are the buddhas from a hindu pov?We have them in our tantras, but what are they?
EmeraldHead replied to servantofshakti's topic in Hindu Discussion
So it's not that I become a buddha and you become a buddha also, or I have an atma to realise and/or liberate, but rather he is buddha or "buddh" and I am buddh too, that same IS....I am realise atma, the atma which IS..... not isness, just IS.... So while you can think of it as the same mechanics of achieving etheric non-decay after physical death, this high degree of achievement isn't just a higher vehicle that is truly primordial and it's a matter of housing it and violatizing it, but rather awakening to the source of the universe and all manifestation which springs up from it...inside it! "I am that" ... in a non new-agey manner. IS... -

Yeah that's a very good point to point out. Buddhism claims there is ONE buddha. Similarly just about every traditions claims there is ONE atma. Or if an immortal they say you actually ARE siva, etc. That shows a common ground at least. I wonder if it's just a matter of different levels or sub achievements of the dharmakayas realization that differs in traditions? What follows after the trikaya/shavabivakaya (nature body) is fully realised. Evolution stops? I would imagine it continues on forever, simply in ways we cannot have the paradigm off from our current level of realisation, or as hinduism would say, we cannot know it with our inferior knowledge. -

wow interesting thread. tradition cross-talk deserves more discussion that it currently has! one of the worst things you can hear from a practitioner is " I don't bother with / check X tradition ever" excuse me?! That's just illogical, no one has complete path and stages fully explained from perfect angles. Another tradition is just more information of the world we live in for you I am still an amateur, but what do you think of this basic model I've kind of observed; the trikaya: Nirmanakaya, this body, yinshen - non-immortal going through rebirth, (although may stop aging of the body and arrogantly call that immortality, or it's possibility is just a myth) Sambokaya, self-realised, yangshen - limited immortal, still needs to reincarnate eventually (according to bhagavad gita this consciousness still 're-births' at the end of each Brahmic day - trillions of years - big bang/big crunch ?) Dharmakaya, self-liberated, wuji? or yangshen in wuji?... - eternal immortal, never needs to reincarnate ? -
do people believe this? what does everyone believe? I'm genuinely curios of a demographic of everyone how does this fit in with the immortals of daoism, buddhism, etc for you all?

Hmm dawn90 to me it sounds more like a personal attachment to such personality. Sort of love at first sight but real...a real energetical phenomen for you. You say they have a blue aura but I think to most people reading this thread this sounds like highly biased information that "works" for you. No one else will see a blue aura because you get such feelings. Also people with the skill to see auras usually see a lot more colours than ONE. I recommend you investigate yourself and come to terms with what you desire and emotionally/mentally react to so you may fully know what it is you're attracted to. Every memory, reaction and impression in your body and mind; analyse them. And no I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with flying phoenix qiqong. You're implying the qiqong changes their personality to a specific trait if you insist it does. Which does not make sense. To me, the people you gave as examples appear as old people, possibly pedophiles. Sorry they're not attractive to me in the least.

absolutely. you tend to train something like it in IQ training with normal Image Streaming and then later on with Quantum Image Streaming but you need higher IQ to process the higher speed otherwise you go crazy literally

Good choice! Orthodoxy has become all about stealing chi and bribing to get higher.

@anshino23 interesting correlation about the realms and the buddha eye. Where is this quote from?
-
what is the answer?
-
Well of course there are. You know the colour of yuan chi is solar looking. And we all know the colour of the energy enlightement (dharmakaya) is golden. Even post-natal chi gains golden colour naturally at some advanced stage after merging (reversing) prana and apana vayus in the body. Some consider that to the key by calling the LDT immortal faetus. As if post-natal chi can become the dharmakaya ?????

One guy who cultivates one of the huns (the lowest), was pretty strong at it, told me there are entities out there that speak in libraries, whole volumes at a time, as opposed to us. So the 3 huns allow you to think outside the body sort of, independent of cell speed, chi density, etc. It's definitely possible. Besides cultivation of the hun souls there must many more ways as well. It's a great world but even on this forum some impressive cultivation in whatever frequency of the spectrum is rare. That is why close minds say that and such is not impossible.

Right. Then the goal of jindan is to stop the aging of the body. And all those blogs, sites, people etc mentioning the more spiritual attainment in relation to a golden elixir are wrong. For example saying the golden elixir makes you a perfect man or whatever sales pitch phrases they prefer. No confusion
-
I wouldn't call any substance of the yinshen an elixir for none of them should have value in a moral society. In every age the earth is field with masters of all of them who can share effortlessly. But that's just me. People call them that. However they are 2 totally different concepts with no cross over. Are you saying differently?

Bad is not Evil. Cosmically Evil is. Humanity is good and bad for both are good. Good and evil are not sides you just change...most bad you see in the ....excuse me, all the bad 99.9% of people directly see in their lives is that meme going around on social media lately "childhood trauma, bad upbringing, etc". A virtuous man will become a strong good man in the face of stress. Similarly an Evil existence will become strong in the face of stress. Bad is Good. Our whole education system and society teaches us rules. Because bad cannot be controlled. But good can be controlled. However they are the same innocent desire and love for life. Both Batman and Joker think they are doing the right thing and support their own ideals. How is that Evil? It is not. Evil is then used in a childish manner to express emotions of hurt against people who have hurt you. Mothers in Rwanda are now neighbours with people who killed their children during the genocide. [Because of the housing and community building schemes and campaigns in place] They have essentially forgiven them. Both the mothers and the men are Good. Both have or had bad thoughts. But not Evil. Bad can scale up but it does evolve into Evil because fundamentally they are different.

Aren't there two elixirs? one bodily that is yellow or solar. And one of the Dao, beautiful golden, equivalent to the great Dharmakaya in buddhism. This great golden elixir we always have, and everything has, "even a Dog". This is beyond any named substances like yuan chi or yuan shen which must be build, strengthened or at least nurtured (protected) during each lifetime. The bodily one however gives longevity to the body or it's cells (slows aging indefinitely), it is in the body, is it with the body and for the body. When you leave the body or it is destroyed it's over for this 'elixir'. If you reincarnate it doesn't follow you. It may even decay back into the universe.

Realised Beings: Including them in your practice
EmeraldHead replied to rex's topic in Buddhist Discussion
I would associate the 3 shariras and 5 koshas of vedanta to Nirmanakaya. Because they are all started afresh in each life as such they are not immortal. " The buddha:] "Monk, the four great existents [earth, water, fire & wind] are the cause, the four great existents the condition, for the delineation of the aggregate of form. Contact is the cause, contact is the condition, for the delineation of the aggregate of feeling. Contact is the cause, contact is the condition, for the delineation of the aggregate of perception. Contact is the cause, contact is the condition, for the delineation of the aggregate of fabrications. Name-&-form is the cause, Name-&-form the condition, for the delineation of the aggregate of consciousness." " So you can see the 5 skhandas having 3 vehicles as cause in the same arrangement as the 3 shariras for the 5 koshas. And the skhandas are non-immortal and make up our experience here. Normally people cannot experience an immortal and see their Nirmanakaya shadow, if present. The Sambogakaya being immortal, it cannot be hurt. Don't they justify people born with organ and health problems as damage in the karana sharira from previous life that did not heal properly? -
go find them dude. there's a lot of initiates and lovers seeking the body they want out in the world

I thought classical Daoism talk about "purer breaths" not higher centers. Entirely different and cosmically and objectively higher levels of awareness/consciousness; As opposed to increasing already existing states forever in a horizontal type manner. Like going back to the rootless, rather than increasing your roots to the whole universe. So impure breaths are the rocket fuel but not the cultivation.

no such thing. the dan tiens are a post-natal structure. chi. Chi sticks to the body, around the body. As such it molds it's energy by the body. higher energies/shens provide depth to experience or consciousness and they do not mold by the body. altough meridians will eventually evolve past the body to imitate the higher shens expanding into the universe, they are more auric strings or tentacles that connect to the environment in a natural manner. they are not actual TIENS or DAN TIENs or any kind of nexus/pool/accumulation/centre/bucket/magnet

interesting concept. About that...doesn't chi give rise to form? So how could a form give rise to chi? That is like those people claiming various metallic pyramid around you or below you will give you chi. Or maybe even 'higher shens' energies.

Doubt it. "Big bang" "Big crunch"
