  1. Qigong without Vizualisations

Steam, Thanks I will PM you my email address.
  2. Qigong without Vizualisations

So if you just have breathing into your skin in your awareness, whilst vizualising your central channel as a rainbow of energy that should be sufficient, I really like the simplicity of the forms, Ive just got to get the other stuff like reverse breathing and vizualisations down pat.
  3. Qigong without Vizualisations

sykkelpump, SPFQ looks good, but do you have to vizualise that you are breathing into every cell of your body on every single exercise, because you also have to vizualise channels opening up as well on some exercises. I might give it another look. Daniel
  4. Found this title while browsing the web, looks very interesting, I think I might have to check this one out. http://www.amazon.com/Breath-Secrets-Russi...TF8&s=books Also check out http://www.leteverybreath.com/ Daniel
  5. Nice Nootropic article

Ive recently started taking Korean Ginseng again and it seems to be a great all round tonic, good for the neurotransmittors, hormones, stress, immunity and endurance.
  6. Da Liu

I have ordered an out of print book titled "Taoist Health Exercise Book" by Da Liu, does anybody know much about this man, the book looks interesting and contains information on meditative breathing exercises as well as simple Taoist healing exercises and dietry information. All I could ffind is that he was the first man in America to teach Tai Chi. Daniel
  7. I have found some middle ground in this debate, Im now doing seated Zhan Zhaung from Lam Kam Chuens book titled "Everyday Chi Kung". It just seems so much more relaxing to do the postures seated, I think Zhan Zhaung is very powerful, the postures create the perfect balance between tension and relaxation which leads to increased Chi, Oxygen and blood flow throughout the body, this is where the power lies in this system of Chi Kung. Zhan Zhaung seems to really open up Chi flow throughout the body better then other forms, also its very simple to learn and requires no visualizations, I haven't found a system which can relax your nervous system and muscles yet leaving you feeling energized as well.
  8. Spring Forest Qi Kung

Just received the level 1 book and it looks really good, what caught my eye thus fair is the simplicity.
  9. I have been reading Bodri's articles over on Meditationexpert.com and I have a question as to why he suggests that meditators must refrain from sexual leakage. I love his articles on Meditation and he has inspired me too be a more dedicated meditator but I refuse to give up sex and ejaculation. Am I wasting my time meditating?, my reasons for meditating are to gain more calrity, to think clearer, to be more focused, for my health and to get closer to my true self.. I just cannot deal with the fact that alot of meditation teachers talk about retention and celibacy like its a must, even buddhist monks have been known to have sex, I think its unhealthy for the regular guy to practice retention on a regular basis, I actually like the fact that meditation boost sexual desire. Daniel
  10. I could see this working, infusing a muscle with Chi would definately help with the recovery process therfore leading to better gains in strength and size. Post WO chi kung seems to be the best way to enchance muscle building via chi kung.
  11. What's good for seasonal allergies?

Garlic tablets help clear the sinuses, strengthen immune function leading to less allergies..
  12. my acupuncturist told me to stay away from doctors, hospitals, blood tests etc etc.
  13. I have been experimenting with a new tonic called Maca, its grown in the Andes at high altitude and it has many benefits on the body. It is an aphrodesiac, adaptogen, and is full of vitamins, minerals, plant sterols, EFAs and amino acids. No joke this stuff is good and is the closest thing to natural viagra, it is very good for the CNS and makes you feel calm and energized, its really good for mental clarity.
  14. My new Tonic "MACA"

I have tried it all but this tonic seems to be the best bang for your buck, read up on all the benefits it has and you will be amazed, good for immune system, energy, stress, sex etc etc..
  15. My new Tonic "MACA"

brand is Maca Power, google it they have a website.
  16. My new Tonic "MACA"

I have used the powder but I am now taking capsules, the brand is Maca Power. I take more then the recommended daily dose as its an entirely natural vegetable product, but the feelings of relaxation and well being are very strong, its an adaptogen so its effects are similar to Ginseng. The brand I buy is apparently the stongest you can get and it comes from Peru, from what I have read it works on the endocrine glands by supplying them with the essential nutrients needed to restore vitality and balance to the glands. I notice after a few days my sexual desire goes up and feelings of overall well being are heightend. Get back on it, this stuff is great..

  19. best "mini yoga" asana routines

Yoda there are a couple of books on Amazon on Makko Ho, I also googled and found a website which detailed 4 stretches, I love routines and systems that are short and to the point, I might actually buy the Makko Ho book. Daniel
  20. I have that book and do not recommend it, it basically outlines practices for specific ailments, I didnt really get anything out of this book.
  21. After looking at Bodri's PDF, I really dont see the need to buy another book at this stage, Ill print it out and start sitting..
  22. I have come to a point in my practices where I am totally confused, the problem is of all the books I have purchased none really explain things in a straight forward manner. Does anyone have any good straight forward meditation books they can recommend that deal with matters of the mind, Chi flow and the benefits to ones health, most books cover matters of the mind and totally ignore the energetic and health aspects of meditation. Daniel
  23. I like the look of "Relaxing into your being" and the "Endorphin Effect", with the "Relaxing into your being" book do you need volume 2 as well or is volume 1 enough to get started. Thanks Rex
  24. penis slapping enlargement

I have turkey slapped a few women with my penis.
  25. penis slapping enlargement

From memory Dr Stephen Chang recommended penis slapping in his Tao of Sexology book, basically it was recommended for desensitising the penis so that you could last longer, but slapping seems to increase blood flow which greatly enhances you chances of enlargement and penile health.
