A story for you. It happened that a well known Sufi was asked, 'What is invisibility?' And he said, 'I shall answer that when an opportunity for a demonstration occurs.' They believe in demonstrations and they believe in opportunities. They will not say a single word if the opportunity has not occurred, if the right situation is not there. You can ask the Master a question and he will say, 'Wait, when the right opportunity occurs then I will show you' -- because he does not believe in saying, he believes in showing. He said, 'I shall answer that when an opportunity for a demonstration occurs.' Some time later, the man and the one who had asked him the question were stopped by a band of soldiers. And the soldiers said, 'We have orders to take all dervishes into custody -- for the king of this country says that they will not obey his commands and that they say things which are not welcome to the tranquillity of the thought of the populace.' And the Sufi said, 'And so you should, for you must do your duty.' 'But are you not Sufis?' said the soldiers. 'Test us,' said the Sufi. The officer took out a Sufi book.... -- a book that is tremendously respected by the Sufis. It is called THE BOOK OF THE BOOKS. It has only a few sentences written in it, otherwise it is empty. 'What is this?' the Sufi Master said. -- as if he had not even recognized the book. The soldiers had brought the book which will be a sign of a Sufi -- the moment the Sufi sees THE BOOK OF THE BOOKS he will bow down. It is a great treasure. The Sufi Master said, 'What is this?' -- as if he did not recognize the book. The Sufi looked at the title page. 'It is something which I will burn in front of you,' said the Master, 'since you have not already done so.' He set light to the book and the soldiers rode away satisfied. The Sufi's companion asked, 'What was the purpose of that action?' 'To make us invisible,' said the sufi. 'For to the man of the world, visibility means that you look like something or someone he expects you to resemble. If you look different your true nature becomes invisible to him.' The Sufi Master is saying, 'I have become invisible to these soldiers because they could not believe that a Sufi could burn THE BOOK. They have a certain expectation -- that the Sufis revere THE BOOK. The moment I burned THE BOOK we were no longer Sufis. I had become invisible to him. '

If you tell me the first word in our forum url, I'll believe you are a member but not until. The training material we hold covers among other things, the grounding requirement.

Your material differs from ours, and you wish for me to share videos, and emails you should already have. I do not believe you are a part of the group, or you would have already shared the video of Jim being instructed by John. I hope your training goes well for you.

I would call myself a freethinker, but no longer atheist as a result of my direct observations. The mentality still remains though, and I feel like that is where all this abrasion comes from between us.

Her house went to another family member after she died.

    It might open yours though

Here is the deal Kar3n, you have several people who read what you say but remain silent so for obvious reasons. So you are speaking to other people as well when you speak to me, they just reply in a private forum that you aren't privy to. If I say something here they disagree with, I do my best to go back and edit it if possible.

More than you know, thanks for this post.

Are you sure our atheist, anti-faith stance has nothing to do with how you treat us?

I wonder Small Dream. If in the future an Indonesian went past John's level and re-opened the school to westerners if he could look into your heart and soul and see who you are, what you have done, would he judge you worthy of his time and effort? Or would he realize hey this guy is going to create a whole bunch of drama for me and our school online? I wonder Jiang's successor could do the same, how would that end for you?

Weird isn't the word. We try to help anyone we can, but if we don't think we can we don't get involved.
  12. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Kar3n, Do you dislike us so much because we are anti-faith, essentially a group of atheist freethinkers that have found something that changed our minds? It's an honest question.

In the series there is a truth no one believes, and no one wants to believe. One of the main protagonists refuses to believe it, and doesn't till she sees it directly for herself. That's what it takes. To answer his question all I can do is encourage him to go see for himself, this isn't something we believe but rather a fact of nature that any human can observe.

We have what they offered, that is how the system works, you teach a student, grow old and die, and the student survives you to carry on what you taught. What we do is preserve their teachings without alteration. You can believe differently if you wish.

Email instruction directly from Jim specifically on how to ground yourself during meditation. We were instructed to use a tent with a bottom cut out of it and were told this is what Jim himself did. As to bare-arsed or stuffing wires in your butt or using a grounding plate, I have remained silent because anything I answer will be a point of attack.

Do you watch game of thrones Brian?
  17. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Jim was the teacher for many in our group, and for some Kosta was. Everyone in the group shares their teachings without alteration.

The math is correct if it isn't then please point out the error in my calculation.
  19. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Mudfoot, I am not lying, though people here wish to accuse me of it. We preserve both what Jim and Kosta brought back without alteration. The instructions posted by å°ę¢¦ęƒ³ are missing several key components, a major one being the grounding requirement. This is something Jim was very adamant about, as well as Kosta.

If you want to argue that, fine. All we do is quote him.

"don't call other systems fake" I don't believe I have called any other systems here fake, I said we aren't interested in anything if there isn't objective evidence with scientists and medical doctors present to rule out fraud. All members are open to the possibility of another school like MoPai and do our best to keep an eye out for such evidence.

This is from Kosta's public work TMOJ quoting John. ā€œIn Level One you fill up your dantien with yang chā€™i. You must be in actual meditation to achieve this, and it is time dependent." "Perhaps in one hour of sitting, he is actually in meditation for 1.3 minutes. That means he is meditating only 2.2 percent of the time, which means that if he sits for one hour a day, he needs ten years of training ..." "Meditation is like the borderline between sleep and waking, between consciousness and unconsciousness.ā€ "I will enter total meditationā€”like the borderline between sleep and waking, okay?"

If sitting and breathing earns you $2 per minute, there are 60 minutes in an hour, if they meditate 1 hour per day that is $120, and if they meditate 1 hour per day every day for 30 days, that is $3,600 per month for 30 hours of work. If being in "actual" meditation earns $100 per minute, there are 60 minutes in an hour, if they are in "actual meditation, for just 1 hour out of that month, they have earned $6000. Now if the person can do 1 hour per week earning $6000, that is $24,000 per month, working only 4 hours. This makes more sense to me than earning $3600 and working 30 hours. There is also the fact that these experiences you claim we can't have experienced, do not occur while sitting and breathing, but only during the state of "actual meditation". We are focused on quality and not quantity but, if you wish to just sit and breathe, that certainly is your prerogative.

blue eyed snake, I think you misunderstand our position. We don't call what we have scientific because it wasn't replicated or in a published study. We call it objective evidence, and there is a team of scientists and medical doctors present to do their best to attempt to rule out fraud. Homeopathy, magnetic and copper bracelets, millions of people believe these things help them, but that doesn't make it true, it just makes it their belief. I hope that clarifies things.

TheDustAutumn, This is another claim we aren't making. What was said is that to progress one needs to be in "actual meditation", and that sitting and breathing is about 2% as effective as being in actual meditation. That is what John himself taught, and it is not our opinion. Obviously, John can enter "actual meditation" a minute or so, and we cannot. Each person is different and takes different lengths of time to get there. We aim for 30 minutes spent in "actual meditation" per session. We are not claiming you need to sit for any length of time to reach "actual meditation", it takes the amount of time it takes, and that is different for each person.
