I get a disturbing feeling from these posts. Are you suggesting that this evolution isn't really about progressing or getting better by any means? If we are all already complete and all is needed is simple let it be attitude... then really, what are we doing here? My head is often steaming from reading the elaborations of abstract concepts and endless comparsions of different 'levels' and states of being.

I'm so glad that you replied Donald. Well that gives me a lot of hope. As intense as the exercise felt too me, it didn't actually cause fatigue or any lasting pain in the wrists, so I might follow your suggestion. And related to acupuncture and meridians: should I start applying something like this? And by controlling and alleviating the heat do you mean I should do it right after the Baudanjin? Where can I learn more about this peculiar sensations? At first I had a thought it could have been an overflow of chi or something, because I feel it in the same place as when I do some "holding the ball" type of exercises, which cause tingling sensations. -
Hi there. It's been suspected by me, my friends, and some doctors that I have celiac disease, which gave numerous symptoms such as muscle pain, weakness and tension, joint, muscle and even tendon inflammation, back stiffness as well as fatigue, concentration problems etc, bad eyesight, light and sound sensitivity, head aches, and so on. I've had it for about 3 years, until recently when I stopped eating gluten and other inflammatory things. After 4-5 months now I feel A LOT better, and most symptoms have diminished by about 80%. I still have stomach pains, problems with elimination and a bloated, swollen belly. I feel very nauseous in the mornings or when I have an empty stomach. I am scheduled for an actual test right now and hence my question: Is it worth it? I would have to eat some gluten produce for about a week and then do a test. I'm afraid it's a bit risky, as even tiny amounts ate recently by accident caused acid reflux, and muscle strain for the next 5 days. I hear that symptoms abide fully after over a year, I don't want to delay the process any further, but I surely would like to know for sure if I have an intolerance, otherwise it could be something more serious. I suspect helicobacter pylori too, but the doctor wasn't very cooperative. He told me to "get a grip" and only scheduled the tTG antibodies for now. What are your thoughts? Will eating some bread or pasta for 1 weak ruin some of the hard earned recovery I'm doing right now?

What do you think about this? https://youtu.be/kOMYESk0ozs?t=31m Is there a definite evidence supporting this guy's claim? I've heard it from various other resources too.

So what does being "fully" grounded feel like? And is there a limit to it? Can you become too grounded? And how much grounding is necessary?

Question is how long it will take you. I learned music from books, but Im sure I would learn quicker and had more confidence had I took some lessons. As a matter of fact I did sometime ago and it was very rewarding.

I'm sight, smell, touch, heat and cold. Sense of motion, weight. I am fear and joy. Light and shadow. Things like that.

http://www.digmandarin.com/chinese-pinyin-chart Is this a good base for learning the pronunciation? From what I understand, there are only 4 'notes' or 'sound shapes' in mandarin right? So once you get good at few syllables the rest should follow right? And I recognize that to my musically trained ear this is pretty easy actually... much easier than singing melodies, which a lot of people are able to do without any problem, so what's the catch?

So, all the "ungrounding" like trance, astral projection, even rituals are considered 'the dark side of the force?' -
