  2. For true spontenous qigong you need to be initiated, otherwise it's "random qigong" and various natural forces of the place will have effect on your practice so you will never develop on high level unless you are lucky.

    This thread is total BS about I-Ching. I-Ching is genuine art of prediction and guiding people lives into deeper understanding of themselves, there is no need to be graphic or whatever about it or trying to explain in any theory. I-ching is the practice, you learn how to properly calculate i-ching for yourself and then discover meaning of the Gua and follow it's advice.

    Get the ming method and then practice buddhism, it's much better. Taoist xing is watered down chan or just not really good methods, but if you have ming method then you will be successful buddhist.
