  1. thinking of getting to the point and for me I do not care to go into a bunch of discussion about health and what not. thinking of thanking for recommendation for vits. like D. it seems to be helping. I am sure optimal is getting nutrition through fresh and raw.... and organic...that is ideally. not necessarily how I go about my day but I think it can't hurt to take somethings to aid in what maybe lacking especially things like b vits and c but who wants to really talk about that? water and rest and fresh air: Tao trees air oxygen daily kindness to override the niggling

noticeable changes : a large branch has landed and wedged itself on the bramble bush outside the window. it has become the resting perch for many birds. I like it. a cardinal was there this morning. went to feed the lone duck with a broken wing yesterday morning. I am certain it should not be here in this climate. I believe it is called a Muscovy. it has a funny red face. it came right over to me when I called for it over at the pond. I can see it everyday I drive by... I will go today and feed it again. maybe it not a good idea to feed a wild duck but here is my thinking. it will certainly be a nice treat during the winter months and might help to keep it warm and fat. (noticed the auto save is back on....) a variety of woodpeckers are here everyday by the suet they are busy getting nourishment. have not been able to draw a pileated one here yet-they seem to like the deeper dense woods to humanity.

have you ever seen an Icelandic horse? full grown they look like a pony just found a very pretty book called Hestar by Petur Behrens simple drawings of these horses I was searching for images of the horses. wondering how one goes about keeping their mouth shut and eat a pickle at the same time? (being in the question) the word hestar means horse- the book is untitled which I think is unique I am more fond of birds, though. I woke this morning and some tree branches that I see from the window look like the head and body of a horse... funny sincerely -- on the horse sketches

dear lerner- mary oliver said no such thing in her wild geese poem. but then again- one may interpret what they interpret. “You must not ever stop being whimsical. And you must not, ever, give anyone else the responsibility for your life.” ― Mary Oliver, Wild Geese ????? .......I know, let me guess? still learning :-)

  19. daoist breahting techniques

what is the spiritual meaning behind breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth? I do not have a practice of breathing-although yes breath all day/night. I do find that when I do pay attention to breath it is somewhat relaxing/calming/focusing. I do not know Qigong technique other than a video on standing like a tree. I am sure there are very vast methods of Qigong. I am imaging Qigong to be as in depth and ancient as yoga. These are just thoughts and curious. I do not think I am necessarily wanting states of altered consciousness or what that entails. Willing to go through necessary tribulations... My question is also regarding whether or not you have had the experience of smoking pot? I do not care if you have or have not. What I care about is drawing a comparison. If you have never smoked pot then for a field analysis it cannot be used for measurement. I do not mean to be a stickler. I hope that it is not similar.
