I agree that good mental health is to have a balance in your life. I would be very happy to fax you a list of "77 things creative things to do" that will cost nothing for you to do these things. As far as your tax problem, if it is a matter of not having the money to have someone do it, try Turbo Tax and do it yourself. If you are behind on tax years and you own them money, call the IRS and set up a payment plan. No matter the problem, just making the decision to get into action will reduce your stress considerably. So, just get into action and start enjoy being in charge of it. BTW, try not to eat the frosting on the cake first. This could be a way to avoid responsiblity which is stressfull. I have learned over the years that Discipline is the way to Serenity.

Example: This is how it works for me...how has it bettered me as a person and my relationships with others. Leave the magic and etheral stuff out of it. I knew when as I was typing a response such as the above would come back. My closing of that comment was the real statement about being able to do something extraordinary. I do not understand how it is so important to be able to use ones Chi in the manner that you describe above...when working on conquering the self is the real challenge and real success story. From what I know about Daoism and the Tao Te Ching, humility and letting go is paramount.

Let's think about the Creation Story in Genesis. O.K. There is this all good and wise God who gets bored and makes a guy he names Adam. O.K. Adam sleeps for a while and wakes up. Now he has a companion that is not happy with the way things are igoing in the Garden of Eden. She meets up with the talking snake that starts working her right away about how much smarter she can be if she eats an apple. She does...and then goes and gets Adam to do the same thing because she wants to be fair and needs a partner in crime. Adam, dumshit that he is, goes along with her, blames her for it, and they both loose out on not having to work the rest of their lives. Eve gets a bonus: periods and birthing two boys, one of which kills his brother and gets a mark on his forehead for the rest of his life. Oh, BTW, there is a lot of incest going on in the Adams Family when you think about it. How did the rest of the people just happen. God's creation days were done the minute Adam rolled of the line. God just can't go back to the drawing board and figure out another way to make a perfect human being without f...... them over. He can't bring himself to admit He was wrong and be humble about it. I have treating Schizophrenics since 1990. Your Dr. Ginspoon appears to have experimenter bias. He must be selling something, or trying to get some sort of protocol going so that it will lead him to money. Check your state mental hospitals Joeblast and count the cases. Some psychotic breaks are caused from Substance Abuse. Some are caused from Mood Disorders like from Manic Depression. Schizophrenia is usually diagnosed around the age of 15. But I did not know that Cannabis could cause Schizophrenia. None of the Presidents I have cited had impluse control issues in their private lives. It is the character of the man that I vote for. The Party he/she belongs to does make a difference to me. I started out wanting Hillary to be President, because I thought that a female President would do a better job than the males that had it before her. I thought that having her husband as an advisor by virtue of his being her husband would be an asset to her being Commander in Chief. But has her dishonesty was exposed I had a change of heart. You see, I have a responsibility to me to use my vote in the best interest of me and what I find valueable. And rigorous honesty is very high on my priority list. If all of the Presidents came forward and admited their weaknesses and took responsiblity for their immoral and dishonest behavior they would have gained my respect. And if they truly repented, in other words, cut the bullshit out, I would have voted for them again. If Hillary at this point took responsibility for her dishonesty and made her amends to the United States of American, revealed the nature of those lost email, the nature of Whitewater, and anything connected with her dishonesty in Politics and Private life, I would melt and give her a chance at running this country. But the Hillary I have seen is self centered and insensitive. I do not want her to lead me. Trump is a choice for me because he reflects my value system. I believe that any failing company can be turned around and made to make a profit. I like honestly down to earth people who are their own person. Trump is so rich he does not have to kiss ass. I worked three jobs most of my life because I did not want to have to kiss ass to keep a job. Bosses exploit their workers because they know they can, especially in a down economy. My issue with this was along the way I was fired by Administration when I did not fall in line with the way they did business and how they treated their employess. And since I live in a no cause State, the boss can fire you no matter what. There is no defense unles you can prove up wrongful discharge. So, I had an issue with Trump because he was big bad Trump who could fire you if he wanted too. So, if a man does not like another man, at least for me, than there is something about that man that I recognize in me. That is how it is that voting for the character of a man makes it simple and fair for me.

I have practiced Karambit. I carry one sometimes with me. It is spring assisted amd has a nice weigth.
