Sounds like you have a great background of exposure to different things. I delved into the occult world for a time myself. Thereâs a bit of crossover here, too. Even though this is primarily a Daoist forum, we do have many traditions here. Some people work with Dantiens, some work with chakras, some just work with things like emptiness meditation. Some people try to store energy in their body, others let it flow through or direct it. It all depends on what your drawn to. There are many paths here to read through and learn from. đ Iâm sure youâll find lots of cool new info.

If the 5th is throat, 6th is at forehead, the 7th at crown.... the 8th would be your whole body (local self). Like a bubble of Fa Xin. Opening the 8th would be cracking the Fa Xin bubble... Yes, itâs a dense bubble sometimes...it takes a lot of poking...and it may get sticky... Crack the bubble, then explore the rest of the house. Of course, it only breaks open a little at a time... we donât have access to all of the House right away. âNot only Is there a room, Theres also this hallway and this other room...â I canât go out until Iâve cleaned my room though.

My own journey has shown me that some days I question myself and struggle, and other days things seem to flow with ease. It's all the process of clearing out the junk, and the unfolding of deeper aspects of this mystery of awareness and life. It waxes and wanes, like everything else. Don't lose hope, sounds like your close to figuring some things out. Enjoy the forum my friend. Interested Clearing Channels for Microcosmic Orbit
Fa Xin replied to samyamasamadhi's topic in Welcome
Hello my friend. Glad to see you are utilizing the forum already! I don't have answers to your 2nd questions - I follow a path which is more related to Letting the energy do it's own thing, and it will naturally clear out what it needs to clear. Trying to manipulate it to do certain things can lead to imbalances or various other issues. Kind of like, "Even though we think we know what's good for us, it may not be what we actually need." But that's just my own view... others here will have different views. I can however help with the 8 Pieces. Most forms you see on YouTube will be very similar to each other, with small differences. The biggest goal is to do the movements completely relaxed. Maybe search for "Yang Jwing Ming" 8 Piece Brocade. He has a nice video and book set which illustrate the form quite well. Cheers -

This leads nicely into the next verse: 87. Jesus said, "How miserable is the body that depends on a body, and how miserable is the soul that depends on these two."

Nice interpretation. Like the birds and the beasts just âareâ, yet humans get caught and trapped in our egos. đ

Also - tags just make things easier to search for. So if you put a tag âRaindancingâ, your thread would pop up with a related search.
