There is enough food right now on this planet that no one should be starving, but a lack of empathy (sociopath) demands that the starving people be allowed to starve and will rationalize by any mean necessary that there way is a good way. Or you could look at story number 2 as a totalitarian dictator. The problem with the world is too many people who are story number one.
