What are some of the vital foods or ones that you have experience with increasing your qi? Are there some foods to avoid that would hamper qi cultivation. Any help is appreciated.

I am pretty apolitical so I pay little to no attention to political concerns.

Yeah I am doing green tea also. I still have some coffee here and there but I do not feel as good as when I do not. The coffee amps you up too much and the green tea is more steady energy. I am weaning myself from coffee altogether.

I will try the suggestions. I have been trying to do a nutritarian diet. Almost all veggies and fruits with beans and nuts. I do eat fish though.

One thing I notice is I eat far too fast and I need to slow down so thank you for that.

I have a hard time imagining the EUFA without Arsenal. Since Swansea does not make the EUFA (at least yet) I do cheer and follow Arsenal in the EUFA. United might be a nice pick with no pressures of EUFA on them. They have not been quite the same form as a usual United team lately though. It should be an exciting season.

I have not read the papers or watched the news for about 2 years now. I have virtually no stress in my life. People at work ask how I know what is going on in the world? My reply is I just go outside and look. Now sometimes I know things because people at work talk or ads pop while I am searching online or sometimes commercials on TV or the radio interrupt what I am watching so I am not totally out of the loop. I am hoping that I will not know who wins our upcoming election.

Reason would be actually following the accepted definition of words such as tolerance and not making up ones own definition to fit their agenda or soapbox speech. Tolerance has a known and accepted definition which I posted a while ago.
