If we assume that we dont lose our individual character I think that everything we reached in this lifetime is passed on into our next life. And if we really create our future in the now everything we think and do has its impact on our future. Especially this special spiritual/healing energy created by the FPCK meditations can influence your state of mind and therefore your future a lot I think.

"break each move into parts and memorize the concept" ? I am not really sure what you want to do, but maybe this is a good timing to tell about a dream I recently had. It was a very, very vivid dream, I would say that it felt more real than normal life and everything was much more colorful. I was in meditation pose in a white room. Then an older man came by and touched my head. I saw blue light everywhere and felt energy throughout my body. The old man told me 3 words: Shu, Ha, Ri. Then I woke up. Still got those words in my mind, but I thought it was just some words I made up in my dream, meaningless. Nevertheless, I searched for it in google and it came out that "shuhari" is a Japanese martial arts concept, describing the stages of learning to mastery. "It is known that, when we learn or train in something, we pass through the stages of shu, ha, and ri. These stages are explained as follows. In shu, we repeat the forms and discipline ourselves so that our bodies absorb the forms that our forebears created. We remain faithful to these forms with no deviation. Next, in the stage of ha, once we have disciplined ourselves to acquire the forms and movements, we make innovations. In this process the forms may be broken and discarded. Finally, in ri, we completely depart from the forms, open the door to creative technique, and arrive in a place where we act in accordance with what our heart/mind desires, unhindered while not overstepping laws." (Endo Seishiro, Wikipedia) What i am trying to say is.. among other things this dream to me was like a warning, to not skip "Shu", the fundamental stage. It doesn't have to be true to you and I dont want to tell you what to do and what not to do, but I just wanted to share it :-)

Watched it some days ago before going to sleep and it took me quite long to fall asleep since I felt energy moving really strong through my body.. But I would not say that this happened because of the video since it happened to me some times before and its possibly more related to my Qigong practice. Nevertheless those videos can definitely have an effect on your whole energy system

You need not try so hard. If you trust the inner self, then you grow as a flower grows. The flower grows correctly, and it does not say to itself, "I must grow two inches, so help me, by tomorrow night at twilight!" A flower is, and it allows itself to grow, and it is sure of its Is-ness and of the spirit of All-That-Is within it. Now, goodness is as natural as a flower that grows. If a flower stopped when the sun was shining down upon it, however, and if it began to consider and said - "Wait! Should I grow to the left, or should I grow to the right? Is it good that the sun shines down on me, or is it too easy for me to grow in the light of the sun, and therefore should I attempt to grow instead in the darkness? Should I grow two inches to the right, or two inches to the left? I must strive to grow! I must develop an ego and an intellect, and I must try to reach that sun that is God and I must work hard to because if I do not strive, I shall not achieve - and I must achieve!" But, beside our intellectual, conscientious flower is an idiot of a flower! And the idiot of a flower stands and feels the sun upon its face and opens up its leaves and says, "This is the sun, and it is good within me; it is the spirit of growth, and I'll follow it and give it freedom; and I care not whether I grow to the right or to the left, for in perfect trust with the spirit within me, I know I shall grow correctly." And so it grows, our idiot flower, and it grows from within. And it is perfect and it is straight, but beside it is our intellectual and spiritual flower. And this flower says, "Again! Three o'clock in the afternoon, the shadows are coming and the shadows ore evil, and this sun is fading, and the night is coming, and the night is evil; and I must consider how best I can confound these adversaries ... and it is easy to fail and not use my abilities and not to grow!" And lo and behold, in the morning the sun rises, and what do we find? Our idiot flower in full bloom in the morning sun and our other flower with one leaf drooped down like this, and one leaf curled up like this, and head down, still considering the nature of good and evil and not trusting the spirit of vitality which is within it; and therefore, not listening to the inner voice ... but questioning at every point and at every hour; "In which way shall I go? Shall I accept the sunlight or the rain? Or are these evil forces?" And telling itself over and over again that to grow is difficult and to die is easy. Telling itself over and over and over - in metaphysical terms - that to be good is difficult and to be evil is easy. Seth Sorry that its so long. But this is Wu Wei, isnt it? I am really into the Seth Material again lately

Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love. Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet

"You are spirits who express yourselves through the miraculous joy of flesh. Who bring to the Universe a reality unknown, in your terms. Who wear as your badge of identity, joy and exultation; and those that tell you that physical life is evil, do not know what they are speaking. As I have told you before, those who speak to you in terms of guilt; ignore them. Those who tell you that to be spiritual is not to be physical do not understand the great physical-spiritual nature of your being. They have not dreamed in their minds. They have not sparkled in themselves like stars and so experiencing night they think that existence is dark." Seth
  11. Hey, I am practicing the Microcosmic Orbit. I started 2 years ago when i read Mantak Chias Books. Lately I moved to a new town and found a chinese qi gong-teacher, who also teaches the MCO. But there are a few things that could not really be answered by either the books or my teacher. There are also some differences in their teaching, so i would like to hear your opinions on that. When practicing I feel the chi moving really fast to my head, so I guess my Yang-meridian is quite opened. But its very hard for me to move it from my head to the lower dantian. It kind of feels like theres a blockage in my throat and/or heart and its much harder to feel the energy in the ying-meridian and moving it downward. Do you have any tipps that could help me to move it downward? Is it better to concentrate on the places that are blocked or should I concentrate on the opened stations? I am asking this because i have the feeling, that the blockage may become stronger when I concentrate on my throat for example. A main difference between Mantak Chias and my teachers teaching is moving of the tongue. As is understood Chia, the tongue should touch the palate the whole time during the meditation. My teacher taught me to raise the tongue till the energy comes to the throat. Then the tongue should be moved downward till the chi reaches the lower dantian. I dont know if its an important difference, but i wanted to ask it nonetheless. Ok thats it, i am excited to hear your opinions..

I have always seen unconditional love like that, "unfragmented, pure positive judgement", maybe even no judgement at all. I personally got a glimmer of that some years ago, when I had some kind of awakening and got in a state where I realized that everything in the universe, including me, is just perfect how and where it is at the moment. The feeling though was beyond words, but if i would categorize it I would say, that "love" and "being loved" were the closest feelings to compare it. I am just at the beginning of my spiritual journey now, but this is what I, at this time, understand of this feeling of unconditional love.

Real love is unconditional, and I think it's unconditional love what Trine is talking about

"You are not cosmic princesses and princes who come down here to immerse yourselves in lives of sorrow and degradation; who wear physical bodies of great weight, gross and sinful. You are spirits who express yourselves through the miraculous joy of flesh. Who bring to the Universe a reality unknown, in your terms. Who wear as your badge of identity, joy and exultation; and those that tell you that physical life is evil, do not know what they are speaking." "As I have told you before, those who speak to you in terms of guilt; ignore them. Those who tell you that to be spiritual is not to be physical do not understand the great physical-spiritual nature of your being. They have not dreamed in their minds. They have not sparkled in themselves like stars and so experiencing night they think that existence is dark." "Open up your eyes and perceive your reality and that will lead you to other realities. You have legs; use them. You have consciousness; use it. You have minds; use them, and use your joy and smile. You know what I am about to do now, but for you, listen to the vitality of your own being. Be alert to your own identity and let it ring throughout the reality of your own being and it will lead you to what you want to do and don't fear shadows." Seth

  21. Microcosmic Orbit Questions

I just tried to only focus on dantian for an hour and let the energy move naturally without any intention or will. Read this in michael lomax' book. Feeling really good, no feeling of stuck energy in my head, I guess I am gonna use this technic instead of the MCO
