8 Brocades. Yang style short form. Also learned a little Cheng style at a park district class. Have started experimenting a little with Tai Chi Ruler also.

I recently retired, and my practice had long since been rendered nearly nonexistent by increasing job responsibilities, erratic hours, and being a part time caregiver to a 90+ year old parent. The personal problems and caregiver responsibilities are still a reality, but now I have a little time to restart my practice. I came across your site looking for some info, and would like to dive into it.
