No, japanese buddhist still have ming gong and many others streams - having complete system. i'm not saying physical immortality is not real as we can see in objective world that there are animals, trees and different organism who live way beyond regular human lifespan. Chen Yingning died like regular person so he didn't prove that way of immortality is suprime to mahayana - and doctrine of emptiness it's not false. Stop identifying yourself with body and mind and you will see they are empty and non existent.

No, it can't. and what do you mean enlightenment? Only Buddhism leads to enlightenment, and only Neidan leads to immortality. -

Mahayana agamas from sanskrit are 95% similar to Pali early buddhist texts. buddhist = taoism with less focus on ming, but still they have ming methods but different. Arhant blocks leakage so do not die, some of them just realize nibbana and dies in 7 days as their fulfilled their life. The yang shen that most people understand that they save their consciousness while dying is false neidan - as consciousness is taji results of yin and yang workings so it will dissolve. Wuji consciousness is much different, it's not related to anything in taji but at the same relates to everything in taji.

Exactly. Not knowing basics of TCM and practicing neidan can be disastrous. Even chan practitioners learns TCM to learn basics how to deal with issues in meditation.

Most neidan is fake Dao. who would believe anybody of screames of the forums who claim to be true neidan school. How naive it can be, the only true school here is Xiao Yao Pai with sincere practitioners who answers question, explains and bring clarity rather then confusion. They are definitely some sages but I do not know if they are public. Some qigong master can fake neidan masters as qigong can bring some powerful skills and gong fu for regular people. I even practicting little qigong can do a lot of things but it's go nothing to do with cultivation.

That's whole different dimension. Many people say about third eye but none of those people I saw speaking about third eye opened it. It's whole different aspect of being, you are not much human anymore when you truly open third eye. People with third eye open are like sages, people of wisdom and insight, it's like gold nugget in island of regular stones. Different way to be as being. Even if someone opens one of palaces his wisdom is hard to phantom. They have wisdom about anything, whatever god exists or not etc.

Some of TCM lineages and streams have ways to work with yuan qi, little with yuan jing too.

How easy is to spot amateur? Thru breath you can attain immortality and Dao, breathing can tap into pre-natal energies that's why some of Arhants choose to become immortals.

Sifu Terry I wish you would include all your styles on DVD as those traditions are really genuine and working better then anything really compared. I hope other generation will save them, there are people who inherent those styles on pretty good level ? I wish you long life Sifu of course but those traditions are so beneficial that we should work to secure them
