She is right. but she do not comperhand exactly or have problems with expressing this. Most of what she says it's with the experience I had but the secret door have one place only, it's not moving or anything like that. It's gives great insight and understanding. It's related to yang in the yin. It's not affected by any sex. Once you opened it, it will be forever. Also most of you practice Xin-based practices or just qigong so you will never understand those levels, even if they are basic, they are not human anymore but happens to human. And sex is the quickest way to attain high levels, but the method is lost and only few schools or maybe one school have this alchemy with real alchemical results.

All those practices are useless. Just saying.

I was injecting influenza and testing flying phoenix without much results you would expect. It gives your body qi to fight of disease and get strong immunity so you do not get sick, but when you got sick you will need use FP as support terms and give it some time. Herbs and FP would do great job. What I observed is that. - You do not get tired, whatever walking whole day or being active it's like not feeling tired. - You do not get sick with flu and other seasonal stuff. - You can greatly enhance your body and immunity system for chronic diseases. Qi heals greatly if done properly and in state of ding (emptiness) The problem with FP is that you need to have digestion system for this energy as it's pretty slow in absorption.

The secret door is basic achievement. You need to open it to any proper cultivation take place.

It's about inner process. And he is right. It's funny how many people try various methods when Neidan can be natural if you follow the Way and then your yang shen follow the Way on it's own.

There is no such thing. What you are talking about is Xin which was refined to very subtle perception. but it's gives you nothing when you can only see pre-natal (preheaven) substances but do not know how to utilize them.

Not really. those are yang qi manifestation with yin shen while forming yang shen. Yang shen is free from such crude experiences.

That's the only beginning of transformation of yin shen.

To be more concrete. Yang shen is not permanent, it's just perfectly fit into mechanism of Dao that why it's last forever. Changing but never changing at the same time. Immortality is just option for those who have such destiny (ming). Most people have to die one day, even those on spiritual path. Sadly all their effort will be put in vain. It's better to focus on getting good deeds and lend hand to suffering ones if you are regular person.

Read what I said and this is self explaining question. The afterlife is not here-and-there stuff. It's transformation which takes place "inside" you. There is no afterlife, only transformations of your own energies to something else depends on it's qualities and cultivation level.

It's not that you travel somewhere wonderful, you are become wonderful as yang shen and self satisfied with yourself, perfected and you can even perfect more in yang shen state to attain more wisdom and power. And yes you leave the body if you level cultivation is full for human being, then you go beyond.

Those people are not practicing neidan. If you practice neidan, spiritual world is at the length of your finger. About Babaji Nagaraj, when I used to study this kriya yoga lineage there was mention that he did ritual for this immortality, it's was not results of neigong practice.

You will only imagine things when I will speak about them the way you want it, which makes you more stupid. It's not the way of cultivation.

You know what you experience, then you validate. For example when you got hit by something, you know it and later on you examine what happened to come to the right conclusion of what it was, who it was and what are results of it. It's the same if you properly practice. Yin shen coming out triggers automatic when your cultivation is right. It will happen certain times on certain levels you achieved. You can learn do this at will but it's not practical and not needed if you cultivate to yang shen.

I know this but I'm not following any texts beside to comparison of my experience. Conscious effort can not make unconscious spirit. Yin shen actually go out for a walk, even for couple days but it's okay actually, it's very pleasant to go out for a walk out of this world like taking refreshing shower. If you cultivation is right it will go back home like a dog after walk.

I do not understand the question. Every neidan school have the same depictions of immortals. Ghost immortal. Human immortal. Earth immortal. Spiritual Immortal. Heavenly immortal.

You only see effects, not causes.

No, it can not wander on it's own as process of the creation is conscious. It can be attracted to certain things if it's yin shen as the body is attracted to the other bodies then you change your personality and the way you are to get this body. Yang shen is perfect and complete so it can not do anything like that.

You are not awareness. you can only think in terms of being this or that but this not make you this and that.
