Sorry, I will ask question clearly about goals. There are many scriptures which names different effects and manifestation of xing and ming working, yin and yang etc. and yes alchemy results are hard to phantom as wise sages said so do you mean any concrete scripture which names them and you would say you mean them? It would be easier if you can just name them and explain.

That's why Xiao Yao Pai is the future of spiritual cultivation and hopefully one day we have scientific union with spirituality. We can not expect people to follow old rules and traditional way which was focused on individual cultivation with no relation to society (You had "destiny" or occasion to practice true neidan then rest stopped to be important like society to the time Lu Dongbin started to propagate with more openness to the people) Also Wu Liu Pai folks, look on how tibetan buddhism starting dominating the west they said "Okay, f-word those high tantra funny things, just let initiate people to all hight stuff with openness" that's why most people now moving towards buddhism as they see it profitable for their being. People will always be like that. When Christian religion was dominant? why? It's easy, even if they created folk tales about Jesus and stuff like this, the icon is to giving out yourself, do good, and focus on that to be selfless towards people, compassionate and general focus on Gong De that why Christian is now so dominant religion to this day. (Of course spirit of christianity is weak, there are good people here and there but not many). So they see "Oh this people are really with the good heart" so everybody was stick to them, even when they got eaten by lion they still followed their faith and stick to do "good" under their banner of religion - with such mind, such attitude and intensity even faith with some old head governing the universe is still here throbbing here and there. Image if such attitude would be in the people who truly cultivate energy, neidan and other practices which brings transformation rather then faith. That will be reason why Neidan will eat it's own tail. Old rules which have no adaptation to modern mindset and anybody researching adaptation science says that without proper alignment to changes of environment species die - so with the old ways. You should understand that "westerners" (I guess you are one too.) come to that idea of "quickness" because of reality which west dominated rest of the world in one time. Even that quickness is not really healthy in terms of daoist mechanics of life and understanding yin and yang - you can not portray this as weakness. I will not go much into this as it will turn out to be more "political" convo rather then to the topic but do not bash your "west" because you know something other. No advanced neidan practitioner would do such judgments only neidan peanuts. Going back to the topic - your teacher of single Yang points out exactly school (related to Xiao Yao Pai) in this quote. Go ask him and you will get the answer.

There are a lot ways to use the Qi for martial arts, some can be legendary like in stories (I do not know if they are true) but some can be used to enhance effects of regular kicks and punches. I would mix hard qigong (to harden Qi) with muay thai. It would be lethal and very effective. Like Qing Cheng training with Muay Thai would be enough to break person a part with one kick.

Yes, actually neti pot is very good. you can use it with one drop or black seed oil or oregano oil, but only small amount !

&nbsp; That's what I'm actually testing. The most funny thing is that while I was doing Qigong practices while having the most full attack of symptoms by practice they will subside almost complete but after practice they would come back with little lighter force. I can not tell right know which things are the best for infections. I think Qigong is not good in general to treat infection or the styles I personally know. Pure sample. but I will not going to do that often tho. Actually probably not again ever as I forgot that sucks to be sick like that.

No, just for myself and to share if anybody will be interested. would love to do them by lab conditions. Rhinovirus. Qigong seems to work better with protection and chronic disease rather then straight infections.

I practice self initiatory buddhist system. Most for curiosity and research on my own, it's free for initiation and I can help with it if you want to experiment. Thru initiation you get your own sanling who moves your body different way but at the same time I found it's help set up material things around people life.

&nbsp; &nbsp; Yes, I didn't read it correctly but heat do not dry up fluids! It's make them thicker and greenish as in flu patterns there is damp-heat. You will not get just simple heat or dryness in case of infection. He didn't want dietary changes so I suggested him herbs which are specific to his conditions - are herbs must be specific so I would not post name here of those herbs as person can develop further imbalances.

There are herbs and proper diet for it. Trying to convince your mind to do things against it's own results of inbalance will create tension and more inbalances in the body. We need to fix or install new software into body/mind elements to work the way we want but it takes some knowledge to do so.

I do not know if you find it helpful but there are two types of MCO - one is for Neidan practice, second is for qigong and health. If you just breath in and do circles around yourself moving Qi by Shen thru Du Mai and Ren Mai then you are losing yuan qi. Awaken seems very skillful practitioner and very learned around.

The thing is how to get consciousness of that level of realization to see thru unreality of our "reality". I personally had experience of such insight but it's hard to describe to someone who never had one but for me it's clear that our reality is not really real similar to the dream before you woke up you act in dream as it is real. So reality is 100% not real but perpetuate dream which we all inhabit, the problem is only that we do not find the trigger to wake up from it which make the difference and impact to our reality. For example if everybody would realize it there will be no struggle for money and we would live in golden age or utopia. I think the stories about such times describes when people lived in such experience or awareness of being.

What do you want to know? He was clear example of Qi deficiency related to lung Qi and spleen Qi. It's could be easier healed thru qigong practice as they are very good for Qi deficiency conditions.

There are many concepts to that like kong or jing which can affect our emotional responses towards reality, people and things around us. To put it simple everything is mix of 5 elements those 5 elements are related to the body organs and mechanics. For example you get beat up by bully when you are younger then you developed kong when you see him you could actually piss into your pants - to find relief from that you need to balance kidney qi or heart qi. Other example that you eating food against you constitute so your liver qi for example can attack heart or spleen which results can be that you be angry without reason or angry with very little small things, like person of your family comes and then ask you something even little but you will answer with barking "later" or something like that. To live in harmony is not easy task but with practice it becomes easy. Most people who are arguing here on the forums or feel floods of emotions while reading something they do not agree with them can say bye bye to their liver and heart! If you are more likely get into forums be active person around - supplement your liver. haha The best way to be is being always happy (yang state of spirit and emotion/heart/xing) that why immortals are always laughing and happy as they are pure yang = pure happiness, bliss and freedom in the balance with The Way and Dao. That's why people who study Dao (whatever buddhist Dao or taoist Dao) are generally happy, at least you can see their progress thru their happiness - for example I love and makes me very happy to study Daoist/Buddhist scriptures and books which generates the yang for emotions which makes me happy, but not many people are like that. That's why if you study something you do not like you can generate yin and actually have bad health you can see this in college or universities that most teacher are unhealthy or have mental problems as they didn't balance themselves while studying things they do not like.

Yep, if you want to balance this you can send me photo of your morning tongue and do the test for me to recognize unbalanced elements then it will be easy to balance them. I had to friend who struggled with runny nose for years (even without being sick), he just had unbalanced elements as they (most of the time) do not balance themselves bur rather follow the cycle of degeneration so it's very important to keep proper diet (not like strict diet but to not eat randomly rather to know what element you are eating) which can make life more effortlessly. Many people forget that food affects also emotions.
