昨天看呂祖的百字銘,第二段第一句就提到『真常須應物』,這句話的來源是『莊子』『知北遊』。 孔子請教老子至道,老子開頭便說『汝齊戒,疏瀹而心』。你要齋戒,疏通你的心。汝就是你,而就是爾,也是你。瀹就是疏通。疏瀹就是疏通。『疏瀹而心』就是疏通你的心。這句話太重要了。而且我相信沒幾個人看得懂老子在講什麼。 老子這句話講的就是開啟『心竅』,疏通心,就是開啟心竅。 我們練丹道,陰陽反覆,都是為了化解心竅當中的陰。只有心竅當中的陰化解殆盡之後。才能夠產生『陰盡陽純』的三階段陽生。 所以練功練到一個程度之後,會發現大部分的氣機作用,都在疏通心竅,都在化陰。除了化陰之外,幾乎沒有別的任務了。 陽氣行走之後,入陰化陰。然後等待陽生的機會。整個丹道的練習如此而已。 Yesterday, when I read Lu Zu's 100-character inscription, the first sentence of the second paragraph mentioned "the truth must be in accordance with things". At the age of thirty-five, after my last seven-day meditation practice in Goenka, I decided to give up all dharma. I started to practice Wuweifa. Start with self-effort. I started looking for reliable scriptures, and at this time I found the real Wu-Zan-Pian and Tsan-Ton-chi. I found that the Wuwei I practiced fits very well with these two books. At the same time also came into contact with the transport method. But the handling method has me very puzzled. So I started interacting with netizens in mainland China. I'll go to Liaojinge and QQ. Talk to many people who practice portability. Finally figured out the trap of the transport method. It is also clear that the core of Wuweifa is correct. At this time, I was forty-four years old. 我之前也會因為想要練習英語,而跟一個俄羅斯人糾纏不清。但是目前我已經放棄練習英語這個想法了。 我來這裡就是一個簡單的理想,推廣能夠練到金丹的道路。 I've also gotten into trouble with a Russian before because I wanted to practice my English. But for now I have given up on the idea of practicing English. I came here with a simple ideal, to promote the road that can achieve Jindan. -

這裡有些人似乎認為我在這裡講話,需要有人給我回應。其實我要的不是回應,而是有人願意練金丹。 即使你不給我回應,但是你看了我寫的文章之後,能對你練出金丹有幫助,這樣我的目的就達成了。 因此,我並不是生活苦悶無聊需要有人跟我聊天。我不需要有人跟我聊天,因為我自己已經有兩個其他的社群了。一個是台灣的臉書。一個是中國的QQ。我如果要找人聊天,我可以找這兩個群體的朋友,起碼志同道合,講話比較講得通。 我來這裡一個很大的理想,就是希望有人因為我的文字,而找到金丹之路。就是這麼簡單。 我的目標非常的狹隘,我不需要跟人討論。也不需要跟人請教如何找尋道路。我的目標狹隘到非常的狹隘,只有一個目標,希望有人能練出金丹。 Some people here seem to think I'm speaking here and need someone to respond to me. In fact, what I want is not a response, but someone who is willing to practice Jindan. Even if you don't give me a response, but after reading the articles I wrote, it can help you to develop Jindan, so my goal is achieved. So, it's not that my life is boring and I need someone to chat with me. I don't need someone to chat with me because I already have two other communities myself. One is Facebook in Taiwan. One is China's QQ. If I want to find someone to chat with, I can find friends from these two groups, at least like-minded people who speak more eloquently. One of the great ideals of my coming here is to hope that someone will find the way to the golden elixir because of my writing. It's that simple. My goals are so narrow that I don't need to discuss it with people. There is no need to ask people how to find the way. My goal is narrow to very narrow, there is only one goal, I hope that someone can practice Jindan. 至於對我個人的人身攻擊的人,我一概列入忽略名單,不和他互動。因為我提供的是一個練金丹的機會。而不是來跟無聊的人耍嘴皮子。 As for those who attack me personally, I will put them on the ignore list and not interact with them.
