I read these version of the first chapter No one talk about the meaning of 噭，徼，竅 常有欲，以觀其徼。 河上公章句第一 徼，歸也。常有欲之人可以觀世俗之所歸趣也。 ○徼，音叫，又古吊反，即竅字。 In 河上公章句 version, he think 徼 should be 竅 There is a very important 竅 in daoist cultivation, 玄關一竅 玄關一竅 is mentioned in chapter 6, too. This chapter mention about two important stages of cultivation , 竅 and Hun dun. Hun dun, no intention, 無欲，no self 無我, is Ying 玄關竅，the entrance of wonder, 有欲 with intention, 有我 with the existing of self, is Yang Experience....... To open the heart entrence is not difficult. What you need just a direction. The direction is easy to tell, but not easy to real cultivate.

There is no secret method in my teaching. I teach a direction. The direction of real cultivation. So I will read your diaries to make sure you are on the right way. You are not mislead in the wrong direction. The concepts of explanation just help you to walk in the right direction. I have taught many students. Few can insist for long time. Most people just come to ask questions and don't write any diaries. I don't teach these kind of people. The people who chase the knowledges and don't do cultivation will lose the direction. You must have the wisdom to know this first. My students are all very wise. I just teach them the direction. I don't teach them wisdom.

Chi is not the first one to cultivate. Shen is the first one to deal with. Nei jin said 治神，deal with Shen 黃元吉 huang uan jii said 滅動心，不滅照心，make the movement heart disappear, don't make the mirror heart disappear. Enlightenment is the first step of daoist cultivation. 凡鉛 ordinary lead 真鉛 real lead What is the difference between ordinary lead and real lead? Nei Jin said heart open eyes bright 心開目明 is 悟 enlightenment So you can see 開悟 The word 開 means 心開 heart open In 莊子，we also can see 其寢不夢 When he sleep, he doesn't dream Sleeping without dreams is the biggest characteristic of opening heart. So you think "enlightenment" is a Buddhism word? I think "enlightenment" is obviously an English word. 悟，is a Chinese word. The word 悟 is earlier than Buddhism . Before Buddha was born, 悟 is already there. Nei Jin, was written before Buddha was born. We can see 悟 was mentioned in nei Jin. Nei Jin is not a pure Chinese medicine book. It include dan dao. In old Chinese tradiction, many things is the same thing, the same core. Medicine, yi Jin, dao..... So we can see 悟 in nei Jin. Another book, 說文解字，Shuowen Jiezi，also was written earlier then buddism classics. It mentions about 悟 The concept of 悟 is used a lot in buddism. The speed of 悟 was discussed in buddism, too. I think it doesn't mean 悟 is only used by buddism. This word was created in very ancient china. When buddism was spread to China, the translator used 悟 to translate the concept. It doesn't mean the ancient dao doesnt have the concept. Let see the word 悟 in ancient shape. There are two "五" above the "心" 五 five 心 heart (五,会意。从二,从乂。“二”代表天地,“乂”表示互相交错。本义:交午,纵横交错) 同本义 [cross] 五,阴阳在天地之间交午也。——《说文》 五 was created by its meaning It was formed by two parts 二 乂 二 means 天 sky 地 earth 乂 means crossed 五 means Ying Yang are crossed between sky and earth. There are two kinds of dan dao. The lately dan dao use breathe to build Mco. This way hurt a lot and very dangerous. I know many Chinese hurt body by Mco. One of friends even emptysis. The early dan dao don't do that.

Ren du：convection, like the steam of boiled water in a teapot Zhong Mai: swirl, like a typhoon The convection in ren du can be transformed to the swirl in Zhong Mai. But it needs a process to let the transform work - Hun-Dun. There are two layers in Zhong Mai. One is not in the emptiness. Another is in the emptiness. When chi of Zhong Mai is not in the emptiness, it has three kinds of light. The first one is black liver. Black liver looks like the light of north pole. The second one is rabbit marrow. Rabbit marrow looks like full moon, but smaller and weaker, and can last for several months. The last one is point light. The point can be very bright if the chi is very strong. All these three kinds of light have a sameness that they can appear again and again. Another layer in Zhong Mai is in the emptiness. The characteristic of the light in the emptiness is never repeated again. It changes every time. The only thing that stay the same is the state of stillness-- 無色界the world of formlessness, the emptiness 虛空境 The process of golden dan, 卍，geometric pattern , flying stars, mandala, full moon, red hot sun, light human shadow, light human beings....

頓悟，suddenly wu, is from zhang zon 禪宗 In fact, there is no 漸悟 gian-wu in zhang Zhang zon talk about 頓悟 because many people we're mislead by a lot of "methods" Yes, secret methods again. So suddenly wu is wu Zhang zon try to tell people to 悟 your real heart is the first step of cultivation The secret methods are not the first step of cultivation. In daoist, we can see in nei Jin and the preface of 悟真篇 that 悟 is also the first step of cultivation The people who like to chase the secret methods don't think 悟 is the first step and the most important part of cultivation.

岐伯曰：請言神。神乎神。耳不聞。目明心開。而志先慧然獨悟。口弗能言。俱視獨見。適若昏。昭然獨明。若風吹云。故曰神。 Chi-Bo said, please talk about Shen, what Shen is, no hearing, eyes are bright and the heart is open. But in the ancient China, daoist cultivation is very different from now. We can see this point from Su-woon.

The people who know 悟 won't talk like making a war. The people who know 悟 have a deep feeling and a lot of good chi. Let's see what Chinese talk about 悟，not a Russian.
