Another fake school salesman to sell the fake Dan dao? Do you really know what is 幻丹? I will talk about 幻丹 latter on, maybe a few days.

Cultivation is like cooking rice. At first, it need big fire.武火 After the water boil, then turn down to small fire and keep on cooking.文火 After the rice is well-cooked, we turn off the fire.止火 But we still can not open the cover and let it stay for a while. The electric rice cooker will keep the rice warm.--溫養(I do not know how to translate the noun to English. But this noun is very important in dan do. If anyone can translate for it. I'll be thankful.) So what we need is the right fire. We do not need to churn the rice while cooking. The fire will make the water go circle by itself. Churn -- have Wei Go circle(convection ) by itself because of heat( the Shen fire)---- wu Wei The fake dan dao school call the convection as dharma wheels. But it is not. The convection in dan dao is called 沐浴,means take a shower. Dharma wheels is mandala, lotus, which appear after emptiness. So now all you know that if we want a whole cultivation, we need to know what the fire is, but not to churn the chi(rice). Every cultivation need a lot of time to be well-cooked. Two hours or more are needed. We do not need any methods. What we need is not to let our fire go out to thinking in the big fire stage. This is another big issue. Every time We do the cultivation , we cook the chi once. It is called Ying yang. Yang -- big fire , small fire Ying-- stop fire Every cultivation has fire(yang) and no fire(Ying) But the fake dan dao schools misunderstand. They think big fire is yang and small fire is Ying. They do not know what is stop fire. They do not know Ying. When you use methods, you are in Yang. Because you are controling something, Your 識(consciousness)Shen is working. When your consciousness Shen is working, you are in Yang. The fake dan dao schools teach you to use methods to control the chi and this control make your Yang too much. You may feel headache. If you do make the chi go circle , your mind will get used to control. And this way may twist your mind and make you become a controller. What you learn from the fake dan dao schools not only twist your mind, but it also makes you get the post-heaven chi. There are three kinds of chi. Post-heaven chi, pre-heaven chi, and pre-heaven real one chi. Post-heaven chi comes from big fire. Pre-heaven chi comes from small fire. Pre-heaven real one chi comes from emptiness. You might ask, what about "stop fire"? After you stop fire, you go into Hun-dun.混沌恍惚渺冥 This is another big issue, too. After Hun-dun, the real samadhi appear and the pre-heaven real one chi appear. Mandala lotus, the real full moon, Yang Shen appear in the state- emptiness. Hun-dun is not empty because there are bad chi inside Ying. What we cultivate in Yang bring the Yang chi into Ying to dissolve the Ying chi . After the Ying chi in Ying is all dissolved, Ying become empty. Then we get the emptiness. The pre-heaven real one chi appear. I hope you all do not be cheated by the fake dan dao schools- wu Liu pai. You do not need to spend a lot of money to learn the fake dan dao. You just need a real teacher. Maybe you do not need any teacher. You just need a friend to tell you the truth.

And use simple words please. Thanks. Methods are based on body position and mind control. But what I teach is our body follow the chi at the beginning. So no fixed method in my teaching Methods come out by itselves.

The way of changing has its own sequence. Breath is not the first one because some people's breath is short. After breath is chi, different kind of chi, hot , block, weak electricity, light ,etc. After chi is light After light is Hun dun. After Hun dun is suan quan. .... If you are not a beginner, you can increase your chi by breath. And your chi can go around your body. What is your next step? The next step is light. You need to relax more to let light appear. If you already relax enough, at least you think you relax enough, but the light still not appear. I need to understand you more to find out what is wrong in your practicing. There are too many details.

If you want to know about breath, it is fine. If you want to understand me, it is not a good choice. Because I already have had too much changes. The way I practice now is not suitable for a beginner. If you want to learn how I practice, you must find your beginning point, but not my point. Everyone has his own beginning point. Everyone is different. For example, maybe your breath is long and his breath is short. You two can not have the same beginning point. It means you two can not use the same method. So the method you use depend on where you are. 法無定法 The method is not fixed. So what I teach is not a fixed method. I teach you how to let your own method come out by itself. I will teach you how to find the right direction and the method come out by itself. This way is not easy to learn. It need some quality of personality. A clear mind to see the real path. Not everyone has this kind of personality.

If your breath is deep enough to go into kidney, you do not need and method. You just need to observe how the breath influence the chi.

I already practice for 27 years. No method is the method for me. I can do meditation in any positions. Position is not the key point. Shen and chi is the key point. If you are a beginner, you need a method. But the most important is the right concepts. If you do not have the right attitude about dan dao, any methods can not lead you to the right way. Because you are lack of 性功 nature goung. Only 命功 life goung will make you blind. If you want to be blind all your life, that is your choice. I come here to help the people who want to know the right direction.

If your body is good, you can start your mediation from breath. But if your body is not good. Your breath is short. You should not start from breath. Because you can not breathe into your kidney. The place in the kidney is called 命門 the door of life. It means the place to practicing 命功 life gung. In dan dao, 性命雙修 (practicing 命life (Min) and 性nature(Sin) both ) is very important. You should find a moving gung to make your body healthier. The only way that you start your meditation from is your deep breath. The breath must be very relax enough to make the chi more. With the deep breath, you would have the feeling of chi. If you do mediation when your breath is short, your chi will block.

I know what is the difference. What the fake hweminjin said is the open of head top, that is not 出神out Shen, that is just head open. I opened the head top for many years. When you start to open head top, you go into the illusion state at the same time. You will see some illusions when you do meditation. I know many people call the illusions as 出神out Shen. After I really go into the emptiness, I saw a big hole, mandala , snow flying. And then I saw a immoral and golden dan. If the energy of emptiness is not enough, it is a golden dan, very bright, totally different from a small star 黍米. A small star (黍米,真種,小還丹,small dan) appear in chi state. But big dan appear in emptiness. It is totally different state. No ego, no thoughts, no......very hard to discribe to those who never been there. I hope some people here can practice with me. I want to show what is real emptiness. Come back to our point. So the immoral does not go up from head top. It just show up in the big hole 玄關一竅 If the energy is not enough, it would shrink to a bright moon, not very big , but very bright. Before you reach emptiness, you need to know what is Ying. And bring your yang into your Ying. If you do not do this, your Ying is always there. And you will misunderstand dan dao just like wu Liu pie. Wu Liu pie misunderstand Ying and yang. That is why they can not practice the same result with the real dan classics. They just practice yang. When their chi is try to go into Ying, they use 武火big fire to make themselves awake. This way make them miss the chance to go into Ying. Without Ying, it is impossible to go into the emptiness. All your practicing must come and back between yang and Ying. Without Ying yang, what you do just Qi Qing, not dan dao.

難經:呼出心與肺,吸入腎與肝,呼吸之間,脾受穀味也,其脈在中。(can anyone translate?) Breath out by heart and lung. Breath in by kidney and liver. Between breathing in and out, spleen accept the chi of food. And Mai is inside. (I am not sure if the translation right or wrong) So breath in till kidney is normal. If you can breath in till kidney, it is called "short breathing"短氣. But in hweminjin 慧命經 凡聖之變化,總是這個所謂一物一太極,有此太極,知覺言語,無此太極,眼垂口閉,醫謂之真火,實無形無影,而藏之臍後腎前,稍下空懸一穴。古謂之淨土家鄉,極樂國,妙有真空。有此真火蒸薰有形,無此真火息斷形壞。 It says the place of breath in is the emptiness. It is completely wrong. And it says this breathe is real fire. It is completely wrong, too. The fire of breathe is called 凡火 normal fire, not real fire.
