Actually you are right, there is no way to make it absolutely clear if the Teacher is true or not, except following him and achieving the alchemy results in your own experience. In your own body. Only then your doubts go away. For example when your hair becomes black again. So it not like your Teacher should demonstrate something to you , but you supposed to achieve the result by following Teacher's recommendations and confirm the School and its methods with your own experience. As A.A.Khokhlov said treatises are great for beginner (and advanced) students as the ultimate checking tool for the School and the Teacher. If "teachers" are being easily confused when asked simple questions like about WuXing cycle or Bagua sequence you can make you own guess about their level. The Head of DaoDe center - D.A.Artemyev has had to search for the True Teacher for more than 25 years. And he has met about 200 different Masters with extraordinary abilities, till he finally found The Teacher who can really teach the True alchemy. And all that with perfect knowledge of Chinese and ancient Chinese languages. So I like to believe that I'm really lucky one who can receive transmission here in Russia in my native lands. I thing you are confusing Qi-Gong and Taoist Alchemy. In the modern world we have actually absolutely opposite situation: On the one hand there are thousands of self-growth systems which are working with Xing, cultivating it through meditations, relaxation, mind exercises, visualizations, praying to Gods etc. All of that is part of Xing Gong. Some of these systems really gives good results (purifying the heart and cleaning the mind). However: On the other hand there are only few Schools which are having the method of longevity and having the secret of not dying. And its really difficult to find such a Teacher. That is the secret Emperors were hunting for, that is the secret everybody striving to get. And this is the most precious treasure Chinese Civilization saved for us today! Well, actually I'm not surprised. She is not only attacking the Taoists Schools she also keep saying things which are contradictory to the Treatises and to commonly accepted doctrine of all the Schools. UPD: And only the person who is quite deep in studying the Taoism or initiated to the Traditional School can notice all those contradictions. Work with Ming = work with yuanqi. Do you claim that everyone knows how to work with yuanqi? Work with Xing = work with the heart. Do you claim that nobody knows how to work with the heart? (meditations, keeping quiet, lights etc.) What is your point? --- Best Regards, Arkady

Yes, of course, if the School has the method to cultivate Ming, than they could keep silence about it or they could manifest it openly (about the fact of having such method). WuLiupai School doesn't conceal that fact. And if some School doesn't have Ming method - it either peacefully practicing with the methods they have or keeps grievously sighing (being envy) and trying to present "finger pointing to the moon" as the real moon. --- Best Regards, Arkady

You see, I'm not much experienced in forums active life and it kind of difficult to me finally get all the rules. Sorry for me being probably annoying with my questions and probably you already discussed that with someone else on the forum, but again - thanks a lot for your efforts to explain it to me. However I do have one last (I hope ) question about this It feels like the Report button - is the RED button, so you press it only when the line was crossed. My following questions are for administrators only. 1) Are messages like following regarded as a personal insults or somewhat else? 2) Should a critique of a system be constructive and argued or the phrases like "they ingoramuses, know nothing, only make money etc" with the only argument "I know it" are ok? 3) In case a person is promoting his own no-name system and a one sees this system/approach doesn't seem to be working is it ok to critique that system or approach the same way (i.e. system of user123 doesn't seem to work because of ... and ...) Once again: the questions I ask don't mean I am going to criticize more and more. Once the case has been studied it would be meaningless to return to it again and again. Instead she is insulting WuLiupai School directly and those posts are still available for every forum member. I'm representative of WuLiupai School. I never asked anyone to "point my mistakes" (as it finally came up I didn't have any actually) My School was covered with lies and defamed absolutely without any reason. I was waiting for moderators actions, but it was told to us that "we are carefully watching the discussion giving to everyone opportunity to speak out". After that all the discussion kept the same direction which was initially chosen by awaken and Taoists Texts. Some participants used spam-posts consisting of 1 sentence, false logic, and pretending they are not understanding what we all talking about etc. All that - is soaping(getting away) of the real sense hiding behind plenty of words. Is it pleasant for members to read such a discussion? Do they see much sense in it? A.A.Khokhlov is giving the translation, pointing to specific fragments of treatise etc., we are posting informative posts. And what we have in the reply? - "All that is nonsense, your translation of this character is wrong". Is that a discussion? Have you seen any translations by Taoist Texts in last topics? No. While A.A.Khokhlov was publishing words of Patriarch's more and more for all the members of the forum, not only to continue the discussion. Translation is a work while spamming and trolling is not at all. Every forum member can make his/her own opinion on where is a real contribution with translations and opinions based on Tradition and words of Patriarchs and where mostly are trolling attempts which are not just making no contribution at all but even breaking the meaning of what is actually meaningful. --- Best Regards Arkady

Taomeow, I actually do speak in constructive manner. You can filter all my posts and will not find a single one with bad words and insults. I always want to talk constructive. I believe that one should always be responsible for what he/she is doing. I can't hold the word for "peers" you mentioned, but I always responsible for what I personally do and I'm here under my real name so I'm not hiding behind anybody. My actions are clear and what I was doing is just asking TT and awaken if they are having any support for their words accusing WuLiupai School. Unfortunately they didn't answer clearly and just kept accusing texts of Patriarch again and again. Please don't get me wrong, but insults to WuLiupai School are like insults to my family and I really concerned about good name of this School, so, can't just close my eyes and leave it as it is. I totally agree with you that others' weaknesses should be left alone unless person will ask you to fix it. To tell you more I know that from my own experience. Back in time when my eyes just started to open I was feeling like "to fix everyone and everything around me without asking them at all" I think everybody passed that initial stage, but I left that time far behind and I know that this wouldn't work. Please try to see the difference between "protecting good name of the School you have learnt a lot from" and "trying to fix someone with force". Anyway If I personally somehow hurt your feelings please accept my apologize, I didn't mean to. Now I'd like to stop discussing this issue and switch to Taoism again. Thank you --- Arkady

Effilang, yes you are right about getting out of Taiji for immortals, however something still would be different for man and woman on high levels. Yang Shen would have specific abilities different for man and woman (saying that based on open Russian articles of WuLiupai disciples). And I'm not talking about hohomosexsuals in practice, because this need investigation. And I don't have any info on this topic. I have my own opinion, but I would keep it, so not saying empty words. As far as I know immortals status is different for man and for woman, at least on Di Xian stage. Please judge logically, we have different bodies (Ming), so when we engage Xing and Ming we would have somehow not equal result. Also need to mention that in Traditional schools like WuLiupai the progress happens differently for man and woman. So at least at Di Xian stage the Man-immortal and Woman immortal are different. @ A.A.Khokhlov, please correct me if I wrong Thank you ---- Arkady

Yes you are right. This is traditional School with full transmission. And it is Liu Huayang from who Liao Kong got transmission (as official Qianfeng says) And after this you are saying that book of Patriarch Liu Huayang is full of mistakes.
