Again, can I ask a question what effects had anyone achieved practicing MCO? I understand that general idea is somewhere between starting qi circulation and making it alive, feeling lower dantian and though making the body healthier. So you mean that alchemy deals with another substance, different from qi, is it? I've heard about it but mostly took it as some difference like qi-prana etc. -

Execuse me, is there anything about MCO? I have tried MCO as well as some other methods. The issue was that I felt qi rising through the back to the head, but never felt that qi goes down through the front into dantian. Rgrds, Ilya
