Well the problem I have with that is what if I have a problem with something so I need to ask a serious question? I'll end up coming here and what will happen? I'll receive some abusive vile comments and nothing helpful and waste my time in the process. Today, because of this mess, I've not been able to do any serious meditation. The whole thread has ruined my day in that regard and I had a serious question here too. It's not the first time this has happened either. That is why I suggested the admins ought to have an intake of more experienced people so they can at least ask if this is a serious question I'm asking and also to perhaps know that I'm very serious about these things like anyone else that has reached this level in other spiritual disciplines. I'm not here to read people making jokes about the things I say and if the admin could see I'm asking serious questions then all my threads wouldn't turn into a circus and fun time for everyone else. I don't want to see these people writing irrelevant comments in my threads when I'm asking for help. And the admin are pretty clear on this subject that they are not willing to change their standards. So that's kind of my thinking concerning this forum. I think it's very toxic mostly with very few serious alchemists and not really helpful to advance my practice. Fortunately I'm in a position where if something is holding me back I can just drop it with very little second thought about it. So that's why I have no problem leaving this place really. As things stand it's holding me back and I don't think much of the people here either. They're more interested in socialising and destressing from their work day and family issues etc. Things I more think of as Self-Help problems rather than serious spiritual stuff with real energies and experiences etc.

Like he has done in the past from his blogspot well away from this toxic environment, even though he's under no obligation to help me at all. I've read posts of his that just appear amongst all the general baseline chatter of the forum and thought WOW THAT'S BRILLIANT and then browsed the rest of the thread and literally no one has paid the slightest attention. As things stand I have backups all over the place, so the simplest thing we can do is for the admin to ban my account. That way you won't have to put up with my posting here anymore and I won't be wasting my energy having to trawl through offensive posts. I was only asking if it would be okay for people to not post offensive things in my threads. I tried my best to explain what was happening but it fell on deaf ears unfortunately so I have decided I no longer will be posting on this forum. Thanks guys!

No I am being serious, I don't want anything more to do with this place. I explained that I will not stand for idiots interfering with my threads. That's what that other thread was about that I started concerning "The Problem with the Admin..." Nothing happened in that thread other than its decent into chaos. What about qigong, does that get a look in on this forum, or is it just one great big happy free-for-all where everyone gets their say equally no matter if they might lack experience on the matter being addressed in a thread? Because I'm not trying to control anyone, I'm not looking for power at all. One can not have such obvious defective personality traits and have real energy. I'm not here trying to inflate my ego or make myself sound important. I think I might be a little beyond those things, perhaps. There is not even any common decency in 9th's posts. No need to be an advanced practitioner to see what he's saying is offensive irrelevance. How is what I'm saying mere opinion anyway, rather than truth? This thread is about 6th chakra energy, the moon and being in public with those energies. I would hope only people qualified to answer the question would reply. Why should I not think that, do you really believe these things are some pass time for me? Do you have any idea what it takes to get to the level I'm talking about in this thread and how disconcerting it is for me that people think it's okay to joke around with such important matters and when I point this out I'm told that I'm talking about mere opinions and trying to exert control over other people? If we were in a temple setting and someone were at my level with qi projection healing abilities and an open 3rd eye no one would be allowed to talk to him the way they're allowed to on this forum.

What you are saying is a bit wishy washy to me. If by tough love you are referring to me rather than 9th then I would like a life-time ban. I am a serious philosopher, I am not getting up in the morning and rushing to work to get things done, trying to make money, branding myself on the internet, going out having sex, selling anything, voting, watching TV, bringing up a family, reading the newspapers, I have no phone, I don't drive, I don't go to the movies etc. There are a lot of people here for whom qigong is a mere hobby, something to pass the time and destress from the pressures of life. Whereas for me this is all I do. So when I ask a question I'm not looking for laughs and jokes or trying to be sociable or make friends etc. I am asking a serious question. So if you think it's okay for people to crack jokes in my threads and ultimately write a load of drivel that rather than addresses the topic of the thread only address their egoic sentimental nonsense and for some reason there's some tough love going on and I'm really learning by the experience then I don't think you really understand what it takes to get the 3rd eye open. You know I got the love and base emotions down years ago. That's why I had my kundalini awakening. So if you think some guy here being disrespectful to me is teaching me about immature emotions then you really don't know the first thing about qigong and really what I said about the Problem with the Admins stands. There's a serious problem on this forum concerning the qigong abilities of the admin. Now I have no personal problem with anyone here but as a noobie to qigong and having developed pretty quickly it's more than clear to me that the admin needs to be bolstered to let some more advanced practitioners on board so that they might be able to tell a real practitioner from a fake and that's only for starters Right now things are beyond stupid, we have idiots leading the blind with the admins doing a great job of marshaling serious alchemists away from discussions to have a quiet word with them and basically telling them to shut up. Something needs to be done for the sake of the people that don't know any better because the message being sent by the admins to the forum right now is not conducive for people to advance in their practice. On the contrary people are most obviously being held back because of this problem. All that needs to happen is at least one person with their 3rd eye open needs to be on the admin. That way they can be consulted when things start to go downhill in a thread. Because at the moment there's a fake "qigong master" on the forum causing all kinds of problems and no one is any the wiser, not even the fake because he really believes in his madeup narrative. The admins don't see it because none of them are advanced enough to know so you can't blame them for that. So that's the problem. Shoot me!

I have no idea what all those Chinese classical texts are talking about though. So that's a bit of a problem!

Maybe, I'll see over the coming days I suppose. I might go and mediate now for a bit and just concentrate on nothing. I need to start reading my books. I've got loads of great books, some Eva Wong ones, Master Nan and Bodri, that "Foundations" book, Taoist Yoga, I even got that other white cover one with the picture of the stuff above the head, I can't remember the name right now. I might read measuring meditation by Bodri. I got some of the Alan Johnson books too or whatever his name is.

I do a very subtle MCO when I start my moving yin/yang and feel it working fine. At the top I feel the energy above my head and then I feel it going down the front. But I just do inhale up the back and then exhale down the front. But I don't really think about it and as I said I feel it gathering during the in breath above my head and then it goes down the front. I just think because I've been meditating the 3rd eye is beginning to fill up. I mean right now my DT is warm and my head is magnetic at the back around the sides and down my face, mostly at the bridge of my nose atm..
