You can't have fake "qigong masters" going around acting like they know things when in actual fact everything they really know is all in their over active imagination. Especially when this guy is running around telling everyone real practitioners are fakes. It's pretty stupid.
-
Well how come I have advanced qi projection in front of witnesses then? You know when you can change material reality through intent of mind and heal sickness in seconds in front of witnesses it becomes a bit difficult to pretend it's just my imagination. Sure you can just ban me for being a trouble maker and keep all the fakes if you like. It's not really my problem because it's not like I'm learning anything from people like you is it? I'm not going to be the one losing out no matter what happens. I can afford to put my neck on the line that's why I'm speaking out here. And it's not like the admin can't just PM someone on the forum they trust that they know actually has their 3rd eye open and ask him if the fake "qigong master" is really fake is it? They know who I'm calling a fake.
-
Well yes the first reaction from anyone reading what I'm saying and especially from any of the admin is going to be to direct some hate in my direction. Hopefully the second reaction will be -- hold on a second do I have my 3rd eye open so I can confirm what Aletheia is saying... That's the problem right there. How can anyone know who's talking nonsense and who isn't if you really don't know the difference?

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCULcgad6brJAvldt3tFW-sQ/videos There's loads of videos there - etc. Lots of drugs and philosophy stuff too. It's odd no one really seems to understand meditation though tbh.

Actually I'm reminded of a good TM critique someone posted on reddit recently -

Right there's two pages going over John Marshall's work with the Kung people and the trance dance!
-
Actually on the first page of this book it mentions n/um and the "Kung people." I've not read the book so I can't recommend it but it's called "The Sacred Power" by Swami Kripananda

Okay today is an historic day because I literally managed to open a book for once and the page it opened at says this - Abhinavagupta, the great tenth-century Siddha... says there are three types of saktipat -- tivra-tivra, tivra-madhya and tivra-manda, in that order and only the last need be initiated by a Guru. The other two forms are higher up the scale and are spontaneous awakenings without the need for a Guru. I just noticed over the page the number actually goes up to 9 but my point stands! And I'm just stating my opinion here when I say I don't think masturbation puts you on the path to spirituality. If that were the case there'd be an awful lot of enlightened people around and tbh honest with you I'm not really seeing it! Hopefully that guy isn't charging you for this knowledge? Masturbate your way to heaven. Let's trash the planet and move to mars! What could go wrong? No really? What I actually believe all that moving of the body is about is the unblocking of bad energy. My legs were shaking the other day over the course of 2 or 3 days and then the last time they shook it was for about 7 seconds and then the channel opened up and I could feel a constant flow of energy going up my legs and energy all around my feet too. Admittedly I wasn't really doing my standing exercises properly before then (i.e. wasn't doing any standing practice) so there you go! There's another form of shaking too perhaps but I don't know anything about that.

Well one of us must be in the wrong continent, never mind the right mountain range. I'll go and check my compass, stare at the stars and look at my map...

I can tell you a couple of things from my own personal experience. Firstly, I found it easier to practice the breathing while I wasn't trying to meditate. So while you're using the computer or reading a book is even better because your mind is elsewhere. Secondly, don't breath from your nose, throat or chest. Breathe through the belly button i.e. no movement or initiation of breathing from anywhere in the upper body allowed! Then when you do try and meditate put yourself in a dream reality where the fabric of spacetime frays and drop your consciousness from your head and into your body, then unchain the soul from the confides of bodily existence and take flight. What I've been doing with my standing exercise is picturing a small rocky waterfall in a forest clearing and seeing glints of sunlight striking the falling water with cool sprays of rainbow halos, then feeling that energy cascade and wash the bodily organs as trillions of particles which then gather in field-beam of lighted plasma - It's a very powerful standing exercise, then at the end I make huge qi balls -- put your palms facing each other about a foot or so apart then breathe in and pull your hands away then when you breath out push your hands together and you'll feel it's like holding something very tangible! Also don't picture the waterfall in your mind, see it from the distance of the edge of the stream, then let the distance fade while the exterior of the body dissolves and actually be the water, smell the freshness of air, hear the sounds of the forest and feel the energy collecting in the beam of light.

I didn't mean to take this thread off track. I just wanted to post that video which I saw a few weeks ago. And I think what's important is to not have an experience and then think you've got it all down and now you can go and do something else. Unless that's what you really want. I personally am celibate too. So I won't be joining OP with the masturbatory kriyas, unfortunately!

Anyway I'll edit this post and add the following instead. I do think it's funny I was talking about the media going through a kundalini wakening in my first thread at this forum and by the looks of things not much has changed concerning what I think since then! I'll try and come up with some new ideas!
-
Regarding the video I was still and lying on my back when Kundalini occurred. That's just my experience though so I can't comment on whether that's the only authentic way like she says in the video i.e. being still. The only shaking I've experienced has been very recent with wide horse stance moving yin/yang where my legs will shake for 30 to 90 seconds or so and then I go into a state of stillness and I notice everything almost comes to a stop -- mind and hands. I think that's my legs opening up properly because I hadn't been doing my standing exercises like I should have been doing. I'm going to go and meditate now because today I've not done much, only 25 mins of moving yin/yang followed by chi balls. That's my worst day since I started taking this more seriously!

LOL I'm still saying exactly the same things today as I was in my first thread here!
-
The girl "buddha boy" chained up then broke her wrists has a video on kundalini awakening - Some of the things she says ring true, about the experience itself that is, for me. There's a lot of other things she says I don't agree with. EDIT: I just re-watched it and mainly what I disagree with, just going by my own personal experience, is just some of the the things at the start. For me I had a lot of energy in the pelvic region mostly at the front and I thought I'd try the MCO for really the first time so I put some energy at the bottom of the spine and from there it shot up to my head and the second that happened I was in a different world. I opened my eyes and it was like a waking dream with vivid colours in the room and I was filled with warm love energy. I thought I had achieved half the MCO at that point and I still had loads of energy in my pelvic region so I had to concentrate on keeping my consciousness in my head. Every time I forgot about doing that it fell down into the fire again. So I ended having to join this forum to ask where I was supposed to store all that energy LOL Then what happened is my Internet blew out so I couldn't read any of the replies. When you join the forum it says you only have so many posts and I was worried about that so I just put everything in my first post - That was after being celibate for 5 days and reading some of drew's posts. One or two months later and I was in another panic after I realized I could project qi and heal my friend's leg! One or two months after that I was having my face chewed off with huge magnetic forces when my 3rd eye opened plus almost going into levitation when I felt myself going light during the process! Right so you can see in that thread after only two days the only chakra points I couldn't feel were the very top of the head and the 3rd eye. All the rest went warm or hot when I put qi there for the first time. I remember that. Then I posted back here another time and said I felt heat at the 3rd eye when that opened up for the first time. That was after the heart and LDT seemed to have joined and was the only time I felt heat in my head! So I recommend drew's FREE PDF everyone on this forum is trying to censor.

Right so the last extension of man according to Mcluhan was the central nervous system. Maybe that wasn't obvious!- 16 replies

Quantum resonance is an environment effect of hardware contained electric and electronic technologies! Scientists don't know qi because they have totally lost contact not only with their minds but their bodies too, therefore they are not experienced!- 16 replies

Need Help With Science of Energy Cultivation

The whole point of "Energy Cultivation" is understood once on the path of personal transformation. That is where we find real truths, ethics, freedoms etc. along the way, contingent to where you actually are. If technology is doing it for you you are missing the point somewhat, I think. The higher levels of transformation I would guess vaporise personal conscious into divine awareness.- 16 replies
