Anyway during a meditation I focused on his head and pulled energy out from distance and not much happened. So either I'm not much good at it or my dad's condition is so chronic there's no helping him. Maybe a bit of both. I suspect my dad is so far down the path of delusion and fantasy there's really not much that can be done for him. He even eats bran cereal for breakfast thinking it will help his stomach lol

I was meditating on the grass the other day and focusing on listening and then I heard a buzzing sound and when I looked to see what it was it was a leaf fluttering to the ground and I thought I've never heard a leaf buzz before. Then I heard a very faint and distant but at the same time very clear sound, almost like when you put your ear to a seashell, of what could have been angels singing, echoing from the formless sea of eternity! Plus, the night before I left the countryside I went outside in the evening, the crescent moon was just above the shadowed tree-line, and did a few minutes of moving yin and yang, then the horses started galloping in the moonlit field at the end of the garden! But, now I'm back in London and I think things took a bit of a turn so I need to get my act together again.

And one last thing that happened during this time of change is while I was meditating I felt a very powerful cosmic force about an inch from my face just staring at me. I couldn't tell its intentions whether good, bad or indifferent, other than it was a very powerful force. I paid it no attention and carried on with my meditation and soon totally forgot about it. Anyway, half an hour later when I opened my eyes and finished meditating I remembered its presence and looked and there was nothing there!

My mum walked in while I was meditating the other day so I said put your hand above my head and see what you feel and she said she could feel warmth above my head!

I also told my dad that I could cure him of the cyst growing into his spinal cord if he let me project qi into his head and I showed him some youtube videos which would help him understand what I was talking about. But my dad said he wouldn't let me project qi into his head for one minute lol. Then he comes to me talking in seriously hushed tones about what his doctor has planned and I pretend to act very serious too with furrowed brow and all!

I know lunar energy is strong during the full moon, but what about during the new moon? Because I can feel my 3rd eye really strongly today and I looked up the moon phase and I think it's the new moon, or the day after perhaps. I've been meditating the last few days so maybe I've built up some energy myself. But I think the moon energy could be really strong atm too. What do you think about that?
