My view: Natural breathing...breathe within the lower dantien (slightly below the navel) and have no movement in the chest or solar plexus area. On the exhales, gently close the anus. When inhaling expand the front, sides and back of the lower dantien. Reverse breathing...on the inhales, gently close the anus, pull the navel inward toward the spine, and very slightly lean forward so the lower back opens...on the exhales, relax. When I have practiced this stuff, I preferred to do natural breathing until very calm, then reverse breathing to kick up energy, then natural again to calm and go back to normal...then breathe out the mouth a few times to purify the qi...then I would put the palms over the dantien and store the sensations there. This practice kind of accomplishes everything...so maybe that answers some of your questions. Embryonic breathing is something that will happen naturally later on. Spiritual embryo is something that is occurring during practice.

It's uncertain whether this is actually registered to Rodia. The car was verifiably at Sandy Hook, since there are photos of it. The police scanner is where everyone heard of Rodia. Apparently, a cop pulled Rodia over in another town and that call was mixed up with the Sandy Hook car's call on the scanner. That is the story that came out... The way anyone could verify whether it belonged to Rodia or not, is to simply run the license. Cops, and in some states even civilians, can find out who a vehicle is registered to. -
Why is she unable to go to you, or to do whatever is necessary long distance? I wish you the best of luck with this issue, regardless...do what is necessary to get well!

Priests that are trained in exorcism being charlatans...but someone (who I'm assuming will be) charging you quite a bit of money, and making you wait until September to get well, is not one?

So you guys are saying that the US government is not to be trusted...eh? -
I just ran that through the cabalistic oracle...it sounds cool, but maybe not wise since the results aren't so good for it. A pretty good one is "another tactical cat"...but you might not like the sound of it. "Catfulness" is another good one. "cat" is just fine! I love running names through this thing...

Please calm down and try to understand what I'm saying... I studied American and Western history at a university level...and still try to learn more about it, because it's important not to repeat some things... "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it." - George Santayana Here is my point. We have been living in peace in America recently. People watch football games, walk down the street without being killed on a consistent basis, drive to the mall and shop, surf the web in their happy homes, etc. There is barely a need for citizens to have guns in this state of things. This is living in peace on this land...which is a completely temporary phenomenon. It was not this way until recently, and judging from history, it will not be this way for long. You are right about the following: That's exactly some of the history I was referring to when saying that every person should be able to defend themselves. People today live almost completely disconnected from the realities and lessons of history, as well as the realities and lessons from around the world...there are places at this moment that are purely violent. We are next in line for that, because "what goes up must come down". I didn't say this was a peaceful nation, and I don't agree with what our politicians do most of the time. Not a single person is saying that guns are the solution to all of our problems. -

Aaron, simply stop saying I listen to Rush Limbaugh! You're free to speak otherwise, and I will only report you for that if you continue (for a fourth + time now). And my information is not lacking at all. If you have a question about something specific, feel free to ask. -

If you look back, I was speaking of the AK47, which uses that round...which if I remember correctly definitely pierces all body armor... If I'm not mistaken AR-15 and other legal American firearms also use 5.56. I used to have a cheap AK variant that used 5.56, which made it legal (I think because it's less likely to penetrate police body armor). Yes. The second amendment has little to do with hunting, and everything to do with self defense against tyrannical government or invading armies. It should be fine for Americans to have this weapon...especially when it's unlikely to penetrate police body armor. At this point, consider if our government did become overtly tyrannical...due to their armor, weapons and technology, Americans would be pretty much defenseless even with these weapons! It's not anti-government to have studied American and Western history, and to understand how short of a time we've lived in peace on this land. To understand how quickly nations can change, and wars can start. Study history. It's good to know. I have already told you twice that I have no connection whatsoever to Rush Limbaugh. I mainly get my news from CNN and truthdig, which are on the very opposite side of that spectrum (they are considered very liberal sources). I make up my own mind. Please do not insist on saying a fourth time that I listen to Rush or anyone like that...I'll report you for harassing and making knowingly false, inaccurate and defamatory statements about me. You are the one that's disturbed by that. All of those people aren't. Many people on this forum aren't. All of those you think are "nuts" in this country (over half of the country, at the bare minimum) aren't. Having a permit means that you're even more responsible for what you do with the weapon...you don't see people with a permit going around killing everyone. I don't think that has ever happened...but maybe I'm wrong. What you do see is them stopping the criminals. I'm letting you know, both ways of saying concealed carry are correct. I looked up my state's judicial, police and informational websites about it earlier today...they ALL say "concealed carry permit" or "license", and only at rare times say CCW. They did not change these websites after Sandy Hook. -
“The True Men of old were not afraid when they stood alone in their views. No great exploits. No plans. If they failed, no sorrow. No self-congratulation in success. The True Men of old knew no lust for life; no dread of death. Their entrance was without gladness; their exit, yonder, without resistance. Easy come, easy go. They did not forget where from, nor ask where to, nor drive forward grimly fighting their way through life. They took life as it came, gladly; they took death as it came without care, and went away yonder. Yonder! They had no mind to fight God. They did not try by their own contriving to help God along. These are the ones we call True Men. Minds free…thoughts gone…brows clear…faces serene.”

Concealed carry or CCW is referred to in both ways, and it always has been. About 7.62x39, it appears that I was mistaken in calling them "armor piercing", since they only penetrate body armor. (that sounds sarcastic, but I really was mistaken...I didn't know about APC or anything) -

Aetherous replied to h.uriahr's topic in The Rabbit Hole
Actually, it does. Lets say a criminal has an AK-47 for instance. Those have armor piercing rounds and are automatic machine guns. Deadly stuff. If someone simply shot one pistol round into that person's brainstem, the AK47 wouldn't be doing any more damage. This is why military special operations spends so many hours practicing shooting. So they can aim. Now...a somewhat untrained civilian with concealed carry. They won't be able to aim as well...but I'd rather they have the opportunity, than to be a 'sitting duck'. -

If you can show me how to change the creation date of a facebook page...and then if you can make a sensible argument for why someone would do that (approximately on the 17th of Dec when I looked)...feel free to prove it. I can make a facebook page, and then you can try to change the date. Sound good? I think it's nearly impossible for what you're suggesting to have happened...but if it's actually an easy thing to do, I'm all ears. -

I know that people have handguns and applied for the license. We hear reports of them in the news or in other places (like seeing it on youtube) stopping the criminals. There are buildings that guns or other weapons aren't allowed. My gym doesn't allow any inside. Schools don't, even within a certain range of the property. I think some movie theaters. Government buildings are gun free as far as I'm aware...and sometimes they actually have metal detectors. Some states still don't have concealed carry, and also have stricter gun laws. Perhaps those places are where we are seeing more gun crime... -

Well, I'm just letting you know that it wasn't photoshopped. The facebook page displayed that date. I do have a clue about this... -

Aetherous replied to h.uriahr's topic in The Rabbit Hole
Yes, I think concealed means it's not a holster hanging outside of the pants and shirt...it's underneath and no one should be able to tell who is carrying. It may encourage criminals to carry bigger weapons...but a well aimed pistol can go up against anything else....and of course you can't conceal bigger weapons so these criminals would become more obvious. So, I don't think that's a good argument for keeping citizens as 'sitting ducks'. -

Not sure what you mean. I'm referring to reports in the news of multiple incidences where a concealed carry person helped "save the day"...
