  1. Individuality and the Tao

    Good luck.
  2. Individuality and the Tao

Ok then, go outside of your house and find a tall tree. Then ask it a question, by whispering in its ear. Is that better?
  3. Cultivating while keeping it in my pants

Yeah, what a joke. I know exactly what you mean, since I'm also starting up a method which sorta requires this. Don't know what to tell you.
  4. Fallen Angels

    Others do.
  5. Scared about my heart

Yeah not all doctors are alike. Seeing a specialist is always a sure way to know you aren't just throwing away your money...because if you go to a family doctor or something, you will get a huge bill for inadequate care. At least get a huge bill for adequate care.
  6. filling the dan tien

The boys. Actually I don't know...
  7. Scared about my heart

    Great idea.
  8. master liu he - immune boost qigong

I actually consider these some of the more powerful qigong movements.
  9. Scared about my heart

Next you can try an acupuncturist. People here aren't going to be able to give you good recommendations, because we can't diagnose you. Plus a lot of us speak like we know more than we do, and we might actually hurt you.
  10. Heart Center / Chakra / Middle Dan Tien

    I really like those ideas.
  11. Modern Magick

To know, to will, to dare, to keep silent.
  12. Robert Peng's New Book

Yup 100%. Thanks for the heads up on the book.
  13. master liu he - immune boost qigong

It is good qigong. Thanks for sharing your teacher's video here, immortal sister!
  14. There no awakening for Kundalini

    Agreed, it is not.
  15. Runes

Thanks for responding, guys. The reason I haven't replied is because I am "digesting" any information very slowly. Someone on the AYP forum posted this very interesting link. http://www.vrilology.org/runic_physics.htm
  16. There no awakening for Kundalini

Obligatory thread derailing... I once said this to my mom and she corrected me, saying that no one is actually born alone. They are with their mom and their dad (if he hasn't passed out in shock). ...As you were...
  17. Heart Center / Chakra / Middle Dan Tien

Dizziness is a very bad sign. If it were me personally I'd take some time away from what I was practicing. Focus more on lower body stuff...maybe just walking while feeling the sensations in the feet. Putting my hands on my belly. If you start to feel yourself getting sick you can breathe in your nose and out of your mouth. Some people who practice breathing do this a few times after each session, to "get rid of impurities" which are caused by the practice. Best of luck to you in recovering from whatever occurred.
  18. Interesting things to think over for me.
  19. Questions and Answers about Kundalini II

Creation, I've been very impressed by the quality of your posts lately. ... Although I don't know much at all, I tend to agree with the dude in the video. Every true tradition should be about opening everything in every way, hopefully safely.
  20. OBE

The only experience I have with the ghetto is when I went with my parent's church youth group to help repair a woman's roof, in North Carolina. She weighed over 500 pounds, and never left the house. Her room stunk so bad, because she was too heavy to get up and go to the bathroom. At one point she had to be taken to the hospital for some reason, and it took like 6 men to help get her out of the house. Anyway, at the end of the week as we each said goodbye, she gave me a sort of blessing as thanks. She was Christian. I forgot what she whispered to me, but it was really helpful and personal. As we drove away, I experienced one of my first true heart openings and started crying quietly. That experience may have what got me on the spiritual path in the first place. Maybe sometimes in the darkest places you can find the brightest light.
  21. Trees..

http://laoziacademy.us/method3.htm This has the trees according to the five elements. There's also a book called Tree Yoga, by some of Yogi Bhajan's students. It seems okay.
  22. Hi Larry, Welcome! Nice to see another yooper here...that is rare. I'm going to school in Marquette!
