Senseikarma, I respect that you're so close to JAJ, and am glad we've communicated privately. Nice to know all of us Taoist enthusiasts are connected in some way or another. Personally (as a bystander ), I was a bit surprised when she said basically, "we are taking JAJ's students away". It was a rude way to advertise. Yet, I think she has good and big energy, and that she is motivated mostly to help and have fun. Everyone is entitled to their own way of treating others, but it seems like insulting her isn't really the right thing to do. I really doubt this will happen, but what if it hurt her feelings to the point where she committed suicide? You never know! Then all of the disagreements really pale in comparison to the reality of the situation...

If someone who isn't a facilitator gives you their version of the instruction, it could very well be dangerous. I've heard that in the past, people in other systems have actually died or gotten seriously hurt by practicing improperly. It is easy to practice red phoenix improperly.
