It is possible to hurt yourself.

Hey all, I just read this book in the store for a while. It's very good in my opinion. http://www.amazon.com/Power-Shakti-Pathway...6770&sr=8-1 That's all. Peace.
-
Just found the ebook for 15 dollars... http://www.christblueprint.com/index.php?section=102 (I will be buying it, since I really regretted leaving it at the store )

I find this most interesting. I've only used the mudras, and found them to be the useful part. I wonder where they actually come from.

Last time I'll say it...

I should actually reply to the topic, too... We shouldn't call someone God when we don't understand what their condition is, and also what God is. When we define the two things, then we can say...however our definitions might not match up with the reality of who they are and what God is...so what we say is probably wrong. More practice is needed, which is the only means of discovery...

Tao99, That's in the past, and not even related to this topic. It makes no sense to me why people would keep bringing up old crap in new topics he responds in. Just discuss the issue at hand, and please stop attacking his character or past words. It just totally dumbs down the forum, and wastes a lot of time.

I understand much of what he says. It might just be a matter of practicing more, or practicing something else.
-
No, I don't. He doesn't bother me.
-
I don't see why everyone bashes VH. He's actually one of the more advanced practitioners here. It's good to keep an open mind about things you have no clue about. Of course, if you choose not to, it'll only make it more surprising when you find out you were wrong. Some people enjoy surprises...so, to each their own.

If you're not doing like a half an hour of aerobics (where you can keep up a conversation easily while working out) each day...and if you go more than 4 hours at a time without eating something...and if you eat too much at some meals...you're already sabotaging yourself. If you do aerobics each day, eat regularly and healthily so you're never hungry, and never stuff yourself with food...then you will see improvements.

Imagining yourself surounded by chi/eating it?

Mewtwo, Sounds like a cool move to do. And putting qi into the body with the hands is done in many qigong forms...they also have things like removing bad qi. Check out "wild goose qigong" for inspiration. -
It's "foundation" stuff. I think XSZ is good. Someone could just do yoga, or intuflow or something else...mobility practice. But XSZ is a bit more advanced for opening the spine (at least some movements) than those other methods. It was funny to look at my "Greenman manual" for osteopathy and find the same motions...not replicated anywhere else. So it's not shit.

Kuji-in is amazing. I think it's said to be dangerous because you begin to manifest, and if your intentions are impure you can cause yourself a lot of trouble.

Yoda, Sounds good. My immediate reaction is to have a distrust of all spirits, but "the proof is in the pudding". You say it works for you, so then good. I actually went through the Chi in Nature website a couple of weeks ago to see if it'd be nice for myself to join. The website is much nicer than it was when Mak Tin Si originally joined this forum.

I thought Mak Tin Si explained that his lineage has good entities which ward off the bad ones?

Any outdoorsmen (or women) here?

Yes. Totally. -
I haven't met him. I've met one taobum who has, and find that person credible.

It sounds to me like there was a deposit you had to pay upfront. That's pretty common for these sorts of things. It allows them to plan an event and not lose money when people back out. It's very rare that a person will give you back your money on that portion...usually in the fine print it says non refundable, or it's just assumed. But of course it sucks when that happens and you need the money. It'd be nice if people were more understanding. By the way, it's funny to see all the shit talking. I would still go study with him, because I don't find shit talkers to be credible.

Yup that is the third eye opening.

Those who are interested in Anatomy Trains, especially if you use it in a clinic, will be interested in Muscle Energy.

Why are you looking for a distiller?

Can lions achieve liberation in a buddhist sence?

So that's what happened... -
Thanks for your quick reply, Adam. Well I just saw that he has online courses...I read a kundalini workbook of his many years ago and found the yoga nidra in it to be the best version out there. I probably won't take the course...but at least it looks like a cool thing, for those here who are interested. But if I do someday, I will remember to let you know.
