Spirit Ape has been a kunlun heckler for a long time now. He was banned for his constant raving about it a couple of months ago, under a different name. If he has ever been a student of Jenny's, which I doubt, it was very recently like in the past month. Has he met her in person yet? There is a lot of unnecessary fear in this topic. Maybe kunlun isn't for everyone. I keep wanting to address individual points, but I think maybe you should just be left in the dark.

I highly recommend the taoist feces excerise! I finally experience the flow of qi that everyone's talking about! It involves a lot of squatting stances, and breathing exercises designed to facilitate the downward flow. It works especially well after having 20 O at a Ds in McDonalds.

SJ, I guess the good question to ask is: what makes you believe there's a kunlun worm inside your loved one, influencing her will and reason? What are the signs and symptoms? What opinions of hers changed? How is she seriously harmed?

I've never seen anything which really blew my mind. If I saw someone walking on water, yea that would blow my mind. Do I believe it happened...I don't know man. I'm the type who needs to see it to believe it, and also test it a bit to see that it's not just a trick. Even if it is Jesus himself...I can't just believe it. They say siddhis and enlightenment are like two opposite endeavors. If you try to cultivate powers, you're going the opposite direction of attaining enlightenment. I tend to agree, kind of. The motivation for powers comes from the very thing which enlightenment aims to eliminate: the illusion that there's a self which controls everything. But once enlightened do powers come to you naturally? Perhaps, although I've had no experience with that. Anyway, my main point about miracles is that some people are really gullible, some people make things up, some people are nuts. Maybe miracles and powers aren't real at all. I agree that the mind can open up as a result of good energy work. Or to think of it in a different way, which I experienced myself, energy can suddenly flow drastically as a result of a real enlightenment experience. Or maybe not as a result but the two go hand in hand for sure. But I couldn't literally do anything. Is there an enlightenment which enables you to do this? Perhaps in fantasy land. If anyone disagrees, then show me what you can do.

How can you say that they obtained real enlightenment? Where is the evidence? You didn't ever meet them, since they lived many years ago. So what is the key thing which makes you think they were enlightened? Is it a certain saying that clues you into it? Or the fact that miraculous things happened around them? I'd like a specific answer if you want to continue talking about this...then we can get somewhere! How can you judge someone as enlightened when you don't know what it is? Wouldn't truly realizing and waking up be a forever changed thing? Agreed. How do you know, having not attained it? Good discussion.

That is certainly a belief. Have you met everyone in the world, to know that they aren't around anymore? Do you know what enlightenment is, to be able to recognize it or not? What do you think it is? I agree with you here...just wondering what your thoughts are. It's one thing to respect masters, but another thing entirely to put them on an illusory pedestal that's way too high for anyone to attain. It helps to read what Christ and Buddha actually had to say...rather than focusing on their multitudes of followers, and miracles. Then to take their words, and use them as a guide to find out for ourselves. That is exactly what Christ and Buddha suggested to do, as well. To not believe until having experienced. To seek perfection for ourselves.

Also, sorry Sean I don't mean to make you think this over even more...but: I don't think that it's okay to allow such things to take place even in private messages. The private message portion is still part of this website. If someone goes into the chat room and says nasty things, just because it's not on the forum portion doesn't mean they shouldn't be held to the same rules as if it was. Nastiness is nastiness, whether whispered one to one or yelled in front of everyone. Should people join this site and then be subjected to total strangers PMing them and saying racist or hateful things? And it wasn't just a random PM...it was about sharing Taoist materials, I believe. Should people be afraid to share books or videos with each other just because their legal name is indicative of a certain race? What if procurator is actually a violent person about his beliefs? I'm not asking for a change in the decision...just putting some thoughts out there. It really is a tough subject to try and moderate.

But SJ, didn't you post this passage, explaining why "Max-attacks" are unavoidable...? It's funny. Jesus' saying always is relevant, even if you're an atheist: SJ, I think your system of neigong sounds great. But it does seem like your character is lacking. Many people in this thread have brought this up...even others who don't like kunlun. As for myself, I see nothing wrong with you besides that you will say something to get people's attention...like "I have this insider information" and then you will hold off to keep that attention, saying "I will share it later". If you really have something to say, then say it and stop worrying about what people will think of you. Then I will be able to respect something you say. There's no good reason to formulate how you're going to approach the issue of debunking kunlun/Max/whatever. If you have to think about it so hard, then it's probably a useless endeavor. It's only damaging to yourself. The drain you feel from this may be due more to your own efforts, than "psychic attacks" from anyone here.

You can develop more powers after enlightenment, and achieve real enlightenment before getting any powers.
